The morning light filtered softly through the cabin windows, casting a warm glow on the room. Hana stirred beneath the thick comforter, her body still tingling from the night before. As she blinked her eyes open, her thoughts immediately drifted to Namjoon. Memories of how he had touched her, kissed her, and finally taken her washed over her, causing her cheeks to flush. The sensation of his strong hands moving across her body, the way he had whispered her name, and the feeling of pure connection—they were all so vivid in her mind.
Turning her head, Hana saw Namjoon beside her, still peacefully asleep. His face looked serene, so different from the intensity of last night. His lips, which had been firm and demanding just hours before, were now soft in repose. His strong arms were wrapped possessively around her, keeping her close to his warm, bare chest. Hana’s blush deepened as she realized just how naked and exposed she was beneath the covers, completely tangled with him.
She tried to move slightly, but even the smallest motion seemed to stir Namjoon. His body shifted, and before she could slip away quietly, his eyes fluttered open. He blinked a few times, adjusting to the morning light, before his gaze settled on her. The corner of his mouth curled into a teasing smirk as he caught the telltale blush on her cheeks.
“Good morning, my blushing bride,” he said in a low, groggy voice, his smirk widening into a full grin. “Thinking about last night, aren’t you?”
Hana’s eyes widened, and she buried her face in the pillow, mortified that he had caught her. “N-No, I wasn’t!” she stammered, but the redness creeping up her neck betrayed her.
Namjoon chuckled softly and tightened his arms around her, pulling her even closer to his chest. “Liar,” he whispered playfully into her ear, sending a shiver down her spine. His breath was warm against her skin, and the intimacy of the moment brought back even more memories of their passionate night together.
After a moment of silence, he shifted to prop himself up on one elbow, looking down at her with amusement and affection. “You look beautiful when you blush,” he murmured, his thumb gently tracing her cheek. “But I must say, I’m proud of my handiwork. You didn’t seem to mind it last night.”
Hana’s face grew impossibly redder, and she buried her face deeper into the pillow, trying to hide from his teasing. “Namjoon!” she squeaked in protest, though a smile tugged at her lips.
Namjoon leaned down and kissed her forehead softly before pulling her closer again, his playful smirk softening into something more tender. “You don’t have to be embarrassed,” he whispered against her hair. “Last night was… perfect.”
Hana lifted her face slightly from the pillow, glancing up at him through her lashes. His eyes held that deep, affectionate look that made her heart skip a beat, and she couldn’t help but smile back at him.
“Okay, maybe it was,” she admitted shyly, her voice soft.
Namjoon chuckled again, his chest rumbling with the sound, and pressed a kiss to the top of her head. “Good. Because I plan on making every night even better than the last.”
Before Hana could respond, Namjoon shifted again, a playful glint returning to his eyes. “Speaking of making things better,” he began, his tone now mischievous, “how about we start today off with a nice shower together? You know, to save water.”
Hana’s eyes widened at his suggestion, her blush returning full force. “A shower together?” she repeated, her voice nearly a whisper.
“Mhm,” Namjoon murmured, his lips brushing the shell of her ear as he spoke. “It’s practical… and fun. Besides, I don’t think I’m done with you yet.”
Hana’s breath hitched at his words, her heart racing as she felt his hand sliding down her side, fingers grazing her bare skin under the covers. She couldn’t deny the spark of excitement that ignited inside her at the thought.
“O-Okay,” she finally agreed, her voice barely audible.
Namjoon grinned at her answer, clearly pleased. Without wasting another moment, he pulled the covers off of them and scooped her up into his arms, carrying her toward the en suite bathroom. Hana squealed softly, wrapping her arms around his neck as he carried her with ease, her heart racing at the anticipation of what was to come.
Once they reached the bathroom, Namjoon set her down gently before turning on the shower. The water cascaded down, steam slowly filling the small space. He turned back to her with a smirk, stepping closer until their bodies were almost touching.
“Shall we?” he asked, his voice low and full of promise.
Hana nodded, and Namjoon led her into the warm stream of water, his hands immediately moving to caress her skin as they stood under the spray. The heat of the water mingled with the warmth of his touch, and Hana’s body responded to him in ways that felt both familiar and thrilling.

Later that morning, after their shower and an hour or so of leisurely, playful moments together, Namjoon suggested they head out to explore more of the mountain town.
“I know just the place for breakfast,” Namjoon said as he helped Hana slip into her warm winter coat. He grabbed his own coat and then took her hand, leading her outside. “There’s this little café I’ve heard about. Cozy, with a great view of the mountains.”
Hana smiled, grateful for the thoughtfulness he always showed. Namjoon had a way of making the simplest moments feel special, and she was excited to spend the day with him.
The crisp mountain air greeted them as they stepped outside, and they made their way hand-in-hand through the snow-covered streets toward the café. It was a quaint little spot nestled into the hillside, its wooden exterior blending into the snowy landscape. The café's windows were fogged from the warmth inside, and soft, inviting light spilled out onto the snow.
Once inside, they were greeted by the smell of freshly brewed coffee and baked pastries. They found a quiet table near a window with a stunning view of the snow-covered mountains. The atmosphere was cozy, with soft music playing in the background and the smell of cinnamon wafting through the air.
Namjoon ordered for both of them, opting for warm croissants and coffee. As they waited, Hana gazed out at the mountains, feeling a sense of peace wash over her. The beauty of the snow-covered peaks, the warmth of the café, and the presence of Namjoon beside her made everything feel perfect.
“Isn’t it beautiful?” she asked, turning to Namjoon with a soft smile.
“Yeah, it is,” he replied, though his eyes weren’t on the mountains. They were on her.
Hana blushed under his gaze, but the warmth in her chest told her she was exactly where she needed to be—wrapped in Namjoon’s love and care.
When their breakfast arrived, they ate slowly, savoring not just the food but the quiet moments of peace they shared. It was a perfect morning, the kind that made her heart swell with gratitude. They spent the rest of the meal talking and laughing, planning out their day and sharing their hopes for the future.
As they finished their breakfast, Namjoon leaned back in his chair, a contented smile on his face. “I think this is going to be the best week of my life,” he said softly, reaching across the table to take Hana’s hand.
Hana smiled, her heart swelling with happiness. “I think so too,” she agreed, squeezing his hand gently.
And in that moment, as they sat together in the cozy café, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains, Hana knew that this was just the beginning of a lifetime of beautiful moments together.
