Ethan and Maddie sit in the police station's interrogation room after being arrested in their previous chapter. Jayden and Y/N are thoroughly convinced that Ethan and Maddie are not the Origami Killers, but Blake and Captain Perry think otherwise, leading Blake to beat Ethan and Maddie and Perry to call a press conference announcing that the Origami Killers have been caught (depending on when the chapter takes place). Jayden and Y/N, moved by Ethan's and Maddie's plight, helps them escape so he can save his son and her step-son.
