Their Day Together: Chapter 23

(This would take place when Aichi and Kourin went to the mall)

Kourin was being pulled by Aichi. He should never be underestimated, even though if he's only 5 feet and 4 inches tall.

Aichi managed to pull Kourin and he smiled at her. Kourin didn't notice him smile.

They continued walking until they reached the mall.

"Where do you want to go?" Aichi asked.

"Y...You decide." Kourin replied and Aichi nodded.

They first went to a Japanese Cuisine. Kourin removed her shades.

They sat at a table and the waitress gave them the menus.

"Just sushi. How about you, Kourin?" Aichi said and asked Kourin.

"Wait, you're the famous Kourin of Ultra-rare?!"

"Uhh, yes? Just the same as Aichi."

"I am a fan of yours! Can I take a picture?"

"Okay, but please don't tell anyone else that I am here." Kourin requested and the waitress nodded.

They took a picture and the waitress lister their orders, after.

"You're so famous." Aichi stated making Kourin shake her head.

"Nope. That's a bit exaggerated. I'm only popular." She disagreed.

"Aren't they the same?" They both shrugged.

They chatted for a while until their orders came.

Aichi paid for it when they were finished and left.

"Okay, where to next?" Kourin just shrugged at Aichi's question.

"Fine, come on let's go." Aichi said.

"Where?"

"Shopping." He smirked a bit, knowing what Kourin's reaction might be. She can't refuse.

They went into the department store, looking like a couple but aren't.

A shop attendant who looked like in her mid 20's approached them.

"Aww, lovely couple. What do you need?" She asked.

"No, no we're not, we're only happened to be close friends." Aichi denied.

"Alright, if you say so, boy."

"Where are the dresses?" Kourin asked.

"This way, dear." Kourin and Aichi followed her.

Kourin took out a baby blue dress making Aichi shake his head, making them look like a couple instead of close friends.

"Baby blue isn't your color, it's Asaka-san's..." He said making Kourin nod.

She seemed to agree with him. Next she tried a black dress.

"Nahh, it looks like it would look better on Misaki-san than you." Aichi noticed making Kourin shrug.

"I think white would suit you the best." Aichi said making Kourin blink.

How...

She mumbled when Aichi noticed it.

"Here." Aichi gave her a sleeveless white dress that reaches until her knees, it had small white flower patterns on the upper right side and lower left side.

Kourin accepted it and went to the dressing room.

"You like her more than a friend, do you?" The shop attendant asked when Kourin entered the dressing room already.

"I.... I don't know." Aichi said honestly.

"Dear, how do you feel around her?"

"I... I enjoy her company... I would love to see her smile, and it hurts me to see her sad or cry. These are normal when you're concerned about someone close to you, right?" Aichi asked.

"We may never know." The attendant left them and Kourin went back to him.

"How about this?" Kourin asked.

"Sugui..." Aichi trailed off. Kourin changed back into her P.E and paid for the dress. Well, Aichi insisted on paying but Kourin already took out her credit card.

They left, but the attendant's words left Aichi confused.
