The Past: Chapter 55

I don't like the new update of wattpad, it sucks! Not really, but it is confusing!

Flashback:

(The time when they were still 8 years old)

"Toshiki... Don't leave! Hitori ni shinaide..." (Don't leave me alone...) Misaki cried.

"I wish I could... Demo watashi wa dekimasen.." (But I could not.) Kai replied sadly. He got his hankerchief and wiped Misaki's tears away.

"Don't cry."

"But-" Misaki was about to insist when Kai interrupted her.

"Nope. Stop it this instant." He said in a strict and demanding tone.

"I..It does not change the fact... That you're leaving tomorrow. But you know, I feel a bit glad... Since you were able to tell me and say farewell." She admitted.

"I actually forced mother, and I insisted. But don't forget, I promise you I won't forget you." Kai promised.

"Me too, I promise."

"Sushte... Itsuka mirai de kitto aou." (And... Someday we'll surely meet again/ And,  In the future we'll surely meet).

"Promise?" Misaki asked

Kai nodded. "I promise."

He raised his pinky and Misaki did the same.

Their fingers interwined. "I pinky promise."

End of Flashback

Misaki smiled a bit as she remembered. "You did your promise."

"Yes I did, and you forgot your promise." Kai replied.

"Haha, don't forget you asked me if you do know me from your past." Misaki deadpanned.

"Yeah.." He facepalmed.

"And we're fair, aren't we?"

"Nope. Atleast I did one promise rather than none."

"Then what should I do to make it fair?" Misaki asked.

"Kiss me." Kai smirked and Misaki gasped.

"You opportunist! Taking advantage!" She slapped his arm.

"Hush, just kidding."

I was actually serious.

Kai thought

-Outside-

Okay, should I barge in or what?

Asaka asked herself.

-Inside-

"But you know... I'm just glad that I found you again." Kai admitted. Misaki hugged him and Kai returned it.

-Outside-

Yeah, whatever!

Asaka entered the room. She sweatdropped as Kai and Misaki glared at her.

A bit too much Out of Character...

Short, but hey! I published two chapters!

Well, 6 Chaps left! Don't want to end it, but it's getting ridiculously long!

I actually finished this on my notebook, but I can only publish one chap every one week.

Phone is confiscated, it's hard typing on a computer!

Yeah....

By the way, how was it? I made this personally, and I showed it to some of my classmates and they said it was cute. Your opinions?
