Kate p.o.v

           I've been here for so long and I still kinda need to drink alcohol to make me happy, the only time I'm actually happy is with Lynn, and I guess also when I'm with my friends, but if I were out of this place I would be a whole lot happier. I could actually go on a nice date with Lynn!! Honestly if we were all out of here we could hangout at the mall and do regular, that would make me happy.

            I should've never run away with Nyan, but then again, I would've never met these people. "Kate you there?" Lynn said kissing me on the cheek.

            "Yes, I am," I yawned while getting off my bed and grabbing Lynn's hand.

            "I have good news! We might get to go on a date, but only if you don't drink and I don't smoke. Deal?" Lynn sounded as excited as she was nervous when she said that.

            "Deal I said dragging her to come with me downstairs when I realized my nap took a little long and our counseling is going to start any minute now. So I get us into room right when Red walks in. We always have an hour or two before counseling so I thought I could sleep through it before I heard the news Lynn gave me, I must be on my best behavior.

"Ok so... blah blah blah, blah blah blah," is all I could hear when Red was talking but I'm acting like I'm listening. When she she picked and me and said "So Kate what got you into your addiction?" Wow I've never thought of that.

"I need a minute to think, so skip over me for now." I said because I have to answer the question if we go on a date, maybe we'll go see happy death day? Anyways let's think.

          My parents gave me anxiety and depression, perfect, perfect, perfect. I got it!

           "Kate did you get my answer?" Red asked me lifting her eyebrows with a smirk on her face, fuck her and her happiness.

            "My parents wanted to me to be perfect, straight, it was a lot of pressure and I thought the only way to make me happy is to drink. But I know what really makes me happy," I said smiling at Lynn. I could see Red was tearing up.

           "Ok Kate you get to take Lynn anywhere you want to go with her for a day and pick any day." I looked at Lynn both of us were grinning.

           I had the best day ever without drinking, maybe I should change my addiction to love.
