Just to clarify, this is a fictional story, so no real-life connections here.

I was watched again the Telugu movie 'Prasthanam' recently, and it really left an impression on me. It’s such a good film, and I really enjoyed it. That’s where the idea for this book started. While the storyline of my book is completely different from the movie, except Sundeep Kishan and the political drama.

Although I was born and raised in Karnataka, I grew up watching Telugu films, especially the ones centered around factionalism. I’m a big fan of those movies, particularly the old RGV-directed ones like Rakthacharitra. I always loved watching telugu movies.

For a long time, I wanted to write a book in this genre, but there were a lot of reasons holding me back. Now, here I am. Yes, I have plenty of draft books on my account and ongoing books to complete that I still need to finish, but  I just had to push everything aside and publish it first because this story has me so excited.

I really hope you all show some love for this one.

Alright, I know I’ve been rambling a bit, but let’s get to the point.

One thing I’ll tell you first: in this book, nobody is purely good or bad. Everyone is cunning, selfish, and out for their own interests. That’s what makes this story so interesting—nothing is ever as simple as it seems.
