*EDWARD'S POV*
Stella doesn't speak for the rest of the class. I try to focus on what the professor is speaking but the stealthy glances of Stella were a huge distraction. The bell rings just as I was dozing off to sleep. I fidget with my fingers, now trying to find the perfect moment to start the conversation with Stella. I watch her hurriedly packing her bag and standing up just as the professor walks out the room. "Stella" I say, not paying attention to that bloke Franco who has been eyeing me with a knowing look, during the whole lecture and is still refusing to look away. I swear to god if Stella wasn't the one sitting in between him and I, I would have punched the stupid off of him. My fists balled up at my sides as I struggled to make a straight face when Stella finally turned around to face me, her eyes on the ground. "Uh" I struggle to keep up the conversation. I should have planned what I wanted to say to her rather than making a complete fool out of myself which I seem to be doing right now. I hear a low chuckle behind her and I shoot a glare at Franco. That douche needs to fuck off right now and leave my Stella the hell alone.
I shake off my possessive thoughts; she isn't even mine in the first place. "What are you doing later today?" I ask, running a hand through my ruffled hair . This is what you say to keep up a conversation, right? Her eyes widen in shock. She sure as hell didn't expect that. I don't blame her; neither did I.
"What are you on about?" Her face straightens.
"Can I talk to you for a moment?" I plead.
"We are talking." She points out and I see Franco grin from the corner of my eye.
"Somewhere more private." I snarl.
She shakes her head. "Not with that attitude. I'm done with your mood swings."
"It's not a mood swing. I swear." I decide to come clean about it. "I just get extremely uncomfortable around others." I say, eyeing Franco. Stella turns her head back and Franco nods at her in understanding. "I'll be right outside." He says, furrowing his eyebrows. "Just yell out for me if you need me." Does he thinks that I'm going to beat Stella?
"The only one who probably would need saving from me is you, douche pants." I growl, only to be met with a death glare from Stella. I shrug. It's a fact.
Franco finally leaves us alone.
"I'm sorry." I blurt. She doesn't reply; only making me uncomfortable under her stare. "Say something." I whisper, fidgeting with my shirt.
"I could have easily forgiven your pride if you had not mortified mine." She quotes and I giggle in realization.
"It was only done because I had have not the pleasure of understanding you." I shrug.
"I could say the same to you." She comments.
"Start afresh, Jane Austen?" I ask.
"I'm not a fan of her." She says, "The quote seemed appropriate." She shrugs.
"But you are the plain Jane." I chuckle, and she eyes me in confusion.
"What makes you say that?" She screeches and I grin from ear to ear.
"You don't depend on anyone else, like her." I answer.
"I never took you for a literature freak." She laughs.
"Then you never knew me at all." I smile genuinely at her which she returns equally back to me. "Start afresh?" I ask again. "I'll make it up to you."
"I'd love to see you try." she folds her hand on her chest, the smile never leaving her lips. "You do need to explain your previous behavior before that, though."
"I don't have any excuse for what I have said." I admit. "I've spent the last few days, finding one, but in all honesty there isn't any." I recall. "It was just someone else had pissed me off and I apologize for taking it out on you except that one time, I was pissed at you." I come clean.
"Which time?" she asks.
"That's for me to know and for you to never find out." I smile sheepishly, gesturing her to walk out of the room with me.
"I have more questions." She squeals.
"I'll answer them all" I agree, standing on the doorway. "Let me take you out after school. " I press earning a questioning look from her.
"And how can I believe that you are not planning on murdering me?" She wiggles her brows.
"Because I haven't already. " I smirk. "I'll meet you at your locker after your classes." with that I turn to leave and walk to my PE class.

For a boy, I sure as hell was very desperate for the day to end already. PE was absolute torture; Stella wasn't in my class and Caspar had been eating up my brain, asking me what I was doing in Marzia's dorm.
"Are you fucking her?" He asks, agitated.
"Who?" I whine.
"Marzia." He answers sharply.
"For a guy smitten in love, you sure as hell trust your girlfriend a lot. " I sarcastically comment.
"It's you whom I don't trust." He says, making me roll my eyes.
"If I were you, I wouldn't trust me too." I smirk.
"I wouldn't be surprised if something was going on." He says after we come back from the game, in the dressing room. I had already changed back into my usual hoods and jeans.
"As much as I enjoy ruining relationships and sit back and have a laugh." I answer, in all seriousness, as Caspar is still wiping off his sweat from his T shirt. "I'm not doing anything as such for two reasons." I raise two fingers, and then continuing to lace up my shoes. "I quite like you as a friend. " I say as I stand up, grabbing my bag pack from the side seat. "and two, Marzia is in love with you and she is not a whore." I shrug walking off.

I was thanking heavens when my last class ended; chemistry just makes me want to kill myself and if I had spent another minute in that hell hole, I was bound to do so. I make my way to Stella's locker, which was the only thing I was looking forward to do all day. For the first time in a while, I could say this day has been perfect. I see a figure standing next to Stella's locker which made my blood boil, I knew that blonde quiff and branded clothes all too well.
"What the hell are you doing here?" I take long strides towards Tristan.
"Waiting...?" He answers and continues to play with his phone.
"Stella's going out with me." I proudly announce. Everyone just needs to back off right now.
"I don't care what you do." He shrugs, dismissing the conversation.
"You being here, shows otherwise." I point out, "I know what you are trying to do with Stella." I say and Tristan stares at me dead in the eye.
"Before you start blaming me for shit and just to be clear, " He says, standing up and meeting my gaze with equally furious eyes. "This is my locker and I can do whatever the fuck I want to do here. And second off, I'm not waiting for your 'Stella'." He quotes the air and turns around to resume his place at his locker.
"Should we get going?" Stella beams at me from behind and I turn around, praying she hasn't heard me talking to Tristan.
"Yeah" I smile and lead the way to my rover. If only all goes right today.
