Chapter 24: The World

Tungsten screamed as he was thrown into his younger brother, Cobalt yelped as his brother landed on top of him.

"Araki!!" He spat, "Get the hell off of me!"

"G-give me a moment!"

Sol screamed as he was smacked back, "D-dammit...Aki, what are they stalling...?"

Luna growled, "They must be attacking the heir...there's no other explanation!"

Tungsten gasped and looked at Cobalt as he got off of his brother. "Satoru, get the Caerula Adamas! You need to get them to help the others!"

Cobalt gasped, "We don't even know where they'd be at!"

"Go!"

"I am!" Cobalt screamed, "I'll get into the school!" With that, the dirty blonde haired boy ran off.

Scarlet screamed out as he was tossed onto the ground, Vesta groaned as he looked up, "I hate this! I just wanted to relax today!"

"Relax you said?" Zundar laughed, "Relax in hell!"

Vesta growled, "I'd never go there. Unlike you, I am a God! Wanna see~?" He began to laugh loudly has he formed balls of fire in each hand. "I'll burn you alive before I die, bastard!"

Zundar gasped and cat demon quickly dodged as Vesta threw the flames out. "HEY!" it screamed, "Watch where you throw those things, mew!"

Cerulean gasped, "Everyone! We need to attack all at once. Yumoto, form balls of light! Atsushi, use your strongest wind gusts. Io, use your earthquake ability, I know it'll exhaust you, but we have to. Ryuu," He smirked, "keep up the good work."

Scarlet nodded, "Okay!"

Epinard smiled, "I'll try not to blow out Vesta's flames."

Sulfur looked down at the ground, "You got it."

Vesta laughed louder, "I'll kill them!"

Cerulean smiled and nodded, "Let's go then!"

Zundar's eyes narrowed, "Guardians of the heir..." he smirked, "Go ahead..." He whispered, "I have one last trick up my sleeves."

"Araki!" Cobalt cried out as he jumped back down to his brother, "They're not here!"

"What do you mean?!" His brother's voice replied, "They should be there!"

Cobalt shook his head, "The student council office is empty! Zundar must have them!"

Tungsten gasped, "Shit...!"

"Don't ignore me!" Dadacha screamed as he threw orbs down at the brothers. He smiled as he watched Cobalt fall to his knees.

"Satoru!" Tungsten gasped as he saw his brother's sword hitting the ground. "Come on...we can't fail here!"

Cobalt groaned, "S-sorry..." He stood slowly onto his feet. "I'm exhausted...this fight won't end..."

"I know..."

"Araki, if Satoru wants to bail," Sol yelled, "let him! We have it under control, we need you though!"

Cobalt nodded and Tungsten frowned, "Hurry...be safe!"

The cat demon screamed as an orb of light was thrown. "How rude!"

Scarlet panted as he formed an even larger orb in his hands.

Cerulean frowned, "Yumoto, you're using too much of your energy!"

"S-So...? We...have to stop them!" He screamed as he threw the orb from his fingertips.

Cerulean shook his head and Scarlet gasped as his knees gave out from under him. "D-dammit..." He muttered and formed his love stick. "S-Scarlet Love Lumiere!"

The cat demon screeched as it was hit, then it was hit by a giant wave of water. "NO!" Suddenly it was trapped in a vortex of wind with the earth crumbling from under it. The cat demon looked up and began screaming loudly as the final orb of light hit it along with a huge fire ball.

"L-LORD ZUNDAR!" It screamed as it disappeared as a huge cloud of smoke filled the area.

Scarlet gasped, "F-finally..." He groaned as his love stick disappeared and he felt his head. "A-are we done...?"

As the blonde boy spoke, chains surrounded him. "A-ah...!" He looked up and gasped, "Argent!?"


Cerulean frowned, "What are you doing...?"

"Kin-chan!" Epinard cried out and then Sulfur gasped out as Vesta screamed, "GERO!"

Scarlet laughed, "okay, good joke. Unchain me. I know you're upset with me fighting...!"

Argent smirked, "Why...dearest Little One, I am very upset with your choice of attacking."

"What...?" Scarlet questioned and Vesta's eyes widened as Perlite stood next to Argent. "Guess we have to punish them all, right?"

Aurite smirked as he walked in front of Zundar. "Lord Zundar." He bowed, "We will assist you."

Scarlet gasped as Aurite's pure white outfit turned black and the other two followed suit. Aurite smirked as he shot a beam out at the chained heir. Scarlet screamed loudly as he was hit in his chest.

Dadacha laughed as his own cat demon knocked Sol down finally. "It took you three so long to fall!" He walked over to Tungsten, "Your little brother is even still here. I caught him before he could run home."

Tungsten gasped, "N-no! Let go of him, Dadacha! He...he doesn't do anything wrong! He's just the God of Chance! He has no power! Only the power to tell you, your options!"

Dadacha giggled, "So? He's told us our chance of winning is high." He grabbed Tungsten's chin. "Your special one is ours now."

Tungsten's violet eyes widened. "Y-You..."

"Yes, we have your little heir too. You get to save one~ Which one?"

"I..." Tungsten gasped, "My brother! Please, you...you can't hurt him!"

"You'd give up your beloved?"

"I'm not giving him up!" Tungsten screamed, "His guardians will save him!"

Luna groaned, "We...we won't let them fail, Dadacha...!"

Dadacha growled and looked over at Luna. "Oh, Aki-chan...just go to sleep now~"

"No!" Luna screamed and yelled out as he was hit by an orb.

"Aki!" Sol screeched, "Damn you!"

Dadacha smirked. "It's nighttime for all of you!"

Scarlet panted as his body glowed. He had his eyes shut tightly as the pain filled his body.

"Kin-chan, what are you doing?!" Epinard cried, "You told us you'd never work for Zundar again!"

"That's none of your business." Aurite smiled and Argent walked closer to the heir.

Vesta growled, "Get the fuck away from him!" He spat, "You three need to wake up!"

Zundar laughed, "This was my plan, you all to weaken and tire yourselves out. Leave the heir open and use the Caerula Adamas to finish."

Scarlet slowly opened his eyes and whimpered as he felt the pain increase.

"What did you do...?" Epinard asked and whispered to Cerulean, "This isn't good...this isn't good at all...!"


"His soul is ready, Lord Zundar." Perlite spoke. "We are the true rulers of the world." He laughed.

Scarlet groaned. "I...I won't let you!" He screamed, "You won't win! You are going to stop now!" He spat at Zundar, "You....you....!" He stopped only to scream in pain again. He turned to Cerulean, "G-Get...get an-chan..." He whispered as his eyes shut again and he fell forward.

His guardians cried out in alarm and Cerulean turned to Wombat, "Run! Get Gora-san now!"

Wombat nodded and with that...the animal guardian of the heir ran as hard as he could to the Kurotama Bath House to the current God of Love...
