[Tekoa Town]

The very next day while patrolling the town with his newly formed town brigade with members that are fully loyal and devoted to him and is given to him by Mayor Zoabi from his extra men, Rueben then survey the whole town itself, as he witnessed some grim atmosphere in other areas of the town itself. After all just yesterday, it was announced to everyone in the town that the whole brigade force was wiped out by the target and only Rueben survived.

Due to that a massive funeral and mourning erupted into the town throughout the day, causing such grim atmosphere to persist till this day. In that moment during his patrol, Rueben saw Ziv the wife of Ester buying some bread from a store while looking downcast from the misfortune that he husband has met.

Even though she just mourned deeply and sorrowful yesterday causing her eyes to be puffy, she was still elegant and beautiful by the way she carried herself and somewhat behave even though she was currently deeply hurt inside. Upon seeing her that way, Rueben then plans to show up a facade in order to get on her good side and avoid being suspected as a person to blame for this incident.

"Miss Ziv!"

"Oh Rueben! I supposed you go by Captain Rueben now"

"You can just drop the honorifics mam"

"Oh how can I do that? Your a Captain now, the next in line to be one after my... deceased husband" said by Ziv as she suddenly frowned

"I see... looks like your still heavily affected by the death of captain Ester"

"How can I not be? He's my husband... I love him, i supported him just like a dutiful wife, he's the breadwinner of the family... now that he's gone, I don't even know what to do anymore,I don't even know how can I support my daughter Talia after the death of Ester"

"Talia... I feel sorry for her"

"So am I, after all... she took it the hardest when she learned that her father was dead, she cried throughout the night"

"I believe that she will be able to get over it, she's a strong kid... in fact I even show my respect to you mam, I can't believe that your able to act normal despite what happened"

"What else can I do? I'm the only one that remains that will take care of my daughter, I need to be strong to support her till the day she gets married off"

After Ziv said that, a eerie silence surrounded them as both of them tried to spark up a conversation in order to break this silence that they had created. Of course naturally Rueben was at a loss of words as he doesn't know how to comfort someone. He may be a schemer, but he was never the one that can support someone emotionally. However despite thinking it like that, he needed to do whatever he can in order to break off this silence.

However before he could even speak out, Ziv suddenly spoke first as she posed a question towards Rueben which caused him to tensed up for a second to find the right answer.

"By the way Rueben! Since you were the last survivor of that horrific incident, what did are my husband's last words before he died and what was he like in his last moment?"

Thinking thoroughly and carefully for an answer, he then answered.

"He was brave, he was strong, he was too charismatic even in his last moments... even in the face of death, he still smiled as if he was assured that someone would be able to continue his legacy, however he was also quite sorry... for failing us, for failing mayor Zoabi, and for leaving you guys behind. It was like he was regretful that he won't be able to see his daughter grow... he truly loved his family, it was quite sad that he left just like that"

As Rueben said all those words that he didn't mean to, Ziv on the otherhand took it by her heart as she felt sorrowful again and started to cry on the spot. However this time no one hurts her nor fought her, but rather the intense emotions of regret, sadness, and loneliness suddenly erupted within herself, causing her to breakdown in tears right in front of Rueben.

She was thankful that Rueben managed to tell her what Ester's last words were, at the same time she couldn't even imagined just how lonely did Ester felt when he died alone with no one can properly bury him. Just imagining up that part made her sad.

After awhile she Rueben waited for Ziv to stop crying, he then helped her up on her feet as he bowed down to her as a sign of respect and went back in patrolling the town itself. Howeverjust as he was about to turn in the corner, Mayor Zoabi who was currently  strolling the town in that moment, then called out to Rueben with the gesture of his hands.

Noticing that Mayor Zoabi was the one calling him, he then ran up to him, as he saluted as a sign of respect towards him.

"Mayor! What's brings you here?"

"Nothing much, just observing my domain that's all"

"I see, that's good mayor"

"By the way, who's that beautiful and gorgeous lady that you were talking to?"

That moment Mayor Zoabi asked that question, Rueben immediately understood what was happening just by knowing the fact that despite appearing righteous in frontof his people, he was quite horny guy in forntof his own property and slaves. Every Night he has about 2 to 3 companions in bed, and all different women every single night. In fact he owns a huge number of female slaves due to his perverted hobby.

Because of his tendencies to sleep with women from his own property, he somehow Impregnated the majority of them due to having no protection from each night he does the deed. He never touches his own people, all he ever sleep with are his slaves, so it was quite surprising that he took notice of Zivout of all beautiful maiden in the town.

However that also implies that he has eyes on her which is not a good thing at all.

"But what if she still doesn't like you by then?"

"Well if I can't have her, then no one can... there are a lot of ways to silence a person... so if you don't want her to die, call for her to the Townhall... I would like to have a private chat with her... only the two of us"

While numerous false events unfolds in Tekoa town, Asagi and the rest of her companions on the other hand is currently surrounding Ester and Asmaveth who are restrained by a chain made out of light mana, casted by Ban in order to restrict their movements. Since both of them showed a bit of hostility and panic once they had encountered each other, a simple restriction spell is needed in order to better understand the situation between them.

"Wake them up"

Under Asagi's order, Ban then followed through as she used a rejuvenation and purification spell in order to wake them up from their current status of sleep. In just one spell, both Ester and Asmaveth were quite wide awake as the latter quickly panicked once more as he shouted at everyone who was near him.

"Run! Get away from me! I dontwant to kill anyone else! Please stay away from me"

However despite Asmaveths plea, the rest of them aside from Azrael and Asagi, were quite confused on why he was reacting like that. After all Azrael has a direct connection to the death attribute and literally its embodiment itself, so he understands full well about the deathly aura seeping out of Asmaveth's body which could kill anyone near him. With that kind of trait, it was no wonder why he was afraid that he might kill somebody who was close to him.

As for Asagi, the moment Asmaveth's death aura touched her skin, a sudden notification popped out in front of her which informed her of the current situation in her environment.

Upon seeing this series of notification, Asagi came to know of the deadly aura which surrounds Asmaveth. What's more she already understand what type of skill this is upon remembering a similar type of skill from the previous games that she had played back when she was just an ordinary person back on earth, spending her leisure time on her hobbies.

The deathly aura is a type of highly contagious skill, anything it touches would corrupt the affected person which would lead them to their death.ij state of corruption, this was nothing like the virus back on earth which can cause massive of death worldwide, this type of phenomenon is much more serious, even graver than the black death of history of mankind.

Aside from her, the only person she knew that wasnt affected by such skill is Azrael himself, so she was assured that she would be safe as long as Azrael keeps watch.

On the other note, Asagi was much more curious about the class that Asmaveth belongs to, the class necromancer.

A necromancer is typically portrayed as a practitioner of magic who specializes in communicating with and controlling the dead. In various myths, stories, and role-playing games, necromancers often raise corpses or manipulate spirits for their own purposes, whether it be gaining knowledge, power, or causing harm. Someone who claims to communicate with the dead in order to discover what is going to happen in the future, or who is involved in black magic.

The name of their magic is necromancy. Necromancy is the practice of magic involving communication with the dead by summoning their spirits as apparitions or visions for the purpose of divination; imparting the means to foretell future events and discover hidden knowledge. Necromancy is also the forbidden practice of creating and commanding the Undead through the use and mastery of Dark Magic. Throughout the Old World, there are those whose lust for power leads them to explore the basest of arcane lore.

These are the necromancers, and they are universally hated and feared, for they have chosen to delve into the secrets of death itself, corrupting the natural process of creation and destruction in order to control the unliving.

They are doubly despised by all sane individuals, for not only do they rebel against nature by manipulating the evil power of deatg, but they blaspheme against various gods and beliefs by disturbing the eternal rest of the dead and commanding ghosts and other foul creatures to do their bidding. Due to that they receive a worldwide hate from all creatures aside from species or people that understands them.

In this case Asmaveth seemed to be in the early stage of necromancy, the power of necromancy coursing though him is unshackled which causes his aura to rampage and cause multiple deaths just by him being near a person. However all of this can be controlled by the necromancer, once they practice in controlling the aura itself. Once the master the power of control, they would be able to mingle with the rest once more without the risk of accidentally killing them.

Just like that Asagi was amazed.
