Urainia came across a blue planet while she was busy placing stars near the Moon.

It was blue from a distance, but it has green patches upon closer inspection. Very unique and beautiful.

She teleported, blind, on to the planet. When you teleport blind, you have no destination in mind, basically a game of chance.

Urainia arrived at a beach. It was a nice introduction to this planet. Pale yellow sand under her feet, water lapping on the shore, fluffy clouds in the blue sky, warm sunlight, and the smell of salt. In the distance, a spout of water from a whale.

It was the first time that she has seen any of these things, her eyes filled with wonder at all the sights.

Daring, she waded into the cool water. She got her dress wet, but it didn't bother her.

Urainia heard a voice behind her.

"Hey! Get out of the water!"

Urainia turned around to see a tanned, tall woman with curly blonde hair. She wore a sapphire bodysuit with shell armor on her shoulders, forearms, and shins. The bodysuit had a pattern that looked like seafoam. Her name was Philliana.

"Sorry!" Urainia walked out from the sea and went to see the woman.

"Why?"

"The seafloor goes from 3 feets to 20 feet in a couple of steps.It's dangerous."

Philliana noticed how the dress clung to the stranger's petite frame, and her purple, curling hair that was partly up in buns. Her sheer sleeves showed smooth, pale skin, and had an open back. She was short, her eyes sparkled with wonder. Small, delicate, innocent, like a flower that had just begun to bloom. Philliana found her fair.

"What's your name?"

"Urainia. I'm a goddess."

"I'm a goddess, too. My name is Philliana. What are you the goddess of?"

"Um, I'm not super sure...I know that I'm the goddess of stars, light, and knowledge."

Philliana knew she was a younger goddess, not yet fully aware of her power.

"I'm the goddess of war, love, and the sea. Where are you from?"

Urainia pointed at the sky. "Up there. This is my first time here. What is this place called?"

"Earth. This is a beautiful place, full of all sorts of things you've never seen before."

"Really?" Urainia was looking forward to seeing all the sights that Earth offered, and Philliana found her curiosity very pure.

"Things that you can't even imagine!"

Philliana was beginning to really like Urainia, but there was a nagging thought in the back of her head.

"Are you seeing anyone right now, Urainia?"

Urainia tilted her head. "What do you mean?"

"Any...romantic entanglements? A lover?"

Urainia's eyes lit up in realization. "Yes, I do! His name is Umbrum."

Philliana stared blankly. She had never heard of the name, and was disappointed that she was taken. But she wouldn't dare show that to Urainia. She knew better than to mess with a taken person.

"Can you describe him for me?"

"Of course! He's a very calm, stable presence. He can get defensive and ill-tempered, but he is willing to help me out when I ask for it. He isn't super-affectionate, at least not in public, but he loves me a lot. That, I know for sure."

Philliana noticed that she didn't describe this mystery man's looks. It clearly wasn't just lust.

"It's great that you sound so happy. I look forward to meeting him. Is he a god?"

"Yes, a god of darkness!"

Weird how I just found out that there's a goddess of light and a god of darkness. I wonder what other gods are out there that I don't know about. Is there a god or goddess for everything in nature?

"Will I meet your lover?"

"Hopefully!"
