[Azure Kingdom, Sky Castle, Asagi's Desk Office]

Located at a vacant turned personal office of Asagi for documents and works regarding the management of her kingdom, the person herself was currently browsing through the reports made by Michael as he recently got back from his day off and had recently returned to duty at the first sight of dawn.

Of course the reason why another room was used to deal with such a governmental work is because she herself felt like using the throne room for her personal work was quite inappropriate for the current situation of her kingdom, thus she then relocated all of her work to a vacant and spacious room of the castle.

At this moment while being buried with work as snow fall freely outside of her castle, Asagi was currently being accompanied by Ariel as both of them analyzed Michael's report. Alongside that some maids in the castle humbly entered the room as they served some warm coffee for Michael and Ariel, while serving hot chocolate for Asagi on her desk before leaving the site.

"So your saying that Darius had reported to you that the adventurers had found a mineral mine at the mountain south of the Kingdom?" asks Asagi

"Pretty much! Of course we did go to the coordinates given to us in the report and had confirmed its existence and i can say that the mine actually exist at a conspicuous space that we wouldn't even notice at a first glance your majesty!" answered Michael

"Must be the form of the terrain... in particular the mine only appear to be hidden in a conspicuous area is all because the form of the mountain, nevertheless this is a great news for us. If we carefully handle this and the mine might become another asset of the Kingdom." said Asagi

"Indeed! But putting the thought of the asset aside, there are monsters lurking in the mine reported by an adventurer under Darius" said Michael

"Monsters? What type?" asks Asagi

"Well Goblins, Witch Goblins, Hobgoblins, and also ogre, a  branch evolution of a goblin" reported Michael

"With such a wide variety of monsters lurking inside the newly discovered mine, there's bound to be a leader right? either Goblin King  or a Ogre Chieftain" hypothesized by Asagi

"Must be... such monsters are rated C-D rank  based on their strength after all" added Ariel

"Nevertheless we need to exterminate the monsters living inside it to acquire the mine, Give the royal decree to the guild to prepare a subjugation quest of the mine... adventurers ranging on all ranks could participate... also tell them each monsters killed is worth 50 silver coins, just to motivate the lower rankers to participate" ordered Asagi

"Understood!" replied Michael with a bow

"Also bring some small squad of angels to stand guard outside the mine, in case something unexpected happen" added Asagi

"It shall be done!" said Michael as he quickly drank his coffee before quickly heading out

With Michael finally leaving the room, Ariel then quickly handed out another issue to Asagi regarding the conditions of the farming firm of the Kingdom and quickly stated the problem.

"Next up is the issue in the farming firm your majesty!" said Ariel

"Due to the recent weather of the kingdom is having, the leader of the farming firm indicated that it will be hard for them to plant another batch of crops after the upcoming harvest this month... after all as we go further north, the temperature of the surroundings would exponentially drop to the point that farming in this temp would be useless... How will we address this?" asks Ariel

"Well that is quite of a big problem, after all no matter how one wishes to plant, as long as it doesn't have have the appropriate climate for it to grow, it would be practically much be useless... but we can address this issue by either picking two options. First is change the crop that we will be planting that is appropriate for the temperature or Second we should build ourselves a huge greenhouse with an adjustable temp for the crops..." said Asagi

"Greenhouse? What's a greenhouse?" asks Ariel

"Well Greenhouse is a building with a roof and sides made of glass, used for growing plants that need warmth and protection. The advantages of Greenhouse Growing are Extend growing season, Expanding the variety among the produce, Minimize external threats to our crops, High upfront and operating expenses, Pesky pests and lack of pollination, and many more... in which case the current threat to crops is the upcoming freezing temperature that we will experience as we go further north" explained Asagi

"I see! but the materials that were going to use to build such a huge greenhouse in the kingdom, would considerably need a large amount of money and resources" said Ariel

"Indeed! Also our kingdom doesn't have a blacksmith and a glass maker yet, thus we have no choice but to export the materials to our other allied countries" replied Asagi

"But what if, your proposal still didn't workout?" asks Ariel in concern

"... Then we have no choice but to exports some goods from our allied countries just to sustain our people" answered Ariel

"Understood! Ill relay your proposal to the leader of the farming firm" said Ariel as she put aside the matter for now while preparing to hand out another issue to Asagi

While that was happening Asagi simply glanced at the window of the room as she observed the falling snow outside her window while giving a deep sigh.

[At the top of the Kingdom wall]

Located at the top of the northern wall, Gabriel was currently at a lookout towards the people entering and exiting the capital as he dangles his feet at the edge of the wall in boredom. As the snow slowly filled out the land, Gabriel himself couldn't help but give a deep sigh of boredom as he watched the humans having fun encountering the snow at the open field right outside the northern wall.

Despite the beauty of the scenery, Gabriel couldn't care less of the atmosphere as he was more prone to being active rather than doing nothing at all. But despite all of that as an archangel towards Asagi, he still have the duty to oversee the protection of the northern wall. Nevertheless he still enjoys every bit of it as he witnessed the growth of the Kingdom with his very own eyes

Down below the wall he could even see the former emperor of the Amid empire happily observing the people enjoying the experience of snow together with three guards that he had brought with him from the empire. However since Amos himself also encounters the snow for the first time of his life, he was quite overjoyed of this new scenery in front of him as he analyzed the snow, nevertheless he still went loose towards the plains with joy as he excitedly played around like a kid.

Naturally Leon, Benkei, and Irish were suddenly troubled by Amos conduct while admiring the snow, but since Amos was in their care, they had no choice but to quickly catch up to him to ensure his safety.

While taking care of Amos, Leon himself unconsciously glanced towards Gabriel's direction as he gave him a meaningful stare before following suite to his former emperor.

Such glare naturally caught Gabriel's attention as he simply scoffed it aside, after all both him and Leon had animosity against each other due to the fight that they shared at the border wall. Buts since the fight was cut short by Asagi's interference they never actually manage to learn who the winner was, thus such reaction.

At this moment Uriel then came in from behind as he conversed with Gabriel

"Well well! looks like that human has something on you, did you perhaps agitate him?" asks Uriel

"Agitate? Why would i? I did no such thing! In fact the only reason why he has a complicated emotions towards me is because of what happened at the border wall between us" answered Gabriel

"The border wall? You mean the event wherein the so called Empire tried to take-over the whole middle continent due to some hidden reason? i didn't know that you participated in that! In fact i presume that Michael would have participated but not you" said Uriel

"And why would you think that?" asks Gabriel

"Because of your rune law, an ability to manipulate space to a certain extent, unlike Michael's rune law of destruction which is suited for war, yours is kind of somewhere around a transportation type" said Uriel

"Is that how you see it?" asks Gabriel

"Well... yes" answered Uriel

"Then your gravely wrong"

"???"

"Look having a rune law suited for combat doesn't define a person whether he likes fighting or not... take example of Michael... even thought he has a rune law specified for offense, he prefer more to stay on the defensive stance... its all based on the characteristics of a person" said Gabriel

"Is that so? I have much to learn" said Uriel

"Learn... right! after all your rune law is wisdom, thus you naturally favor more of knowledge than loyalty" said Gabriel

"I dare not to... My loyalty is as firm as you guys, no matter how much an opposite side entices me, i will never abandon her majesty" said Uriel

"Is that so?" asks Gabriel

"Yes!" replied Uriel

"Well you would never know in the future"

Located at the house right outside the castle wall, wherein both Lloyd and Anna's parents and relatives were currently living. the twins on the other hand was currently outside its door as they conversed with Sandalphon

"Alright were here.... um..." said Anna

"My names Sandalphon" said Sandalphon upon realizing that the twins had once again forgotten her name

"Ah! Yes thank you Sandalphon onee-sama, its just that your name is just too long to the point that we sometimes forgot about it" reasoned Anna

"Is that so? well no worries, no matter how many times you forgot my name, i would always introduce myself" said Sandalphon

"Were really grateful and somehow regretful that we always forget your name" said Lloyd

"Is my name really that long?" asks Sandalphon

"Yes it is Sandalphon onee-sama" answered Anna

"Well if that is the case then you guys can call me San for short, of course only you guys can call me that, seemingly you always forget my name" said Sandalphon

"Really? Were thankful for that!" exclaimed Anna

"Really thankful" added Lloyd

While they were talking, the door of their house then opened up as the twins mother came greeting in her children.

"Anna! Lloyd!"

"Mother!!!" said both Anna and Lloyd in unison

"Your home! Come in! Come in! the weather is quite chilly today, we need to warm you up" said the twins mother as she showed a gentle smile

"We will mother!" said Lloyd

"But we also have a visitor" added Anna

Upon hearing that, the twins mother then looked up towards Sandalphon whop was wearing a full set of purple armor as she was shocked to see her and somewhat realized that they had guest. Upon realizing that fact, she then quickly adjusted her temperament as she also invited her in.

"The lady knight in the castle! I'm sorry i didn't notice you earlier! please forgive my rudeness" apologized by the twins mother

"No need madam! My name is Sandalphon! I just escorted your children home in accordance to her majesty's will" said Sandalphon

"Is that so? Please enter my humble abode! We will serve you tonight as our guest of honor" said by the twins mother

"No need! Really!" urged Sandalphon

"No i must insist! it will quite a blessing to us if a knight of the castle were to visit our living quarters, no need to humble yourself" insisted by the twins mother

"But i still have a duty to attend to" reasoned Sandalphon

At that moment Sandalphon saw the twins eyes, expecting her to answer yes to their mother's wishes and upon seeing such an expression on the twins, Sandalphon had then no choice but to comply after all it wouldn't take her whole day just by resting a couple of hours right

"Alright! maybe i can stay a little bit" said Sandalphon

Upon hearing that the twins mother then beamed up in joy as she pulled her in inside their home and served her well

With that despite the current snowy conditions of the kingdom, the events unfolding all around it continues on
