My name is Sam Becker, I'm 15 years old and this story is about how I lost my best friend.

   It was summer break, and my best friend Ally and I were packing up to go to summer camp. That day, my Mum decided to take us shopping, "we shopped till we dropped". I got a pair of new sneakers, an art block, a new t-shirt, and some snacks.

   At night, after we had successfully packed all our things for camp, Mum had FINALLY agreed to let Ally sleepover after I had asked her at least a thousand times (she claims), before we went to bed Mum said "I don't understand, both of you are going to stay with each other during summer camp"  we just laughed and headed to my room.  In bed, I had a feeling that this was gonna be THE BEST SUMMER EVER! But I didn't know what was gonna happen next.
