Jace and Jack's birthday is in a few days. Over the last month Jace and I have gotten quite close. He's also like an older brother to Ryley.

Ryley and I can't go to their birthday party due to the whole not being a werewolf thing. But we got them a gift none the less.

"I wonder if I'll find my mate. What will she look like? Act like? Will she be nice or will she be a complete bitch? What if-"

"Shut up Jace!" Cam interrupts him. "No one cares about what your mate's favorite color or food will be."

"Can I just do my homework? Why'd you call anyways?" Aria asks.

"Cause I want your opinion on what to wear for our birthday. Just in case my mate is there I want to impress her." Jace says shuffling through his closet.

"What if it's a him?" I ask. Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy. "What?! You never know! Don't need to be so homophobic guys." I grumble.

"I highly doubt it'll be guy. It's very rare for werewolves to be mated with the same sex." Jack says looking at her phone.

"Whatever. Just be prepared for a dude." Jace rolls his eyes and walks into the bathroom. He comes out a minute later with a new outfit on.

"What about this?" He's wearing a black button up shirt with denim jeans and black converse.

"Looks good." Everyone agrees with me and Jace smiles.

"Then I'll wear this tomorrow." We hear his and Jack's names being called from another room. "Gotta go guys thanks for helping. See you on Monday." We all say bye and he hangs up.

"Well I'm going back to my homework, later." We say bye and Aria hangs up.

"And then there were 2..." I chuckle and Ryley walks into the room.

"Hey Lace, Cam. Mom and dad want to go out for dinner. Pizza sound good?" I nod and she waves at Cam before leaving.

"I better get going. See you on Monday, won't be in tomorrow." She shouts her goodbye and we hang up. I walk downstairs and grab a jacket.

"Ready hun?" My mom asks. I nod and smile at them. "Alright let's go."
