All of the thank-yous
That, I forgot to say.
And words of love,
I should have said
Yet, never dared.

Those formed a knot,
Inside my chest.
A sphere of fear,
That those words
Won't reach them.

I should have said those,
When I had a chance.
But back then,
I knew not,
How fast the time run.

Naive and careless I was,
I carried on without a pause.
But now I see
What I have lost,
In endless chase for greater cause.

So here I am,
And this 's my chance!
To thank-you
All who I forgot,
And thank again for what I got.

I thank my mum.
Who's selfless love
Has raised me to be
Better than really I am.

For all the muffins from the local shop,
And all morning coffee that I ever got,
I thank my dad.
Who tried his best
To cheer me up, when I felt unrest.

For all the sibling's laugh and glee,
I thank my brother.
Who without a halt
Was always there,
Even if I was at fault.

And for the safety net of family bond,
I thank my relatives.
Who's earnest love,
Has taught me to forgive

The momentary flaws of human heart.

That I have ever had!
To those that stayed throughout the years.
And never left me
Burning in my tears.

Who broke the bridge of trust and care;
Those who have left me drowning in despair,
Farewell, my 'friend'!

Who's heart; mine, beats with racing joy.

That you have healed my soul,
From pain of veiled wounds.
