[Tekoa Town]

"You majesty!!! Keep trying to restrain it!!!" Called out by Azrael  as the situation became dire when the monster used Asagi's spell against them.

"Its too nimble, the chains can't hold it down" replied by Asagi

"If  single layer chain isn't enough, then couple it with multiple layers of chain"

The moment Azrael said those words, he then quickly flew away when the monster lounged at him with a bite, before he quickly flew down when the monster immediately grabbed a building and threw it towards him.

The moment when Azrael landed on the ground in smooth strides, he then quickly glanced at the side as he noticed the monster looking at his direction in between the gaps of the building and was about to fire off an energy beam right towards him.

With that he then quickly flapped his wings to zoom out of that district at the right time when the attack was fired and obliterated the whole section of that area.

During the time with the monsters attention was fully focused on Azrael, Asagi then casted a dozen of magic circle in the air, and fired off chains after chains towards the monster and completely restraining its left arm and neck.

After that Asagi gathered her immense mana unto Gungnir and threw it towards the monster in full force which literally blew a whole on the monsters unrestrained shoulder and causing it to scream in pain.

Stretching out her arm, Asagi recalled Gungnir back into her hand, as she saw the monster desperately trying to regenerate its destroyed shoulder while also trying to force itself out of the chains on its other hand.

In that moment when the monster was stuck in between being restrained and regenerating its injured area, Azrael and Jabarin suddenly came out on its left and right as they both attacked the monster with powerful attacks which left out a huge wound on its sides.

At first both parties were surprised by this development, after all as far as anyone knows both Asagi's side and Jabarin's are enemies, in fact both sides even tried to kill each other. So it was quite a weird situation upon seeing that the commander of the enemy side is trying to help them in taking down the monster.

In that moment both sides quickly took a distance away from the monster as Jabarin begun pointing its weapon towards Azrael. Of course Azrael simply looked at him in dismay and simply ignored him.

"You... I haven't seen you in this town before, you must be with that bastard Ester's side aren't you?"

As Jabarin begun calling that out Asagi and Rueben quickly came in between them, as Jabarin simply was surprised by another person's appearance and begun to show even greater hostility.

"What is going on here?" Asks by Asagi

"Commander! Please calm down!" Called by Rueben

"Get out of my way captain! They're with that Ester guy, that only means they are enemy"

"We can't accuse them like that, we have no proof commander"

As Rueben tried to appease Jabarin, Asagi somehow caught out what was happening and replied confidently.

"No he is right we're with Ester, and based on what you said, you must be with the guys who abducted Ester's wife"

Hearing Asagi's words, Rueben was slightly in shock, as Jabarin stepped forward and tried to slash down Asagi.

"I was right!"

But before his great sword could reach Asagi, Azrael easily blocked the attack and even manage to parry it to the side.

"You don't have the right to be angry, after all if you hadn't done that to Ester's family none of this world have happened" said by Asagi

"None of this would have happened? Your the one who brought him here... this chaos? Destruction? All of this was because of him" said by Jabarin while keeping an eye at Azrael.

After all Jabarin did attack Asagi with an intent to kill her on the spot, but upon seeing that Azrael managed to block his attack so easily, he can easily conclude just how strong Azrael is after that one exchange.

"What do you mean?" Asked by Asagi in slight confusion

Hearing her confusion, Jabarin pointed at the monster as he said.

"That monster, that is Ester... i saw him transformed into that with my very own eyes... that monster is Ester"

Upon revealing that fact Rueben, Asagi, and Azrael was shocked by that information, as Azrael quickly inputted mana into his eyes and manage to see something amidst in the monster body.

Just like what Jabarin claimed, the monster do indeed have two types of mana in its body. One is the recognizable mana that belongs from Ester, while the other one belong to something demonic.

Upon seeing that Azrael realized just what happened to Ester and only can be described into one word.

(Demonification)

Demonification refers to the process by which a person, creature, or object undergoes a transformation, either literally or symbolically, to take on demonic or dark qualities. This transformation can happen gradually or instantaneously, and often involves a mix of physical, psychological, and supernatural changes.

In this case Ester's current appearance is due to the unification of demonification and his current ability.

"He is right! That is Ester, he has entered demonification"

Hearing that confirmation, Asagi became even more worried as she didn't expect such an answer, she thought that Jabarin was only trying to lie to get both of them have their guard down. But with Azrael's confirmation, such a fact was hammered in stone.

On the other hand Azrael seemed to already know who gave Ester such power. Throughout his search, there is only one demon that is present in this area. Lucifer, he doesn't know what Lucifer did to Ester, but he was quite sure that this is Lucifer's work.

In that moment the monster then roared out loud in pain as it caused a shockwave which shook the whole town itself. Because of that roar, both sides returned their attention towards the monster as Jabarin made a difficult decision so that the monster could be taken down.

No matter how much he antagonize the opposing party, taking down the enraged Ester is the priority if he wants this town to survive.

"I'll let you go for now... I need to take care of that monster first"

After saying that Jabarin then quickly left together with Rueben as they headed towards the monster. As for Asagi she simply looked at Jabarin's disappearing figure, as she begun to make up some thing on her mind and rearranged her thoughts. If Ester is indeed that monster, then she has no choice but to suppress the monster instead of killing it. For Talia's sake Estet must not die.

"Azrael"

"I know what your thinking your majesty, you want to suppress him aren't you"

"Yes! For Talia's sake"

"It will be hard but will try"

After Azrael agreed to her request, Asagj sent out a telepathic message to e everyone who is considered to be her allies, as she revealed that the monster was Ester himself. This information clearly shocked all of them, especially  Sato himself.

After all Ester was someone he grew fond of despite only spending a few moments with him during the travel, but this situation where he has to go against him and the fact that he has been demonified, he couldn't help but grown conflicted on how this has happened. He just didn't expect that it would be this soon where he would kill a friend just to save the many. It was simply too cruel for fate to be this way.

In that moment while all of this is being conveyed, the monster roared out loud into the sky, as it's body begun transform into something liquid, as it shed most of its size and reformed its shape into an egg that is just as tall as a 6ft person.

When that happened all of them were quite surprised why the monster shrunk like that and transformed itself into something vulnerable.

But not long after, something horrendous has happened, as the shed liquefied muscles that the monster had let go upon its shrinking process, then soon moved and turned into an army of  monsters which begun to attack the town all over the place. With such size and the amount of muscles it shed, the amount of monster that has spawned inside the town is estimated to be about 300+ overall.

With such a number of monster spreading out into the town, multiple scream could then be heard as people were dying one after another from the onslaught of monsters.

Upon seeing this, Asagi then clicked her tongue in annoyance as she quickly gave out her order to kill a the monsters, while trying to save as many people she could save.

"Azrael! Kill all of them!"

"Understood!"

Like that everyone begun to move in order to kill the spreading monster.

On another part of the town, the door of the household was blasted away from the attack of the monster, as the men inside the house tried their best to protect their family. However due to the difference in strength, the monster easily killed the men going at its direction, before it lounged itself at the women and children and cause a massacre to ensue.

Not long after Sato arrived at the scene after killing a monster or two that is right outside the house and witness the carnage that had just happened.

Standing on the pool of blood and piles of bodies, the monster stood there hysterically, causing Sato to be shocked by the scene and somewhat imagine the horror that this household experienced from the monsters clutches. Due to this Sato was thrown into rage, as he attacked the monster and killed it brutally with all manner of slash he could think of.

Venting out his anger on the monster, Sato then begun to somewhat cry a bit upon seeing this massacre, after all if he were a tiny bit faster, he could have saved this family and prevented their death, but as always, he was late. Not long after he then quickly composed himself when he sensed monster nearby, and decided to vent out his rage to the monsters in the vicinity.

Through that, when a monster poked its head through the window, he then immediately cuts it down with a slash, before he jumps outside the building and attack the group of monster outside of the house.

With rage by his side, Sato seemed unstoppable as he killed all the monster as if he wasn't injured at all.

On another area, Takahashi was now stuck on protecting the barrier in which Ban had casted in order to protect the people that he and Sato had manage to save. Even though Ban's barrier is sturdy, he can't afford to be complacent upon seeing the amount of monsters heading towards this direction.

He was literally trying his best, but no matter how much effort he gives out, he was soon had his back unto the wall as the surge of monsters continues.

Thankfully Asmaveth though up of using the buildings and rocks to create a puppet using his death mana. Due to this he somehow converted inanimate objects into an undead and manage to turn them into golem to protect the barrier alongside Takahashi. The reason why Takahashi hasn't fallen now, was all because of the golems that is sharing his pressure. Nevertheless controlling about 5 golems at once is too much for Asmaveth's current level.

After all it was quite hard for him to control all of them alone in his current state, but the only reason why he kept at it and managed to stay long after all this time was because of his sheer willpower to not back down.

Everyone was doing their part so it is only right that he do his part. Since everyone was putting their life on the line like this, Asmaveth couldn't help but be pulled into this pressure and do his best alongside them.

No matter what pressure comes their way, they won't back down"
