"What, how is that even possible?" I ask my dad confused.

"She was turned a long time ago, before I even met your mother. She had to leave so she wouldn't be killed."

"So I have an aunt I never knew about. Fantastic." I mutter.

"I'm really sorry honey, but it was for the best."

"Whatever dad. What are we going to do about her?" I ask looking at the woman a few feet from us.

"We let her get back to her life." He says.

"But I just found out about her and you haven't seen her in over 18 years. Let's invite her to dinner, we could make peace with her."

"I don't know honey. If anyone else found out it could be disastrous." He says hesitantly.

"Please dad, we won't say anything to the other Hunters." I plead with him. He sighs but eventually gives in. I cheer quietly and we go over to my aunt.

"So good news, I convinced my dad to let you come over for dinner. Ryley will be thrilled to meet you." I tell her.

"That sounds great Lacey. It'll be good to meet my brothers family after all these years." She says looking at my dad. He smiles at her helps her up. We all start walking back to the house in anticipation for what's about to happen.
