Holding their respective weapons in their place, Both Sandalphon and Michael then begun observing each other's postures while also searching for any opening's in their stance. As archangels, both of them possess an insurmountable amount of combat capability. In fact such trait applies to all angels in their status. No need training, role play, or experience, like a born geniuses in combat.

In this moment while the air became still as silent water,, Gabriel then observed the state of the two, as he realized that both of them had begun to fully immersed themselves in their own zone. There was literally no noise reverberating around the room, it was all silent as two archangel stare at each other while the tension grew.

From that Gabriel took out a gold coin from his pocket as he quickly flipped it into the air before letting it fall to the ground. The moment the coin fall to the ground, the battle would then commence between two archangel who specialize in large combat.

As the coin flipped into the air, both the two archangels begun adjusting their position as they controlled their breath while grasping their respective weapon. When the coin reach its highest point and begun to fall down, both of them tightened their grip even more as sweat poured down their cheeks.

When the coin was only few inches to the ground, both of them quickly planted deep their feet to the ground beneath them as they readied themselves from an impactful initial contact. With all this waiting and tension filling up ready to burst anytime, the moment the coin landed and made a clicking sound, Sandalphon then instantly launched herself off from the ground as she charged with a leap and slash towards Michael.

Quickly reacting to such fast initial strike, Michael immediately unsheathed his sword as he swung it towards Sandalphon's Greatsword, causing both of their weapons to collide in the middle of their swing. The moment their weapons clashed, a huge gust of wind reverberated towards the surrounding as it blew the small dust away and implanted Michael's feet deep into the ground.

Inputting the force in her strike, Sandalphon roared out in full. force as she tries to overpower Michael in just a single strike, However Michael himself just wouldn't back down as he didn't let himself kneel despite being overpowered in the initial strike. Clicking his tongue, Michael pushed the force outward as he pushed Sandalphon away using only his brute strength.

To be honest Sandalphon herself was shocked that she got pushed away through brute strength, but such shock was easily discarded as he grew serious once more and launched herself forward the moment she landed. At the same time, Michael himself didn't falter even for a moment as he quickly swung his sword once more towards Sandalphon without taking another step.

The moment Sandalphon countered back, a huge torrent of force exploded out once more as both of their weapons clashed. However this time Sandalphon had finally taken advantage as she repelled Michael's swing and quickly followed up by a side slash from her Greatsword 

Due to being repelled causing all the force in his arm to bounce back which resulted to his arm being backed away, Michael then finally realized that he wouldn't be able to block Sandalphon's following strike. In order to safely get away from danger, Michael had no choice but to quickly open up his wings and instantly flew backwards in order to dodge the swing.

The moment Michaël flew backwards by unfolding his wings, Sandalphon then didn't spent any time at all to mull over whether to follow suit or not. Since Michael dared to use his wings to get away, then Sandalphon has enough reason to do the same to even out the field. Without hesitation Sandalphon quickly opened up her wings as she quickly chased after Michael while also swing down her Greatsword.

From that Michael deflected away her swing as he quickly countered with a thrust which was then followed up by a circular swing. Sandalphon on the other hand instinctively tilted her head to the side to dodge the thrust before ducking her head down in order to avoid the circular swing.

At that position, Sandalphon hurriedly slashed upwards, which then swiftly missed its target as Michael maneuvered into the air and positioned himself behind her. From that blind spot Michael then slashed his sword towards her back, which was then smoothly blocked by Sandalphon the moment she felt his presence behind her. However due to the force of the attack, Sandalphon herself was pushed back by a few inches.

But Michael didn't let up as he continued on his pursuit and attacked once more. Starting his combo with a slash followed up by a reverse slash, cross slash, triple thrust, circular swing, lower strike, diagonal slash, upper strike, and a simple sword strike.

In response to all of those movement Sandalphon then bravely confronted the attacks as she dodged the three initial slashes, deflected the triple thrust, blocked the circular swing, repelled the lower strike, barely dodging the diagonal slash, ducking down from the upper strike, and attacking back at the simple sword strike. No matter how varied are the attacks, none of them managed to land a hit against Sandalphon.

In fact both Gabriel and Michael were surprised by Sandalphon's perfect adaptability from that varied combo. No matter what that combo was done at extremely fast manner and yet Sandalphon was able to adapt to such situation and deal with such problem. Such fighting instinct was worth taking note off.

After dealing with Michael's combo, Sandalphon then quickly pushed him off through brute force as she followed up by a forward thrust, Circular reverse slash, upward slash, and sword strike from above.

In accordance to that Michael moved to the side the moment Sandalphon thrusted her Greatsword forward, back away from that circular reverse slash, block the upward slash and dive to the ground in order to evade the sword strike from above.

The moment Michael dived down, Sandalphon followed suit as she bombarded him with numerous heavy strike from her Greatsword. Of course Michael himself efficiently block all of her strike, after all her swings was just to huge to the point that Michael has enough time to dodge them, due to that circumstances none of them managed to hit him.

However in that moment something unexpected happened as Sandalphon quickly pulled down the tip of Michael's wing and slashed him from that locked position. From that Sandalphon then begun using an unorthodox way of fighting in response to her current situation.

When Michael crashed down to the ground, Gabriel was shocked for a minute in that time frame as he couldn't believe that Sandalphon was able to deal a blow against that person. Of course no disrespect but Gabriel always thought of Michael as something untouchable despite being the same status as him. Just the sight of Sandalphon landing a blow towards Michael was something truly unexpected for Gabriel.

However from that enactment, it just proven the fact that there are literally no one better among all the present archangels. Everyone of them are equal both in strength, speed, agility, and other aspects. The only thing that differentiate them from each other is their habit, will, and ways on how to think.

Despite all that Michael still stood up unscathed from Sandalphon's attack all thanks to his armor which protected him. Even Sandalphon was shocked for a moment the moment she saw Michael unscathed, nevertheless everything was within calculation. After all all the archangel's armor are durable enough to tank heavy attacks imbued by magic, thus it was already given why Michael's armor was able to tank her blow.

"That was a nice hit" commented by Michael as he brushed away the dust

"Well that is to be expected" said by Sandalphon as she landed unto the ground.

After exchanging a few words, both of them then returned to their stances once more as they once again engaged in combat.

This time Michael quickly took the initiative in charging first as he instantly appeared before Sandalphon and thrusted his sword forward. From that due to unable to block the attack on time, Sandalphon quickly titled her head to the side in order to dodge the attack and returned counter with an upward slash.

At that Michael quickly jumped back in order to get out from Sandalphon's range, before heading back in with another charge. This time Sandalphon quickly adjusted to such sudden retreat and charge of Michael as she swung down her Greatsword towards Michael's path, in order to interrupt his movement, before slashing her Greatsword directly towards him.

In response to that sudden interruption, Michael quickly stopped his charge like an emergency break, before dodging his opponents follow up attack and fighting back with his own sword.

Starting up his combo he then slashed forward before doing a horizontal slash and followed up by a upwards slash, overhead slash, body thrust, forward step and slash, sword strike, quadruple thrust, and finally a back hand grip slash.

In response to that Sandalphon clashed with Michael's initial attack with a slash of her own before blocking the horizontal slash and dodging the following upward slash. After that she ducked down to evade the overhead slash, then deflected the body thrust, before she stepped back to avoid the range of the upward slash and clashing once more with a slash to counter the sword strike from above. Lastly she deflected the quadruple thrust with her own  quick sword strikes, before blocking the reverse back hand grip slash from Michael.

However due to how much force that Michael had inputted in his strikes when he enacted his last attack, Sandalphon was pushed far back due to the force of that attack. Nevertheless she quickly held her ground as she rushed in and rained down attacks towards Michael.

Initially attacking with a sword strike which was easily blocked by Michael, Sandalphon then uses the inertia she inputted on her Greatsword as she did a flip in mid air in order top land behind Michael. After landing to his blind spot  Sandalphon then slashed upwards, which in the end was also blocked by Michael himself. Despite her sudden changes, Michael was still able to react fast enough to defend against her.

Not giving up, Sandalphon attacked faster as she pursued Michael who just kept backing away to the area in the training room which would give him a advantageous position against an enemy with a huge weapon.

Soon after Michael then led Sandalphon in between the corridor of the training room  in order to restrict her movements. Of course Sandalphon managed to notice such plan earlier on, however if she didn't continue to pursue Michael, she wouldn't be able to defeat him no matter what she do. Due to that she had no choice but to follow him through.

Charging through the corridor, Sandalphon swung her Greatsword towards Michael with such great speed. Despite the narrow area and some obstructions, Sandalphon simply relied on her strength to bulldoze through the obstacles. In that moment when she finally cornered Michael, she was then met with obstruction as her Greatsword got stuck in between the hard rubble.

Taking such chance which showed a huge opening, Michael thrusted his sword forward which was then avoided by Sandalphon by tilting her head to the side, as he quickly got over her stuck weapon and kicked her straight to the face, thus blowing her away back on the arena weaponless.

With her weapon gone, Sandalphon tumbled across the ground as she laid flat on the floor. Despite the kick carrying a strong force and her getting hit on the face despite being a girl, Sandalphon simply stood back up on the ground as she didn't let the pain get the better of her. In fact the kick did hurt a lot, but due to Sandalphon's physique which made her worthy of the rune law of power, she somehow brushed the pain away as she spat out a mouthful of saliva on the ground.

"That hurt" said by Sandalphon

"Doesn't look like it" replied by Michael

Since Sandalphon had lost her weapon, she then held both of her hands upfront as she decided to fight barehanded.
