I woke up and instantly knew Claude had taken me. I got up and pranced to my old vanity and stuck out my tongue, there it was, Claude's star was right in the middle showing I was his property. I skipped over to my closet noticing new outfits I would wear and chose black shorts with overalls and a white long sleeved blouse. I put my hair up in one pony tail and left the shoes off like normal. I was humming when I exited my room. I knew it was about time to wake up Alois so I quietly opened his door and walked to his bedside. I stroked the side of his face and his hand caught it. He opened his eyes slowly and when he saw it was me sprung out and hugged me. I laughed and smiled as I helped him dress then held his hand as we danced all the way to the dining room. By then we were a laughing mess and Claude has set out food silently smiling at us. I pushed Alois in then took a seat beside him and ate. Later when Claude was helping Alois through his daily chores I went to my room and got on long black heeled boots. I then picked up a black umbrella. I walked over to them and said I was going to visit the undertaker. Claude nodded.
"You have my mark, just say my name if you need help and I should be there."
I nodded and quickly left. I walked all the way to Adrian's store and opened it.
"Adrian~"
I sang out. His head popped out from the corner and I ran to him. I held him and kissed him. He deepened the kiss and held me close by my waist. I pulled back and placed another small peck on his lips.
"Claude broke my contract with Thomas! So now I live back in his mansion."
"Ah, I'm happy for you darling."
I smiled and took his hand.
"You know, if you wanted you could help kill him. Then I'm free from all except Claude and I'm sure he will let me be free to do whatever."
He looked at me.
"What?"
I asked him. He shook his head, laughed, then kissed my lips. I spent the whole day with him at the park. When it got dark Adrian took me back to his shop. He was sitting in his room and I was on his lap. His hand warming my back and listening to him speak and his heart beating I fell asleep.
