[Tekoa Town]

In this silent night illuminating the town of Tekoa, many of its citizens were looking towards the Mayor's estate, as the seemingly sound of battle had ended in the area. All those explosions and sword clashes that can be heard in the estate, had now turned silent making it known to everyone that the battle had ended.

Just as everyone was thinking that it was all over, the whole mansion itself suddenly burst out like an explosion, as the whole mansion itself was toppled over and a hideous monster towering above the town appeared in the vicinity.

The monster itself was something none of them had ever seen before. It's head is like a skull of a beast, its eyes is like the eyes of a huge serpent, it's body was as huge and hairy like a titan beast, it's claws were as sharp as a razor teeth, it's horns were so long that it reaches the sky, and it's figure was so dark that it is even darker than the starry skies.

Upon seeing thus hugemonster which seemed to be about the same size of a seven stored building, all the citizens of the town screamed as they ran away with all their might, as simply looking at the monster itself can instill fear within them.

However seeing this chaos and the citizens running towards the gates of the town, Lucifer then slightly laugh after looking at the chaos he had created and mesmerizing the monster he had made. The monster itself is Ester himself and his form is due to his shape-shifting ability. The only thing Lucifer did is make his ability rampage and instill his own blood inside Ester's heart. The moment he did such a thing, Ester became a monster that can potentially even threaten the whole world.

Unfortunately he can't afford to let the citizens of this town ran away outside of the town's premises. After all they will be served as fuel to fully mature the monster he had created. Right now the monster he had made is simply too weak and the only way it can get strong is by absorbing the souls of the dead  creatures. With that the whole town itself will be sacrificed for his own cause.

In order to ensure that no one can escape out of the town, Lucifer casted a magic circle using his own blood as he puts a huge dome like barrier unto the town which prevents anyone from leaving and anything from getting in. With that all the town's residents were trapped as the panic in their eyes became even more crazed as time goes on.

While all the chaos was happening, Asagi manage to put up a barrier for everyone right on time when she realized that there is something emerging from the ground below. Due to that she had manage to protect Sato, Takahashi, Ban, Asmaveth, and Talia. Thankfully due to this incident Sato and Takahashi regained their consciousness, as they were confused on what was happening and got simply briefed on what had just happened.

All in all they had summarized that a monster had appeared and is creating chaos for the whole town. With such a simple summary, both Takahashi and Sato fully understood as they forced their exhausted body to move and prepare for battle.

"What are you doing? Sit down now!" Commanded by Asagi

"We can't! There is still that monster left" said by Takahashi

"If we don't stop that monster now, the whole town..." added by Sato

Seeing the worried look on their faces, Asagi then clenched her fist as she was also at a loss on what to do, after all currently her thoughts were in a mess, since there are a lot of thing that had happened today and this moment her stress is at a whole new heights. Due to that she needed a few moments to organize her thoughts before she could even give out her own command to handle the situation. Luckily she wasn't the only one who was worried for both Sato and Takahashi's condition.

"Don't push yourself like that! You guys are in no shape to fight monsters of that size" Exclaimed by Ban

"But Ban... who's going to help the town's residents? If we don't do anything, the townspeople will die"

"I... I... I don't know.... but I can't afford to let you guys go... you'll die at this rate"

In that moment just as they were discussing on what to do in this current situation, Zaheer and Azrael blasted out the pile of rubble from afar, as each of them carried both Fujino and Hino who is fatally wounded on their back.

"You guys... you guys are safe!" Called out by Asagi

"Hino! Fujino! Oh my God! Please! Don't die!" Cried out by Ban as she saw two of her other classmates on the brink of death

When both Takahashi and Sato saw Ban trying her best to save both Hino and Fujino, both of them felt a little bit bitter within their throat as they saw the huge wound on their classmates body. If this was on earth, both of the girls would have died due to such wound and major bloodloss. However ever since they were transported into this world, their bodies were tempered to an unimaginable degree, which made them able to survive for a limited amount of time after receiving fatal wound.

Since both of them is getting treated by a saintess nonetheless, they were somewhat assured that they can be saved and somehow prevent their deaths. Once more they were given a harsh reality that this world isn't that simple at all. Even if your a hero or the protagonist of this world, as long as your not strong enough to defend yourself, you will die by the natural order.

"Thank God you guys are safe" said by Asagi

"Yes we are safe, however it seems like the fight isn't over yet" said by Zaheer as he looked at the towering monster

"Your majesty! This is not a simple monster at all, you just can feel it from its energy" said by Azrael

"Your right!" Said by Asagi as she noticed the energy mixed within the monster

Demonic energy, meaning this monster itself is mixed with demonic energy and natural energy making him turn out to be a chimera of some sort. However since it contains demonic energy, this monster is more akin to demonic beast rather than a simple monster of this world.

But as Asagi and the rest were thinking of this, Talia who was in Asagi's arm, realized something which caught everyone's attention.

"Where's papa?"

Hearing that all of them realized that Ester was not here, causing a slight panic within the group.

"Azrael! Where's Ester?"

"My apologies your majesty, but I didn't sensed Ester anywhere here at all"

"You can't sense him? Did he go somewhere isolated? That's impossible! Maybe he is buried within this rubble"

"Unlikely your majesty, with my keen senses I could have known whether Ester is buried underneath this earth or not, unfortunately all I can say is that he is not here"

When Talia heard that she somehow felt tearing up, until the monster roared so loud and begun to move to cause havoc. While they were seeing this, they also saw the monster suddenly clawing the earth infront of him, as they realized that it is attacking Mayor Zoabi which is currently protected by Vaknin and Jabarin themselves. As for his other guards, they were all dead just from initial attack.

After screeching out with a roar, the monster then rushed forward as if enraged as Vaknin tried to intercept the charge with his own leaping attack. However the moment Vaknin took his leap, the monster then twisted its body to catch him in mid air, before slamming down Vaknin unto the ground, causing a small quake.

After slamming down Vaknin into the ground, the monster then raised its hand once more, as it hammered its hand unto the ground multiple times, instantly killing Vaknin from the intense attack again and again until he turned into paste.

Upon seeing Vaknin die, Mayor Zoabi realized the position he is in as he shrieked and hid behind Jabarin while commanding him in a terrified tone.

"Commander! Protect me from that monster! If you do, I'll reward you with anything you want"

Seeing the cowardly act that Mayor Zaobi had done, Jabarin couldn't help but click his tongue as he felt ashamed protecting such bastard while at the same time annoyed that he had to fight such a monster he had no knowledge about.

Raising his mana to a huge degree to serve as his armor and weapon, Jabarin then sent a sword wave towards the monster, only to be effortlessly flicked away with a single move, before it rushed towards Jabarin with its open mouth.

In response to that, Jabarin picked up Mayor Zoabi as he threw himtk the side, while forming a mana barrier around his whole body and blocked the oncoming charge. However due to size difference and strength difference, Jabarin was dragged across the ground, as he lost his footing andwas instead blown away by the force of the charge.

However Jabarin's assault wasn't done yet as he quickly recovered from that crash and charged towards the monster once more. Unfortunately his struggle was futile as the monster moved quicker than him and punched him back towards the the line of houses from afar.

The moment Jabarin was blown far away, theonster then turned towards Mayor Zoabi, as the person himself panicked and tried to ran away while calling for help.

"Help! Anyone! Save me! Protect me!"

But as he was shouting all of this, he wasn't able to get far away as much as possible due to his overweight which slowed down his movement. Due to this the monster easily caught Mayor Zoabi, before throwing him towards a nearby brick wall.

From that Mayor Zoabi was shocked and in pain as he felt like his spine had taken damage from that one attack. In that moment he then started tearing up while trying to call help for anyone to save him.

"Please... anyone... save... me... I don't... want... to... die..."

Just as he pleaded his last words, the monster angrily punched him deep into the ground turning him into paste, before repeatedly doing it again and again and again, as if the monster itself has a grudge to settle with Mayor Zoabi. Just like that, along to turning into paste, Mayor Zoabi died infront of a monster he should've not provoked.

The moment the monster saw that Mayor Zoabi had died, it then roared loud into the sky as it opened up its mouth and light begun to illuminate from within the monsters mouth. Not long after multitudes of streak of light begun to appear in the sky as if the monsters mouth was trying to pull in this streaks of light.

However those lights were trying to fight back that suction force from the monster as it desperately tried to fly away, only to get slowly dragged in by its momentum. Not long after some lights lost its momentum as they got sucked in towards the monster mouth,  causing its horns to light up whenever the light got absorb by the monster.

However infront of everyone who only see the streak of light as lights from the sky, Asmaveth, Azrael, and Asagi on the other hand saw the lights as something else. They were souls of the dead, the souls were being sucked in towards the monster whether they were good or bad. And everytime a soul get succesfky sucked in and absorb, the mana around the monster seemed to grow stronger causing the three of them to look at it in alarm.

"Your majesty! Those are..." trailed off by Azrael

"Souls.... looks like it's getting stronger by each soul it consume" finished off by Asagi

"This is bad, this is bad, this is really bad" said by Asmaveth

"We need to do something"
