Radagast looked at Thranduil. "Where is your horse located?", he asked. "I hid him in the forest, by the river Limlight, we were heading for Fangorn Forest.", Thranduil said and realized he shouldn't have said where he was going. If someone asked the wizard if he had seen an elf lately, he would probably tell them about his whereabouts. "But I'm not sure where we're going now. I just want my horse to heal", Thranduil said to lead the conversation away from Fangorn. "Yes, yes, we must heal the horse", Radagast said and started packing some of the colorful bottles. They went outside. Thranduil was looking for a horse, but all he could see was a sled with giant rabbits sitting down by it. "What is this?", Thranduil asked. "These are Rhosgobel rabbits, the fastest transport in all of Middle Earth", Radagast replied. "Don't you have a horse?", Thranduil crossed his arms and looked at the sled. "Nope, so hop on!", the wizard said and took the rails of the sled. Thranduil rolled his eyes and prayed to the Valar that no one he knew would see him sitting on this thing.

The rabbits were really fast, and they were back by the horse's hiding place in no time. Thranduil rushed to find Malhtaug. He was still alive, but only barely. Thranduil removed the branches that was covering him, and made room for Radagast to have a look at the wounds. Radagast spoke to the horse and started mixing a potion. Malhtaug seemed pretty relaxed, and let the brown wizard do his job. Thranduil watched with great interest while Radagast healed his horse.
