Hazy screams of the others sounded from under the water as Syo opened his eyes and swam up to the surface then breathe the air and started coughing.

"Syo-chan!" Natsuki cried as he offered his hand to him. The blond looked at him for a moment then he looked around.

"Where's Misora?" Syo asked in a panic tone after he ended his coughing fit.

"She's still down there!!" Tsubasa replied as he attempted to dive in the water. After hearing this, Syo immediately dived back in to the water and started looking for her.

Misora continued sinking into the depths of emptiness. Her consciousness was slowly fading away because of the pain she felt on her head. Her vision was getting blurry but she caught a blurry sight of a figure coming after her.

"Let's play again, Misora!"

She heard a boy's voice. Why was it so familiar? A flash of yellow came inside her mind and the small glimpse of a black hat.

Who was that? Why did a sudden memory appeared? Why would she remember such a memory that she can't even remember?

I will protect you
I will face the dangers ahead just for it

Syo finally reached her as he quickly took her hand and wrapped an arm around her waist. His eyes can see the blood scattered in the water. The blond began swimming back up with his lungs nearly reaching its limits.

I know why I fell in love with you...

Just a little more... A little bit more... Until we can get out from this glass that separated us!!

Syo let out a gasp when he reached the surface. He panted and lifted Misora's body so that she could get a little air even in her unenvious state.

"Syo!/ Syo-chan!"

"Sora-chin!/ Sora-chan!"

The blond quickly swam back to land. He quickly laid Misora on the soft ground once he got out of the water. He let out a small grunt and started coughing and wheezing. Quartet Night quickly went to see what was the commotion since they just got home from work while the others that were already there went to their side.

"We leave you guys for two hours and now something happened?! Oh come on! Gimme a break!" Ranmaru yelled as he burst through the open doors leading to the outside world. The upperclassmen quickly called some medics.

Syo shook Misora and held her face while trying to wake her up.

"She needs CPR!" Tsubasa cried as he continued panicking like the world was going to end.

"Syo! Do it!!" Ai ordered him while Syo looked at him with surprise. He was hesitant because he stole her first kiss once and he didn't want to kiss her again without permission. He looked at the others.

"The medics won't be here on time! You have to do it!" Ai barked at him.

"Syo-chan... It's for her..." Natsuki looked at him with pleading eyes. Syo swallowed in his saliva. The others had the same look that meant "You're the only one who can do it..."

With a small bead of sweat rolled down his cheek, the blond mutter a small apology and started doing CPR. He breathed in her mouth and broke letting out a pant then continued.

. . .

He stopped.

"Misora?"

The raven head's fingers twitched as she shot up coughing out water. Syo backed up but his face was still a bit close to hers. She opened her eyes as she was greeted with the blond's face. Syo was panting heavily but a small smile formed on his lips as his eyes softened at her.

"Thank goodness you're alri--"

"SORA-CHIN!!"

Tsubasa suddenly dashed right next to her shoving the blond away from her and accidentally pushing him back on the lake. Syo rose up from the waters again and glared at him. He immediately checked her while asking random questions.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt? Any broken bones? Oh my gosh! You're bleeding! WHERE THE HELL IS THE MEDICS WHEN YOU NEED THEM ALREADY?! Just wait a bit! Don't you dare faint on meeeeee!!" Misora covered his mouth as Tsubasa whimpered and hugged her.

Misora apologized for worrying him as she pulled away. Reiji quickly got out a handkerchief and pressed it on her head. Wincing slightly, she visibly relaxed.

"Hang on to this for a while." Reiji said as Misora nodded and held the cloth to her head.

Syo cleared his throat as he glared at Tsubasa. "You've got some nerve throwing me back in the lake." He said while Tsubasa stared back with a straight face. Syo went over to Misora and crouched down then placed a long kiss on her forehead.

The others were surprised on what he did. Syo ignored them and pulled away then he moved his mouth to her ear. "Consider this a farewell gift."

"Consider this a farewell gift."

Misora's eyes widened as he looked at him. Syo stood up and formed a sad smile on his lips as he started walking off. She turned her head to watch him leave until he disappeared from sight. Her eyes darkened as she felt a bit sad.

"Was that a fragment of a memory? My memory?"

"Just who are you to me, Syo..." Misora mumbled quietly.

Syo swung open his bedroom door as he quickly closed it to a lock. He slid down on it after leaning against it as he panted. A few gasps for air came from his lips as he clutched his shirt with his hand.

"Not... Ha... this... ngh--again...!" Sweat trickled down his face. He waited for the pain ease a bit until it went away a bit before letting out a small laugh. How can he be a fighter if he humiliates himself in front of the others? He grimaced at the thought of his friends looking down at him and pitying him. He doesn't want anyone more even her seeing him in such a state like his last episode.

"I would say you're already a fighter."

"WAH! A GHOST--Oh wait..." Syo calmed down and stared at the one in front of him. "It's you."

"Greetings, midget." Seiji bowed his head politely even though the insult was spoken in a polite tone. The blond grumbled at him and looked away.

"How the hell did you get inside?"

"I was here before you entered." Seiji replied bluntly with a straight face.

"But you weren't even... Nevermind." Syo looked at him. "Anyways, what do you mean by 'I would say you're already a fighter' ?" The blond asked him as he eyed him with curiosity.

Seiji smiled a bit then he responded. "I called you a fighter because you are one. Just by staying alive with a weak heart and still living means you are."

"You're just trying to be nice, are you?" Syo squinted his eyes on him, suspiciously.

"Actually, I wasn't even trying to." Seiji replied with a deadpan look. "But, a true fighter, as I would know, risk his life for the ones he love and protect who are precious to him. You're not just a simple fighter. You're a "True Fighter" in everyone's eyes."

Syo stared at him like he was another person. Why was he being so kind all of the sudden?

"You saved my little sister's life even though you knew the consequences of your actions. I am very grateful for that. I saw everything from the window and... I guess she was right. She showed me she's well taken care of with the videos of you two on the beach also."

The blond twitched and instantly knew who took the videos and sent it to him.

Seiji took a deep breath and flashed a genuine smile. "Please take care of Misora for me, Syo."

Seiji closed the door behind him as he sighed. His eyes trailed to the side while he narrowed them.

"How long have you been standing there?"

"Ever since Syo came in. I'm quite surprised on what you said. I never knew you were the type of guy to lose for a specific position."

"Shut up, Tsubasa." He snarled between his teeth. "I'll admit I lost but I won't admit that my love for her is gone."

"Hahaha~ Whatever you say, Sei-chin~" Tsubasa gleefully replied.

"And, if it wasn't for you sending those videos, I would have not say that." Seiji said as he walked off while Tsubasa trailed beside him.

"Well, I did help Ren and the others because I'm full support here!" The brunet chirped as he laughed. Seiji rolled his eyes on him.

"Come on. I'm going to see if Misora is alright."

"Hai hai~"
