... Elrond visiting Celebrimbor in Eregion, saying something like: "Hy, I'm your cousin." And Celebrimbor being totally confused.

... Elurin and Elured being raised by Ents (maybe with Daeron, who also lives with the tree herds).

... Maglor being cared for by the Ents in the last days before his soul fades.

... Daeron "rousing" the Ents in the War of Wrath.

... Celebrimbor annoying Aule for centuries, until he is allowed to meet Narvi in afterlife.

That's alot of... Ents. But I just reread Lord of the Rings and realized, that Ents existed in the first age allready and that leeds to so manny possibilities! It's amazing, how you discover something new each time you enter Middle Earth.
