Anika's POV

I never thought my life takes this much beautiful turn. This one and a half month, The only time, I smiled to myself by living my imaginary life with him. But he only exists in my imaginary life. It had been fifteen days since i saw him. But he daily comes in my dream. The only reason for me to sleep. I am sentenced to this forever, Whatever i wishes, never happen. Or something will happen to them. Anyhow, Everything happens for good. 

Can't believe this is my last day in the hospital. I thought i never be alright when i saw myself surrounded by plasters each corner of my body. But he made it happen. Doc, You're truly my guardian angel. But now the time came, To say goodbye to everything. Before two days, I come to know he got relieved from the hospital, Officially, when i asked them for the reason they refused to say that to me. But hope he's fine. I just have only one wish in my heart. In future, If the god plans any unexpected meeting for us, I should see him happy, with a smiley face or with his angel spending his life happily with kids. The way he told me about her saying he still loves her unconditionally. And when i asked him, whether she's alive. He utters with a huge yes, shockingly. He couldn't even want to anything ill about her. He still loves her that much purely. 

If God appears and asks me anything, I will ask him to grant his every wish. He deserves every happiness in the world. Whatever happens in my life, I am ready to take everything as my wish and overcome but i am not ready to take if anything happens to him. You are the only beautiful thing happens to me ever in life.

Anika packed everything including the diary which was gifted by shivaay. She didn't pack them along with her medicine and clothes. But kept it nearer to her heart like a treasure which she ever shares with anyone. There were no tears, Her tears sealed up on that day itself. But it was the pain which she couldn't able to give any name to it. But it hurted her to death. But tolerated it. 

"Anika... What are you thinking?" - Arpita asked her while holding one of her bags. 

"Nothing just... Atharv was about to come to pick me up, right..." - Anika changed the topic immediately, Over these fifteen days, Atharv visited her every day and spend time with her. Even though she responded to him. Her whole heart was with shivaay. He wasn't aware of anything. Anika wanted to keep shivaay safely deep inside her heart. 

"No... He was about to come... But he suddenly had to go because of some work..." - Arpita said. During that time, Rashi entered into the room with a smiley face, Anika didn't respond anything to her but packed her things. She saved everything from the gift which was given by shivaay to the prescription he written. For Anika, She was taking shivaay's memories along with her, Surrendering her heart with him. Rashi offered her help but anika raised her hand and stopped her. She didn't do anything. 

"Ani... Shall we go?" - Arpita asked her. 

"Yes, Arpita..." - She responded to Arpita. Rashi felt ignored. They moved towards the car which was in the entrance. Arpita tried to hold her for support but Anika didn't accept her help but do it everything on her own. Even though anika didn't want to show everything on her face. But without her knowledge, she was showing her frustration to everyone. They reached the house. Anika knew there will be a huge drama as Rashi accompanying her to her daadu's place. She knew about her father, He will never let her in. So she rushed outside before the car stops. Arpita and Rashi shocked on her reaction. But Anika didn't get bothered. She rushed inside her house. 

Upto her shock, The whole bungalow was dark there was no light but she felt her rose petals under her toes and she could even able to smell it. The light appears when she felt the rose petals. She was surprised to see the whole mansion was decorated with her favourite flowers, Red roses. But she didn't get impressed. But when she saw Atharv making his way towards her with a smile, She understood for what he was up to and why the whole house decorated like this. But neither her mind Nor her heart ready for this. But she stayed at the same place reacting to everything with a faint smile. He proceeded his way towards. When he reached her, He heaved out a deep breathe looking at her. He smiled at her, She smiled at him back. Over the next second, He went on his knees and took the ring box from his back pocket. She understood everything. But her reaction was the same, She was smiling at him, Faintly.

"I have to do this ever since i met you, Ani... But i don't know it will take this much longer... With your presence, You not only made me the happiest person in the earth but made me realise, That love exists in the form of you in real life..." - He said. His part who was witnessed became emotional and his mom cupped his mouth in happiness like Arpita who was behind her. Her daadi shed tears. Her father was smiling and Rashi was also smiling. But neither she can able to be happy nor Smile like others. The fake smile in her face faded from her face when she felt his real love for her. 

"Atharv..." - She whispered his name. 

"Ms Anika Kapoor, Will you marry me?" - He asked her before she could respond anything to him. But In her mind, She heard his voice coincide with her voice in her mind. But there was one difference. Instead of Ms Anika Kapoor, She heard Mr Shivaay Singh Oberoi. 

"Mr Shivaay Singh Oberoi, Will you marry me?" - She heard her voice inside her mind. She couldn't able to focus on anything. She was shocked. She couldn't able to think anything else. She felt like She was proposing to shivaay in her mind. But the shivaay whom she was proposing wasn't the Dr Shivaay. But He was looked so young and had tears in his eyes. She could see the entire scene before her blurring reality. 

"Anika..." - Atharv called her, But there was no response from her. He stood up When he saw the blank reaction from her. He shook her up when her eyelids fixed on the ground blankly. 

"Anika... What happened?" - He asked her. But Instead of responding to Anything. She collapsed, Her eyes shut down as she lost her control over her body. But Athrav held her in his arms and proceeded his way towards her room. Even after experiencing everything, Anika didn't leave the diary from her hand. He was shocked to see her holding the diary tightly. He didn't take it from her hand and invaded her privacy. 

"I think she's weak..." - Her father gave excuses to Atharv parents. But Atharv stayed next to her. Atharv felt it was his fault for planning this much bigger for her as soon as she got discharged from the hospital. But he stayed silent and asked everyone to leave, As she needs some rest. Where on the other hand, Anika had gone back to her imaginary world where she experienced everything whatever shivaay narrated to her. But up to her surprise, She could able to imagine beyond wherever he stopped narrating the story. She was shocked when she experienced the day, Her 18th Birthday in her mind. Everything replaying in her mind from the start of her birthday.
