Madison and Y/M/N wake up from a bad dream, citing their insomnia. The player, as Madison and Y/M/N, attempt to get back to sleep by doing various activities around their apartment. Before long, Madison and Y/M/N will find the fridge door open and uneasily close it. Afterwards, masked intruders are seen to have broken into their apartment and are now here to try to murder them. Madison and Y/M/N attempt to call for help, escape, and fend off the intruders. Eventually, they are cornered and murdered, only to awaken from the nightmare.
