Ruhana reaches Bulbul's school and is shocked to see the scenario. A few goons had surrounded the kids, keeping them on gunpoint. Ruhana turned ecstatic when she finds Bulbul in the  clutches of a goon. She is worried suddenly. The teachers were standing with their heads hung down. They wanted the kids to be safe and they were scared to take the move.

Ruhana's heart is thumping, as she hears the cold voice of the goons.

"Ab toh ye CID wale aayenge hi, in bachon ko bachane. Aur main unse apna kaam nikalvaunga. " one of the goons, who seemed like a leader spoke.

"tere kaam ka toh pata nahi, par in bachon ko toh hum chuda hi lenge."  a masculine voice echoes in the surroundings.

Ruhana looks up and finds a young man walking inside the school gates. Few more people followed him.

"senior inspector Kavin!!! Aa hi gaye aap! Ab chalo mera kaam kardo. Main in maasoom bachon ko chod dunga." the goon says.

"jo tu chahta hai, wo toh hone se raha, Raghu!!" kavin shouts at the man.

"tujhe in bachon ki Jaan  pyari nai hai kya, inspector? Kyun inki laashein bichana chahta hai. Mere bhai ko chod de, main in bachon ki Jaan baksh dunga." Raghu replies.

Kavin gritted his teeth.

"In bachon ko kuch nahi hoga. Aur jo tu chahta hai wo main hone nahi dunga." kavin says.

Meanwhile, many parents came around and they were scared. Kavin and the goon were still arguing.

On the other hand, bulbul tried to free herself from the goon, but she wasn't successful.

"Aye ladki!! Zyada hoshiyari nai dikhana! Nai toh…" the other goon showed her the gun.

But the girl wasn't afraid. Maybe, this was her father's trait that she inherited.

"Gun dikhaoge? Main nahi darti. Aap log darte ho!"  bulbul says.

The goon raged while Bulbul giggles.

"Aap darte ho mere dost se. Isliye chote bachon ko pakad ke rakha hai." bulbul says.

The goon put the gun on Bulbul's head, and that made Ruhana shiver. She ran inside the school and kept her hand on Kavin's shoulder.

"Aap yahan behes kar rahe hai, wahan meri bachi ki Jaan khatre Mein Hai. Jo usey chahiye wo de kyun nahi dete aap log!" she shouts on anger at the official.

Kavin looks at Ruhana.

"dekhiye Ma'am, please shant ho jaiye! We are handling it." kavin says calmly.

"kaise shant ho jaun? Aur aise kaise handle kar rahe hai aap? Wahan itne bache gunpoint pe hai aur aap Baat kar rahe hai. Tab kuch karenge kya jab wo aadmi meri bachi ko maar dega. Kuch karte kyun nahi ho?" Ruhana shouts in anger stirring Kavin at his place.

" Wo jo chahta hai hum usey nahi de sakte. Don't worry aapki bachi ko kuch nahi hoga. "  Kavin says trying to comfort Ruhana.

" bachon ki Jaan se zyada zaruri hai kya? Kaise officer hain aap! Bachon se zyada zaruri kya hai aapke liye…?? Dekhiye agar meri bachi ko kuch hua na, toh uske zimmedar aap honge. " Ruhana warned him.

Kavin sighs. He looks around and  his eyes fell on Bulbul. Some children were in tears and this lady has stirred him. He turns to Raghu saying that he will try to free his brother but he has to leave the children. The man went in thoughts, whilst Bulbul bit on the goon's hand sharply, such that his grip on her loosened and the gun fell of his hand. Taking the advantage, Nikhil and other officers took hold on the goons while Shreya took the kids to a side.

Raghu is shocked, and he looks at Kavin hatefully..

"tune dhokha kiya firse." he shouts and shoots in Kavin's direction.

But he's swift to save himself and fires back. After a few minutes, everything goes silent. The goon and his men are caught. Ruhana who was still hugging bulbul, kisses her head.

"tu thik hai na?" she asks.

"han par dost ko chot lagi!" bulbul says.

"dost!" Ruhana looks at her questioningly.

"Mall wale friend, mumma!" bulbul points at Kavin.

Ruhana looks at him, as he makes his way towards them. He ruffles Bulbul's hair.

"Aap toh bahut brave ho. You helped me." he says softly.

"Main mere papa jaisi hoon. And I am very strong! Hai na mumma!" Bulbul says innocently.

Ruhana nods her head positively and looks at Kavin. She's guilty of her behavior towards him.

"Thankyou so much. Maine apse bahut kuch kaha, and I'm really sorry for that." Ruhana apologizes for her behavior.

"it's alright! Aapka gussa jayaz tha. Lekin I was only trying to figure out the situation." he says.

"that's nice of you. Lekin main ghabra gayi thi. Bulbul k alawa aur koi nahi hai mera. Ye meri zindagi hai aur zindagi jeene ki wajah bhi. Isliye I was tensed. Aur aapse itna kuch keh gayi. Par Aapne toh bulbul ki hi nahi saare bachon ki Jaan bachayi." Ruhana says.

Kavin smiles. He understands her and so he lets go.

" it's alright. Am glad meri nanhi dost thik hai. " Kavin says.

" Par aap thik nahi ho. Chalo, you need first-aid. Humara ghar Paas Mein Hai. " Bulbul says holding kavin's hand.

"haan aaiye. Hospital Jaane Mein Waqt lagega." Ruhana says and leads his way to her home.

They reach home, Ruhana asks Kavin to sit and moves to fetch the first aid box. Bulbul gets water for Kavin and Ruhana gets the first aid kit and cleans his wound. He winced in pain as her fingers touched his wound. She applied the ointment and bandaged his arm. He smiles at her as she finishes bandaging and thanks her.

" Ye toh mera farz tha. After all, you saved my daughter."  Ruhana replies.

" main toh apni duty kar raha tha. Anyway, I should be leaving now." he says.

He turns but felt a tug on his hand. He finds Bulbul holding his hand.

"Aap bulbul se milne aaoge?" she asks innocently.

He bends down to her level.

" haan zaroor. Jab bhi mujhe i time milega, main aaunga aapse aur aapki mumma se milne." he says tweaking her nose.

Bulbul kisses his cheek softly and he leaves for the bureau. Ruhana makes bulbul busy with her work and she begins to prepare dinner. All the while she thinks about Kavin, how he saved Bulbul and all the other children. She suddenly feels bad for Kavin and she was unknown of his plan. Though she apologized, yet she felt guilty. Bulbul's voice brings her out of her trance.

"mummaa! Bulbul ko bhool lagi hai."  she shouts.

"Han han meri toofan mail!! Jao table pe baitho! Maine kadhi chawal banaya hai. " she says.

Bulbul chuckles to know about her favorite food. She hugs her mom and runs towards the dining table. Ruhana follows her and they have their food. Most of the time, it's bulbul who is talking and Ruhana is adoring her. Aftermath, Ruhana puts her daughter to sleep.

A few days pass by, Kavin stopped by to meet Bulbul near her school, or near her society. The little girl seems happy with Kavin around her.
One day, it's afternoon, Bulbul is standing near the school gate. She's waiting for Ruhana. It's Saturday, and so, Ruhana used to pick her up from school. She looks sad. At the same time, someone taps on her head. She smiles.

" Uncle, aap!!"  she hugs him.

"Haan! Yahan akele kyun khade ho aap?"  he asks.

"mumma is late!!"  bulbul says grumpily.

" No problem, main aapko ghar chod deta hoon." Kavin says with a smile.

" but ek aur problem hai, uncle."  Bulbul says.

Kavin tweaks her nose.

"Batao kya hua?" he asks.

Bulbul tells him something, at which he is left thoughtful, but he says something that delights Bulbul. But her happiness vanishes, when Ruhana sidelines kavin, shouts at him for something that he said, and takes bulbul home.
