You've always known there was something unusual with your childhood friend. He looked like any other kid but he has this aura surrounding him. A dark aura that emits from him every time you see him and his eyes, his eyes are like nightfall. They are cold and you can feel it to your bones when you look at him. He has a peaked interest in violence, although he doesn't always show it to the public but you can just feel it in him.

You cannot forget the incident that happened ten years ago, the night you found him glaring at your pet cat. The look on his eyes were atrocious as he reached his hand to lock around the poor animal's neck and gradually tightened his grip around it. Your cat fought for his life, landing it's sharp claws on his hand and causing his blood to trickle but, even that, didn't bother him. He was set on violence. You couldn't watch anymore and you ran to intervene. You grabbed his arm and told him to stop at once. He released your pet and looked at you like he had no remorse at all.

He has this need to control and dominate everyone around him as if he was born to rule over them. He carried himself that way ever since you met him and that, unusual as it is, attracted you to him. You loved him ever since. He doesn't say or show it in particular but he has affection for you as well. This affection is something that's out of his character. He doesn't understand how you, who is plain and an average human, can bring him out of his own darkness.

Jungkook didn't bother knocking as he entered your apartment unannounced, "What's that smell?" He scrunched his nose, looking for the source of the satan-awful smell. "Where is it coming from?"

You threw a glance at him while you lounge on the couch, both feet up on the center table, "I don't smell anything." You said and sniffed your clothes and even your hair. "That's not me."

"Maybe that's you. You know what they say, the mouth is closer to the nose." You grinned wickedly, not even slightly ashamed of your petty teasing.

Jungkook ignored it as usual. He took off his jacket and sniffed it but there was no unusual smell from it so he threw it over the other couch. He sat down next to you and the offensive smell intensified. He immediately knew what it smelled like as it burned his nostrils. "Did you go to church?"

You stared up at him and remembered that you did. "Oh right. This morning, I passed by to drop my little sister off. She goes to a Catholic school."

He jumped away from you at once. "Go take a shower! Dammit!! You know I can't stand the smell of holy water."

"You're exaggerating." You told him, attempting to hold him but he dodged you. "Why are you looking at me like I just ate dog shit? This is very annoying."

"You're not going near me smelling like fucking demon killer spray." Jungkook's face was contorted into revolt. "Disgusting shit."

"Fine! I'll shower." You told him not very happily before you stomp towards the bathroom. All your clothes are discarded in the hamper since Jungkook would still be able to smell it even in the tiniest amount. He's like a dog.

You learned from your boyfriend that demons don't get killed by holy water alone. They just hate it because it's blessed and the smell repels them. Kinda like pepper spray for demons. Although some demons has desensitized themselves and are less repulsed whenever they come close to it. It gives them more advantage because they can target followers of God and that gives them more satisfaction.

You left the shower and dressed in a new set of clothes. Your hair was still wet since you skipped the hair dryer, wanting to cuddle with Jungkook after two weeks of him being gone.

He rested on the couch with his legs spread wide and his eyes directed towards the open window. You placed yourself between his meaty thighs and draped your legs over his other leg.

"What are you looking at?" You asked him, looking at what he is staring at. He keeps staring out as if he was seeing something you don't. Maybe he is.

"Why do you leave your windows open all the damn time?" Jungkook snaps at you. He's been touchy ever since he came back but you don't make a big deal out of it. He sets you aside and walks towards your window, closing it. "It's not safe."

"I don't believe in those things, Jungkook." You rolled your eyes at him.

"You should because they're real. I'm real." He replied, picking up your phone from where you left it earlier before he sits back down next to you, "I'm hungry. Let's order something."

He turned to his phone, unlocking it. A frown bloomed on his face upon seeing the wallpaper, "What is this?"

You directed your gaze on his hand where he was holding his phone to your face. A smile instantly grew on your face when you saw the picture you took of him sleeping like an infant.

"Oh that." I grinned, "That's you sleeping. I ordered food while you were asleep and ate it all by myself."

"I wasn't asking about that." Jungkook growled and then sighed, his eyes rolling towards the back of his head again. "I'm deleting this."

"No! It's my phone." You grabbed at his forearm. The firm muscles underneath his hot skin. Yes, hot. His skin always feels like it's burning and that was a normal thing for him as he is, 'Hellborn', he says.

"I'm deleting it." Jungkook fought with you as you tried to grab the phone out of his hands.

"But it's cute!" You replied, standing at the tip of your toes.

"I hate it." Jungkook said, securing his phone in his jean's pocket before he lifted you up on his shoulder effortlessly. He began to walk to your bedroom. "You are annoying me."

"Yay, free ride!" You cheered, irritating him more. You love your hot tempered, boyfriend from Hell.

Jungkook set you down on your bed and you rolled over the sheets, propping your head up with one hand as you lied on your side. You gave him a wink while you let your hand roam on the sheets, "Kookie.. come here."

"Don't call me that." He frowned.

"Aw, don't be so grumpy. Come here and I will make you feel better." You continued to sweet talk him, now patting the space beside you. "Come on, I won't see you that often since you're moving back to Hell."

"I'm not staying long. I have to go back." Jungkook paces around in your room, looking for something. He checked by your desk, by the shelves, in your bathroom and even under the bed.

"Go back where? Down there? But you just arrived.. And what are you looking for?" You sat up, watching him turn your room upside down as he is in search of something. "Jungkook, you're turning my room into a mess! Who will clean up after you?"

He always does this and you hate it the most. No, it's the second thing you hate about him. First is his hatred towards your cat. Jungkook can never get along with your pet. He said he hates how it smells.

"Where did you put that box? I'm sure I left it here the last time." Jungkook scanned your room once more while you chase afrer him, putting back the things he knocked off.

"What box? What are you looking for?" You raised your voice. You were upset with him and you want him to know that.

"It's very important. My Dad asked me to bring it back." Jungkook explained and kept looking until he found it. Your pet was sitting atop it. Jungkook scowled as an immediate reaction but he had no choice.

He grabbed the cat by its mane and threw it across the room. You tried to stop him, "Leave Mr. Kinkle alone!"

You gasped as you watched your cat fly in the air and gracefully catch its fall. That does it. You are really angry so you grabbed the old looking box that he was looking for and ran to throw it out of the window.

"Y/N, what the fuck!" He was fuming. Jungkook can never control his temper. Blue flames engulf him. This happens whenever he is extremely mad. It doesn't burn your floor, your carpet, his clothes or any materials things yet it still hold its characteristic warmth.

He ran to the window and checked where the box fell. Jungkook cursed. "Do you know what you just did?"

"I just made it quits." You countered, making Mr. Kinkle jump in your arms. "You are out of control, Jungkook."

"I don't want to be controlled." Jungkook spat, throwing you a glare and then turned his back to you. He heaved a deep sigh to calm himself down or else he could hurt you. "Y/N, in that box, are things that shouldn't be let out in this world. Things that your human brain cannot even imagine. And you just threw it out the window like that. You just opened Pandora's box."

The books said that demons are evil and will only spread chaos but Jungkook told you that it's not entirely true. He learned this when he first discovered that he is one of Satan's offspring. Jungkook was nine years old when his true father took him back under his wing but allowed him to live with his human parents until he turned 25. He has two other siblings, also demons. Jungkook never told you their names and you never asked. Those Hell stuff didn't interest you one bit.

You only heard stories about his father from Jungkook himself and it wasn't all that awful. Maybe the books are exaggerated. Maybe Satan is not so bad as what they make him look but he is someone to be feared. Jungkook told you his father's plan to take over the world where humans live but said that it is not the right time now.

"So what do we do?" You asked him, staring up at him.

"I'll have to catch it, of course, it bring it back with me." Jungkook spoke in a flat tone, climbing out of the window.

"Well, this should teach you a lesson not to keep those things in our apartment." You scolded him but he wasn't listening. Typical of him.

You grabbed his arm and held him back. "Can you not use the window? Just go through the front door. The neighbors always see you jumping out of my window.. And doesn't it hurt to fall from this height?"

"Hurt?" Jungkook was amused. He took your hand off him and leaned over to kiss you. You felt his warm flames through his soft lips briefly. Jungkook smiled at you, "Have you forgotten? Your boyfriend is from Hell."

He jumped off and landed silently on the balls of his feet. He raised one hand to wave goodbye without even looking back at you, "Get rid of that cat before I get back. I'll be back soon."
