AN: A Brand New Smytheberry fan fiction story! This story has been swimming in my head.

This story takes place in New York. Rachel Berry and Sebastian Smythe are dating with a child. They meet a new neighbor, Brody Weston, who seems like a great guy but seems to be a mystery. Sebastian notices that the new neighbor has taken a strange interest in HIS Rachel.

There is an accident, and Rachel finds herself turning to Brody for comfort and after a night of passion, she sees that her neighbor is too obsessed with her. What will happen with Smytheberry? Brochel? Drama, angst, passion, love.....
