Personality - She has a bad temper and tends to have outbursts of yelling at people, though afterwards she regrets it, she impulse does a lot and regrets a lot, she just wants everyone to get along
Bio/backstory - Her parents did her best to protect her but she still got teased, she hates herself because she begged everyone not to touch her, but one dragon simply laughed and pushed her...her claw nicked his side...ice spread over his body and he died instantly.
Sexuality - Straight...maybe
Accessories - None
Abilities - He can't breathe fire or ice. She has a silver teardrop scale and can both read minds and see the future. She has a deadly weapon in her claws, if she claws someone, frost grows over the wound, and soon grows over the enemies body. It can melt, but in many cases it's too late and they either die from the cold or get frostbite.
Fullbody looks (I'll be taken down once I have a fullbody ref) - She has the body shape of a regular IceWing, along with the scales and structure. The only exception is her black scales with dark sapphire blue, and her eyes which are an orange color like her father. Her wings are white with the tips of the membrane turning black with some faint silver stars. Also her scales, because of how abnormally cold they are, have a thin layer of frost on them.
