Legends consist of a magic crown that which grant the wearer an incredible ability of Ice. However, The crown acts like a parasite and begins to take over the host after the first time being worn.

Soon the host goes into a state of madness, skin turning blue, hair turning snow white. The crown beginning to turn into the host's source of life energy. 

Once the host is fully able to conquer the Crown's mind capturing they are able to use the magic it gives at free will. 

One Individual in particular, Named Simon Petrikov, was able to control the crown and use it to create his own kingdom of ice and snow.

Hell is as usual, burning lakes, buildings, and (on a rare occasion) people. In a particular alley, an individual wakes up within a dumpster filled with snow.  Quickly, in a panic they look out the dumpster to see their surroundings.

Demons, Imps, everything depicted by things such as myths running in the streets. When they turn their head away, a demon in front of him is staring right in his face. Out of fear, the human pushes them away, creating a "poof!" of snow.

Now, the alley has been given a new look. The demon in front of this human has been turned into ice, the streets have been frozen as well as those passing by.
