I have never considered myself as a heartbreaker, or a heartthrob, or anything worthy of being desired.

That being said, I have to acknowledge that there have been several cases where I only wanted a friendship, and they wanted much more.

As far as I can tell, (as an aromantic?),  I haven't felt any romantic feelings for anyone.

But just because they loved me and I didn't love them back the same way, doesn't mean only they suffered.

You have to understand, it hurts me too. It genuinely hurts that I can't reciprocate your feelings.

Both of us get hurt in some cases, you understand?
