Since I mentioned her pretty often, it probably is time to talk about my Oc Fiarel.

Fiarel Finahen is the eighths child of Feanor. She has inherited her father's stubborness, still the brother she spends most time with is Maedhros (maybe because of their shared haircolour), but she used to hang arround with Celegrom alot too. I'm not sure, wether Maedhros tries to matchmake her with Fingon (no, I don't know, whether this is the right word. Google didn't know either), but probably not.

 Fiarel means something with "wise" and Finahen is "shiningeye", for the following reason: When living happily in Valinor, Fiarel lost her right eye in an accident, that was certainly not caused by Celegrom taking her on a huntingtrip. However, Feanor made use of the situation and replaced her eye with a gem he had just made and that was something like the first try of a silmaril. Something like a weaker Silmaril or mini-silmaril. 

This had a very interesting effect on her: She got the ability to sence other people's emotions and feelings even better than it was allready usual for elves. Of course, regarding her stubborness, that isn't that very awesome, because knowing people's emotions means to understand, why they do certain things. Which makes it harder to be angry with them.

She didn't swear an oath and Yavanna gave her a horn to warn her people of danger and betrayal. That she only understood after the kinslayng at Alqualonde.

During the Nirnaeth she failed to reach Fingon in time to thell him, that Maedhros  wouldn't come. After the battle she took every surviving elve she could find and brought them to Doriath, where she got to know Beleg and Turin. Of course, she felt guilty, broken and horrable after the Nirnaeth, which is why she didn't really want to talk to anyone. Only towards Turin, whose introverted, but caring behaviour remindet her of Maedhros she would open up a bit, until, after a long time she was ready to fall in love with Beleg. Which was unfortunate, because shortly after her marriage he had to leave her to search for Turin. When he returned she had given birth to his children, which, of course, made him feel horrably guilty. They decided to call the twins Ardel (after the world's name Arda) and Turin (he certainly will get a second, elvish name). Then Beleg had to leave again, only that this time she wanted him to.

When he didn't come back, Fia followed him, only to learn about his death in Nargothrond, where she forgave Turin, made friends with Gwindor and dislkied Finduilas.

I don't know, what would happen next, but she certainly will meet Maedhros again before it all ends. And Elrond and Elros. She will hate them for leaving her for the silmaril again, but in the end understand them.

Maybe she will sail to Tol Eressea

If you are wondering, why I tell you everything: I don't really plan to write a real story about her (because of it's length), but maybe there'll be some oneshots and Fanarts about her. Also, I like talking about her. That's it.
