Everyone fears the darkness, but sadly, in the end, it is the only thing that shall embrace you. It shall always be there, by your side. Even if you go unaware, the darkness is still there. I know personally how much people hate the darkness, but sometimes... there is more beauty in the dark then within the light's clutches, such as the stars. The stars cannot outshine the sun, therefore, they go unnoticed throughout the day, but at night, they do not have to battle the moon's stolen light to be noticed, for they shine the brightest when the lights go out. If you were to look into the sky while the sun was making it's way across the brilliant blue space that occupies above our heads, it would blind you and, depending on how long you remained focused on it's ever-so-blinding glow, you may receive permanent ocular damage. Compared to the forever-memorable night sky, the moon's light, which is perpetually stolen from the sun as it reflects the light the sun produces, seems to dance and charm the sky with it's elegant glow, the stars dotting the dark, shadow-kissed, midnight sky, as they grace us with their very presence. There is nothing, and never will be, something wrong with embracing the darkness that surrounds us all. It embraces the moon and the stars in such an elegant, divine way, it shows us the beauty in the night, giving us no reason to fear it. The only thing to fear when it comes to the darkness, is those whom lurk within it.
