AN: Hello Hearts Collide Fans!!! Finally back and I deeply apologize for being away so long.

Also I want to say congratulations to Lea Michele and her new fiance Zandy on their new engagement. So incredibly happy for them esp Lea. And Jonathan Groff is her "maid of honor".  Gives me hope through the darkness there is a chance at happiness again.

Anyways onto Chapter 10! This is also my birthday month (next Wed).

Rachel can't remember what happened. How did she end up in bed with Brody? And now Sebastian won't answer her calls. All she did was have some wine. She didn't really remember what happened after that. She knew she wasn't herself. But how was she going to convince Sebastian or anyone else?

It isn't that Brody isn't attractive. He simply wasn't the man she wanted. The man she loves more than anyone, aside from Colton and her fathers,

is Sebastian.

Rachel picked up her phone to dial his number for the hundredth time.

Hey this is Sebastian
you know the drill. Leave your name and number and I'll call back when I can.
And if this is Rachel, you know where I can be found.

Beep.....

Rachel was about to leave a message, but decided to hang up instead. She was a coward. He will never forgive her. She wouldn't forgive herself either. 

Rachel listened to his voice. She knew he deserved a better apology then by phone.

She quickly set her phone up to record a video.

She began to sing.

Rachel broke down in tears. Her phone buzzed and she quickly looked to see if it were Sebastian but instead it was Brody.

Rachel picked up the call and was aggravated.

"Brody for the last time.... Leave me alone. Lose my number. if you keep calling, I WILL press charges.Goodbye.."

Rachel slammed the phone down. When did Rachel ever back down from a challenge? She knew what she had to do.

Rachel Berry was getting her man and her son back once and for all.

Rachel took a quick shower, dressed,  got her keys and got into her car to find her family. She wasn't leaving until they were okay again.

Meanwhile.....

Sebastian woke up after a restless night. He couldn't sleep without her
next to him. Something didn't feel right. Yes he was angry at Rachel.  He couldn't believe she would betray him. This wasn't like her at all. Rachel wouldn't just cheat on him.

Unless.....wait..... this DOES seem like something Brody would do. He is manipulative enough. He KNEW Rachel well enough. She wouldn't jeopardize what they have.  She would never hurt Colton either.

Regardless of how pissed off he was, he needs his Rachel back.

Daddy? Colton asked.

"Yes, son?" he replied.

"Where is mommy?" he asked.

" She is at home." Sebastian answered with a lump in his throat.

"Whatever mommy did I know she sorry daddy." Colton answered.

Sebastian nodded.  His son was young but very wise.  He needed his Rachel.

"Stay with grandma today. Daddy has an errand to run." Sebastian said. 

"And get mommy back?" Colton asked, hopeful. 

"And get mommy back." he replied.

Sebastian kissed his forehead, got up and made a call to Puck, and quickly left to talk to Rachel.

Twenty minutes later....

Sebastian arrived at Rachel's with Puck.

"Dude this doesn't sound like Rachel.  She wouldn't cheat." Puck said. 

"She cheated on Finn." Sebastian said. 

"That was a rush in judgement and I'm not innocent BUT it was only a kiss." Puck said. "Plus, she loves you and Colton too much. This sounds like that douche Brody. He is psycho enough to do it."

"True." Sebastian agreed. 

Sebastian grabbed his key and opened the door.

"Rachel are you home? Baby?" Sebastian called out. It was too quiet. Unless she is with Brody.. He thought to self.

"Don't jump to conclusions Bro." Puck said.

"You've been around Broadway too much.  " Sebastian joked.

"I've learned too much from her." Puck admitted.

Sebastian looked around. He went into the bedroom and noticed the nightstand. It was a bottle of pills he didn't recognize. Rachel doesn't take anything except her birth control pills.  And the bottle was opened and not her name on the bottle. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" he yelled.

"Dude what's up?" Puck asked.

"Look at this. These aren't hers. Why the hell would she need these pills and has Brody's name on it?!" Sebastian yelled. 

Puck grabbed the bottle and threw the bottle across the room. "That Fucker drugged her. I KNEW she wouldn't just cheat on you. That Brody douche date raped her!!!" Puck yelled.

Sebastian was almost out of the bedroom when he collided with the one person he had hoped to see.

Brody. 

Brody froze when he saw Sebastian and Puck.

"Oh shit..." he mumbled.

"Brody Brody Brody.. just the man I hoped to run into. Tell me, were you so desperate to get to Rachel that you had to drug her? You see,  I never had to drug her." Sebastian said. He punched Brody in the gut.

"She didn't say no." Brody smirked while trying to breathe. That punch hurt but refused to show it.

"I'm going to tell you for the last time...STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY WIFE." Sebastian warned.

Neither of them heard someone else come into the room.

"Brody? Sebastian? Noah? What are you all doing here?" Rachel asked.

Sebastian walked up to Rachel,  cupped her face and kissed her passionately.  Her smirked a bit thinking of Brody forced to watch. Hell he was still Sebastian Smythe. But also because regardless what had happened,  he needed his Rachel.

He pulled away and said "Lets go home. I'll Tell you on the way. Colton is waiting too. Oh and Puck?" he asked.

"Yes?" Puck replied.

"Make sure you take the trash out on your way out.  It's smells and rotting in this apartment. " He answered, laughing. Rachel was confused.

Puck laughed and smirked at Brody. 

"Yes sir." Puck answered, flexing his muscles.

Brody snarled. This isn't over Smythe.
