Kai was there, dumbfounded. He held the part where Misaki pecked him. (A/N lol I can't imagine...)

It was just an act of friendship.... Right?

Aichi left the Physics lab. He didn't bother waiting for Kourin.

He sighed.

I guess... That I should stop... Liking her. Matte, Lie. I should stop... Loving her.

Aichi thought. He went to the Cafeteria and tried to take his mind off things.

"Are? Misaki-san and Kai-kun are together?" (Is it correct, Are means huh) (Translation by Anna_PrincessX) Aichi wondered as he noticed Kai's change of attitude.

He never noticed Kai smile, but then a while ago it seems like the world has turned upside down.

"What are you doing, making your girlfriend wait at the Physics lab?" Ren asked him as he noticed Aichi.

"She's not my girlfriend." Aichi replied coldly.

"Are you sure?" Ren interrogated and Aichi nodded.

"Then what's up with the 'No, go ahead. I'm waiting for someone.'?" Ren tried to imitate Kourin's voice, but he failed.

"Ren-san!" Aichi exclaimed when Ren pushed him to the direction of the Physics lab.

Asaka and Misaki went to the Chemestry lab.

Misaki sighed and Asaka glanced at her.

She then remembered what happened.

"Misaki? What happened yesterday at the rooftop?" Asaka asked and Misaki blushed.

"N...Nothing..." She stammered.

"But you and Kai argued, right?" Asaka asked, curiousity evident in her voice.

"N..No! I mean.... He.. just confessed." Misaki blushed even harder.

"Are you two together?"

"No... But..."

"But you love him?"

"I...I do love him.... I am just... afraid." Misaki admitted and Asaka sighed.

"Kai, I know Misaki. I can see through people's acts." Ren said.

Kai was shocked, since it was the first time that he heard Ren being serious.

"What...Do you mean?" Kai asked him.

Ren sighed. "Kai, I'm an actor right?"

"Thank captain Obvious."

"And I know how Misaki actually feels." Ren stated.

"She doesn't feel the same way." Kai replied coldly.

"That's what you think." Asaka inserted.

"Asaka's right, Kai. That's what you think."

"What do you know?" Kai glared at the ground. Asaka rolled her eyes.

"Kai, I'm Misaki's best friend. I know how she feels."

"Yeah, whatever." Kai ignored them and returned to his seat.

I'm not that stupid to see that she doesn't have any feelings. She doesn't feel the same.

Someone requested a new story, so here's the description. I wouldn't post it yet, though.

Tied by an Arranged Marriage, Tokura Misaki and Kai Toshiki lives with the duties of a heir or a heiress.

21st century and Arranged Marriage still exists. Pretty cliché, right?

However, a major problem is here.

Misaki has a boyfriend.

Toshiki also has a girlfriend.
