Days went, Weeks went. Anika was accompanied only by his letter. She never thought He would be in so much pain and she wondered how could someone hid their pain and smile like a carefree person. After reading the letter, she fainted at the same spot. There was no energy left in her to face the world at the same strength. She saw his smiley image in between her closed eyes. Even though she got her consciousness back, She didn't want to open her eyes, She wanted to stay eyes closed and look at him. 

She cursed herself for not listening to him when he decided to open up everything to her. But there was no use, After experiencing everything which happened. She finally opened her eyes after two days and witnessed her veins connected to a saline bottle and she looked terrible. She was admitted in the hospital, same room. Her breath choked when she realized this time her doc won't attend her. 

Arpita rushed inside when she saw her half-sit in the bed. Anika was completely blank to notice anyone but Arpita stayed with her caressing her palm. This time there was no pithiness in her face but a sort of confidence. Anika noticed that and looked at her shockingly. But stayed silent. 

Over these days, Anika was staying in shivaay's house And still hoping for his return and his call but she got the opposite, She heard atharv talking with the police officer that they found shivaay's bike nearer to the cliff and they were still in the search of his body as he wrote like that in his last letter to anika. But Anika closed the door of their bedroom leaving a huge thud. She wasn't ready to accept the fact that shivaay was no more. But she decided to listen to shivaay, He asked her not to search for him as she only sees his happy face whenever she thinks about him which should always leave a smile in her face. 

"Atharv..." - She called him when she saw him leaving from his house. He heard his name from his mouth after so many days. 

"Yeah, Ani..." - He responded to her. 

"Enough, Atharv... I know you're trying to find him for the past week, But I am no energy to face anything or even hear anything... Please leave it... He asked me not to search for him, I want to listen to him... If he's alive, I have a trust that he will definitely find me and come back to me but If he didn't, He's staying with me, Maybe standing right next to me and side-hugging me, Right now... I hope you understand my feelings and..." - Her voice trailed off when tears ran out from her eyes without even her control. Atharv just nodded to her and left the place. Even he could feel the pain in her words and decided to leave everything for her sake. Only for her sake. 

Everything was noticed by her dadi who came to visit her. She apologized to her and asked her to come back to her house but Anika didn't listen to her. Arpita stayed with her didn't leave her alone in that situation. She got information that her father and mother, Rashi relocated to their origins. Rishab went back to Delhi and Rashi to newyork. But Arpita and her dadi stayed with her. Now her dadi chose her granddaughter over her son but Anika least bothered about that. 

"Still, My share over the properties exists?" - Anika asked out of blue to her dadi. 

"It's your dadu's gift for you. Nobody can take it from you..." - Her dadi replied to her. 

"Bloody compensation gift... He returned with this gift for snatching him from me..." - Anika replied to her dadi which clearly conveyed her that she will never ever trust anyone of them in her life again. 

"Anyhow, Shivaay donated this house to the orphanage where he brought up and I have decided to give all of my shares to that orphanage... He wanted a good education for the children like him and I have decided to do that..." - Anika sounded like informing. But Her tone was too strong to argue. Her dadi stayed stunned but Arpita smiled at her like an approval. Sometimes she wonders, From where she got this much courage to do everything. Over then, She recognized she never let his words, His Strong Lady, in vain. It got registered in her heart subconsciously. 

Everything was going fine, Even though she wasn't happy, she felt the peacefulness in the air without any guilt and full of love, She was never betrayed nor betrayed anyone but experienced the happiest phrase in her life which she didn't ask for and came as a gift. She was still thankful for those six days in her life. Every time she imagines, She felt the smile in the corner of her lips and his strong hug across her shoulders. Those feelings, That smile was enough to go through the rest of her life. 

But peacefulness in the air suddenly started to fade when she heard her dadi speaking with atharv to marry her and he listened to her silently without denying it. She never thought she will experience this in her life, And she decided to confront him. 

"You said, You will never expect anything from me other than friendship..." - Anika asked him directly. But Atharv stayed silent and looked at her. 

"Stop doing this, Atharv... Don't stay silent... I already loose many things in my life, Please say something, Ani..." - Anika added this Time tears crossed her eyes. 

"Ani... I don't want to do this... I just want to be your bestest friend for the rest of life... But..."- Atharv stopped. 

"But What atharv?"- Anika questioned him. 

"It has been two months, Ani... Look at you, Are you really you?" - Atharv questioned her. 

"So, You think, Marrying you will bring me back like before... If you think I was better before, You are wrong. Then, I was suffering from guilt and constant pain in my heart so the reason which I didn't even have it in my memory over that time... Now, I am far better, Got rid of guilt, pain... I finally started to live my life, Now... But you can't see that..." - Anika said in a go, without any pause. 

"You know what, I will straightly come to the point... Your efforts are becoming worthless now... Not only you, Anyone in the universe can't change me... Because I got married to him for eternity..." - She crossed atharv showing her tattoo and throwing the ring which he gave to her in the ground. Hearing her, Tears crossed from his eyes. 

For Anika, His visit not only got away to see what he has in his heart for her but also told her it had been two months since he left. She always had the feeling that he didn't leave her without any hope but when she realized it had been two months, Her heartbeat pounds against her chest when she realized it has been two months. 

She couldn't able to control her emotions when she saw two blue lines in the pregnancy test kit. For the first time, She never felt alone when she realized he left her with the most beautiful present. She became so happy and at the same time, She started to miss him more. But She could only miss him. She wasn't capable of doing anything else.

AFTER 2 WEEKS.

Anika was sitting in front of his cabin while continuously tabbing her feet. Even though his cabin in the hospital was empty, Hospital staff didn't give that cabin to any other doctors as they still believe that he will come back and resumes his work. Over then anika saw a nurse emerging out from his cabin with a box full of his belongings. Anika stopped her. 

"Sister, What are you doing? where are you taking his things?" - Anika asked the nurse. 

"Doctor's personal stuff... keeping it in his locker... Doctor is very particular about his personal stuff... We don't want to get scolded as soon as he comes back" - Nurse replied, Anika couldn't control her smile when she sensed the hopefulness in her voice. 

"Do you think he will come back to this hospital?" - Anika asked the nurse. 

"Of course, Where will he go, Then?" - The nurse replied to her. 

"What are you doing here?" - The nurse asked her in a return. 

"Even I came here to see Dr. Oberoi... But Unfortunately, He isn't available..." - Anika replied to her with a smile in his face. 

"Oh... You can pass a message, That's what most of his regular patients do...See this box is filled with letters from his patients... Our doctor is really a gem..."- Nurse replied to her. She got surprised to see loads of letters in his box. But slightly emotional too, She didn't show them on her face. 

"Okay, Can you please pass my message to him?" - Anika asked the nurse, She nodded. Anika took a card size sonographic image of their baby from her handbag and write a note behind that. 

"Hey, soon-to-be Father. If you're reading this, Please come back, We both are missing you..."

She kept it in an envelope and gave that to the nurse with a smiling face. 

"You didn't write the address behind... How will he address you?" - The nurse asked her. 

"Actually I am leaving the country, Tomorrow... Don't worry, If he read this, He will definitely know who I am and he finds me too..."  - Anika said with a smile and left the hospital. And she was ready to experience anything. Even if he comes, She will be happy. If he didn't, She live in peace that he's staying with her but the only thing is she can't feel him or touch him. Who knows, He might be side-hugging her and accompanying along with her in her each step.
