Several days had gone by, and Arieth and Thranduil had been hiding out in thier love nest. Thranduil was so smitten with Arieth's wit and beauty, he was falling for her more and more, even though he didn't know who she really was.

"What are you looking at?", Arieth asked Thranduil. He had rested his gaze upon her being, trying to look deep within her to get a clue. Not knowing didn't bother him to begin with, but as time passed, his heart getting more and more consumed with her, he needed to know. "Are you ever gonna tell me?", he asked. "Or do I have to force your hand?. He gave her a reassuring smile, to show her that he would never actually use any violence to get her to talk. "Soon", she said and got up. "I'm gonna go and take a bath, do you want to join me?", she sent him a seducive look. "You don't have to ask me twice", Thranduil said and stood up. They walked to the pond hand in hand, their fingers braided. They stopped by the water and started undressing. Thranduil lifted Arieth up in his arms and carried her into the lake, tossing her into the water. She resurfaced, pretending to be angry. "You're so gonna pay for that!", she shouted and dragged him down with her. She jumped on his back, laughing. Thranduil laughed too. They were playing around for a while, till Arieth suddenly stopped splashing water at him. She was totally spellbound by his mirthfulness and stunning smile, he had captured and melted her heart with his charm. "What is it?", Thranduil asked. Arieth walked over to him, standing very close to him. She stared into his eyes, smiling. He smiled back at her, no more words needed. And then they threw themselves at each other, kissing like the end of the world was near.
