10 minutes later

The Paw Patroller has arrived to Barkinburg castle as other people were also here. Many of them were aware of Paw Patrol team, so Ryder and pups were greeted with respect, even despite being not belonged to some royal families. Chase and Skye though were walking holding each others' hands and that was actually Skyes' plan as the anthro Cockapoo knew that Sweetie might try to take her crush all over to herself. Marshall spotted this and quickly walked up to his best friend to calm him down in this romance case.

Marshall: If you need to let your stress out, I'm always here bud.

Chase: Thanks man.

Skye: What do you mean by stress?

Chase: Sweetie of course.

Skye: Ahhh, alright.

Charshall (thoughts): Phew! Close call!

The anthro Terrier meanwhile was greeting guests on second floor as Paw Patrol has entered the main hall, the Princess quickly went toward them as Sweetie spotted the worst picture: Chase and Skye walking together as the pilot gave a quick smirk towards her. Still, it didn't make the anthro Terrier to lose her temper as she walked down to them.

Princess: So happy that you came for dinner even despite being busy in Adventure City.

Rubble: It'll be always a pleasure to visit you.

Princess: Appreciate it. And here's my secret knight.

Chase: Your Highness, good evening.

Princess: Hope you'll look after Sweetie, just don't be too harsh on her.

Skye: We'll try.

The Princess smiled and motioned Paw Patrol to come over the table and take a seat, Ryder though didn't forget about his request to put Chase and Skye together near each other and her Majesty happily accepted it so the couple was sitting together as Marshall and Rocky were sitting between them.

Princess: We're waiting for some guests still, they should arrive in 15 minutes, so have some chat with each other and enjoy your time-spending in Barkinburg.

Skye: Oh, nice! Chase?

Chase: Yeah?

Skye: I need to talk with you, privately.

Chase: Hmm, ok.

Then they walked to the second floor as the anthro Terrier followed them but not too close to be spotted. When Chase and Skye stopped at the private spot, Sweetie was interrupted by one of the guests so she had a chat with him while spying on her target and rival, she could also clearly hear their talk as well.

Skye: You're feeling cool now in Adventure City?

Chase: Yeah, I actually don't have any fears from the past, because it has changed into different one. Hah, it's rather an annoying factor than a fear.

Skye: Let me guess, your popularity?

Chase: Especially its' effect on the girls. Reading these mails are making me pretty pissed.

Skye: I actually know one solution!

Chase: Really?

Skye: Do you wanna *takes a deep breath* hang out with me after dinner?

Sweetie (thoughts): You little bastard girl.

Chase: Hmmm... I'd actually love to!

Skye: Great! 

Then they just looked around, watching at other guests talking with each other as the anthro Shepherd accidentaly focused his look on Sweetie and suddenly to himself, he felt something unusual towards Sweetie: somewhy, he enjoyed her look in that dress with partially exposed chest and the anthro Terrier also felt his look, so she looked at him and smirked quite sensually at him. Skye though noticed that and closed Chases' eyes by her hand, while looking at Sweetie with disgust. Sweetie in response made a "I'm watching you" sign and walked away as Chase and Skye stood at their place. However, Sweeties' trick affected Chase.

Chase (thoughts): Ohhh damn no!! I think I started falling for Sweetie! And looks like Skye wants some privacy because of her feelings to me, I can feel it!! Both girls want me... shit, what should I do??
