after a fitful nights sleep sebastian woke up to find rachel was no longer in bed he sat up and smelled pancakes and cofee wafting in through the open bedroom door.

he decided he needed to clear his head so he opted to have a quick showerbefore he got dressed and headed downsfairs.

" once again something smells good" sebastian said wrapping his arms around her from behind before kissing her hair.

" thank you and good morning" rachel said

" good morning my lovely" sebastian said

" i made coffee" rachel said

" good you know me rach i love my coffee" sebastian asked

" i know you do its a new coffee i bought yesterday because i know how much you like coffee " rachel said

" you bought this coffee just for me" sebastian asked

" yep" rachel said

" you are so adorable " sebastian said

" adorable like a puppy" rachel said

" adorable like the most amazing girlfriend " sebastian said rachel turned round to face him and kissed him they started getting lost in the kiss until the pancakes started to burn.

" breakfast is served " rachel said

" careful or i might get used to you cooking for me" sebastian said then felt his tummy flip asthoughts of his dad came back to him.

" seb what is it " rachel asked

" what" sebastian said smiling

" your face then you looked upset" rachel asked

" i got whacked during lacrosse practise " sebastian said which was true he had been whacked but that wasnt the cause.

" are you alright" rachel asked looking concerned.

"im fine " sebastian said

rachel studied him for a moment before they both sat down to eat their breakfasts sebastian was hating himself for not been honest with her but he didn't want to hurt her she looked so happy happier than he could ever recall seeing her.

" what time are your dads back " sebastian asked

" lunchtime" rachel said

" do you want to see a movie tomorrow after school" sebastian asked

" yeah sounds good" rachel said smiling at him.

all to soon time whizzed by and he knew he had to leave as while her dads liked him if they found out he had stayed over they wouldn't be happy even though nothing had happened.

" so can i Skype you later." sebastian asked

" yeah i would like that " rachel said

they had one final goodbye kiss and sebastian headed to his car throw his bag in the trunk and got in and drove away only as he turned off her street he pulled over tuck out his cell and turned it back on.it didnt take long for him to realise just how much trouble he was in he had over a hundred missed calls. over thirty from his dad more than twenty from his mom 16 from trent twelve from thad nine from nick and four from jeffrey.

sebastian scrolled the contact list and pressed call.

trent: seb are you alright

seb: yeah is everything ok

trent:  no seb i have been so worried about you

seb: is it my dad

trent: yeah he turned up here at dalton he banged on all our dorms demanding to know where you were he also demanded to know where rachel lives.

seb: im sorry you guys have been dragged into this

trent: seb what is it what have you done to piss him off so bad

seb: he told me to break up with rachel

trent:NO

seb: yeah he doesnt approve because she is poor

trent: what are you going to do

seb:  im not ending it but i am worried what he might do he told me to have dinner with him and my mom and i didnt go i stayed with rachel.

trent: oh seb

seb: i know im coming to dalton so i will see you soon.

trent: dont

seb: what

trent: nick just told me your dads waiting in the parking lot

seb: if i dont face him he might try to find rach i cant have that she doesnt know he doesnt approve of her. how am i supposed to say that sorry babe my dad doesnt think your good enough for me i cant do that.

trent: she would be heartbroken

seb: i know thats why i havent said anything to her

trent:  are you really going to face him

seb: yep

the call ended and sebastian set off driving sooner than he would have liked he arrived at dalton and there he was his dad hovering next to his car sebastian parked up and saw him walking over to him. taking a deep breath sebastian opened his door and climbed out.

" how dare you disobey me " his dad yelled as he reached him.

" answer me" his dad snapped shoving him against his car.

" because your been unreasonable " sebastian said

" unreasonable unreasonable not wanting my only son to get trapped by some princess of poverty makes me unreasonable does it" his dad boomed.

" dont call her that" sebastian said

" oh she has her claws hooked into you " charles smythe snapped

" no she doesnt its you this is all you" sebastian said

" dont talk to me like that" charles said

" why not its not like you care about me so why should i respect you" sebastian said

" dont care about you sebastian i dont want you to throw away your future on some silly girl" charles said

" you dont even know her" sebastian said

" i dont have to all poor girls are the same " his dad said

" im not talking to you" sebastian said going to move away until his dad pinned him against his car.

" your mother was upset when you didnt turn up last night" " charles said

" your trying to destroy the only thing in my life that makes me happy did you honestly expect me to have a nice meal with you' sebastian said

" i expect you to obey me" charles said

" not with this i wont" sebastian said

" let me spell it out for you either you end it or you will be on the first flight back to paris do you understand " charles said

" i cant believe this" sebastian said trying not to cry as his worst fears were realised.

" its your choice sebastian you didnt like the school in paris did you" charles said

" i hate you" sebastian said

" im not that fond of you either" charles said

" i will never forgive you for this" sebastian said

" its not my fault you have fallen for the wrong sort if you must know i know the Hendersons daughter natalie is single and her fathers tells me she likes you she is more suitable she is our sort" charles said

" if she is so great why dont you date her" sebastian said

" lose the cheek or you will be in paris by midnight" charles said

" if you just met her..." sebastian started to say.

" take me out of your will" sebastian said

" all you care about is money disinherit me i dont care i dont want your money i want her" sebastian said his emotions gettting the better of him.

"  six pm tomorrow i will be back you have upto then to end it or i will take you myself to the airport do i make myself clear" charles said
