Jordan sighed as he faced his mother. "I think I did something wrong... I used this spell on Ruby and now she's acting really weird." He admitted. "How so?" Cynthia asked, her voice laced with concern.

"Well there's these two mysterious girls, that none of us really know... and suddenly, out of nowhere she is so familiar with them and I don't understand??" He admitted as he sounded confused.

"What are the names of these girls?" Cynthia asked, as she wondered what Jordan knew them as. "Hope Marshall and Monica Monroe..."

Cynthia shook her head, "Their names are Hope Mikealson and Monica Montgomery. Monica is your sister... and Hope is Ruby's girlfriend." She began to explain as Jordan seemed very confused. "What?" He blurted out, as he didn't understand how his mother knew this.

"They jumped into the Malivore pit, to try and defeat it... but now everybody, including us have forgotten about them." Cynthia continued as Jordan frowned, "How do you know about their real identities then?" He asked. "Long story short, Monica told me everything." Cynthia admitted as Jordan nodded as he processed this all.

"Jordy, what spell did you use on Ruby?" Cynthia then asked. Jordan sighed hesitantly as he pulled a slip of paper out from his pocket before he slid it to the Monroe. She opened it, as it read, "Harae-tamai Kioku Yomigaerashi-tamae"

"This is a spell that could have returned Ruby's memories of Monica and Hope... but this magic is dark, Jordan." The Luna witch insisted, as she eyed her son with caution. Jordan nodded, "I know... but what if I could bring back everybody's memories?" He admitted. "You could end up seriously hurt... you shouldn't be doing this kind of magic." Cynthia reminded the Montgomery.

Jordan stood up now, "I have done this before Mum, I can control it. I need to bring back everyones memories." He decided, seeming firm on the idea. Cynthia stood up, as she realised that she wouldn't be able to stop him. "Then let me help you."

Lizzie, Monica and Hope all continued to take steps back, as the truth monster continued to walk towards them.

"Well. We are fucking screwed. It was nice knowing you—" Monica was cut off as Lizzie huffed at her girlfriend, "No!"

"Uh, it feeds on secrets, right?" Hope asked, nervously. "So let me have it. All of it." Monica shook her head, "I'd definitely prefer to die with dignity." She crossed her arms. Lizzie nodded agreeably, as she placed a hand on her hip.

"Okay, fine, I'll start. Um I stole Lizzie's jade butterfly clip in fifth grade." Hope began as Lizzie let out a loud gasp before she responded, "I loved that clip!"

"I'm the one that gave Penelope the idea to give everyone pens to spy!" Monica blurted out shamefully.

"Well, I had a crush on Josie for a week when we were 14." Hope added. "Read my lips... the two of you are never happening!" Lizzie scoffed in response. "Yeah, you and Josie? That sounds terrible Hope." Monica remarked, as she couldn't see Hope with anybody other than Ruby.

"Well... if we are talking about secret crushes... I had a crush on Ruby for two weeks." Monica claimed as Hope and Lizzie turned to her in surprise. "Yeah— that's never going to happen." Hope huffed as Monica deadpanned her, "I said had... as in past tense. I obviously like Lizzie—"

"Uh, guys? Focus." Lizzie ordered as they were running out of time. "Um, I accidentally killed Hope's hamster. Monica, I siphoned you to cheat on finals." The Saltzman spilt.

Monica let out a hesitant sigh before she said, "I'm transgender! I was born as a a boy." Hope blinked in surprise before she turned to Monica, "Wait... really?" She asked, as could never imagine Monica as a male.

Monica nodded, already hating that the truth was out, though when she looked to her girlfriend she realised that she didn't look surprised. "Why don't you seem at all surprised?" She asked. Lizzie decided to come clean, "I overheard your conversation with Ruby... before Miss Mystic falls." The witch admitted.

"But it doesn't change anything— you're still the same girl I fell head over heels for. And I... I really admire your bravery and courage." Lizzie marvelled as Monica looked at her, as tears pricked the corner of her eyes. She gave Lizzie one last loving and relieved glance, before she looked back to the monster.

"That is really brave... Mon. I can't imagine half of the stuff you would have gone through to get where you are today." Hope admitted, although she spoke quickly, before the trio looked back at the monster. "Hope— I actually think you're kind of cool." Lizzie admitted.

Hope sighed, "Okay, it's not working. It's not gonna stop until everyone knows the secret we've been keeping from them: that we're back." She decided, as she shared a glance with Monica.

Suddenly, the door bursted open. "Go Jordy, go!" Ruby's booming voice was heard as herself, Cynthia and Jordan raced through the doorway. "I'm back, too." The Luna witch declared, before he conjoined his hand with Cynthia's as they were prepared to use the dark spell.

"Harae-tamai Kioku Yomigaerashi-tamae!"

A black smoke flew out of Cynthia and Jordan's arms. The force of power sent everybody flying, before the magic went back to Jordan and Cynthia.

Jordan panted, before he looked at Monica as he finally recognised her. "... Mon?" He asked. Monica got to her feet up, and looked to her brother. She smiled, seeing in his face that he recognised her now.

"Jordy!" She chirped, as she rushed towards him, although she noticed the boy tremble. "J... Jordy?" The girl stammered, as she stepped forward to help him. "I'm okay... i'm okay." The raven haired boy assured her. Cynthia frowned, as she held onto her son's arm, trying to keep him steady.

Suddenly remembering the girl in front of her, Cynthia used her free arm to hug Monica. "I remember everything, dear..." She said, as Monica hugged her back.

Sometime later Monica was seated on the lounge sipping on a milkshake, as various different girls were sitting around her. They were asking all sorts of questions to do with Malivore and what she had been up to since she had been spat out of the pit.

Lizzie approached the girls, "Alright ladies, move aside. I would like to sit with my girlfriend." She said as the girls groaned before they instead got up to leave. "Hello my love." Monica spoke cutely as Lizzie couldn't help but to smile in response.

The Saltzman sat beside her girlfriend, as Monica placed her arm around her while Lizzie leant into her girlfriend. Monica kissed her forehead before she asked, "How is my favourite little dark magic using witch and his girlfriend going?" The vampire asked about Jordan and Josie. "Cynthia and Vardemus said something about... a Mora Miserium." Lizzie responded.

"Alright, focus on the Mora Miserium and place your black magic into it." Cynthia instructed, as Josie and Jordan, one at a time transferred their black magic into the sandclock. Once they were done, Cynthia then held it as she transferred the black magic she had used.

"I feel... much better.." Jordan admitted, as he looked to Josie. She caught his look and nodded, "Yeah.. me too." She smiled.

Cynthia smiled at the pair as she looked relieved. "Now kiddos, promise me that you will take better care of yourselves. This kind of magic will destroy you." She said. "Actually I disagree—" Vardemus went to speak but Cynthia held up her hand before she said, "Silencio." As the headmaster's mouth suddenly disappeared.

Jordan and Josie shared a stunned look as their headmasters mouth had vanished, although Jordan couldn't help but to laugh. "Okay Mum." Jordan answered Cynthia eventually as she gave them a smile, before she hugged her son and his girlfriend, as they hugged her back.

Ruby, Rafael and Landon sat together on the pier, as they looked over at the body of water below them. Ruby sat in between the two boys, with a smile on her lips.

"I haven't seen that look in a while.." Landon admitted, as he had seen Ruby at one of her worst times over the summer break. Ruby shrugged, "It just feels like... everything has fallen into place." She replied, her smile still bright.

Rafael then couldn't help but smile at this, before he lightly punched  his twin's arm. "Look at you being all happy... it's a good look on you." He said as Ruby smiled back at him, before she leant her head on Rafael's shoulder.

Hope approached the siblings now, as she couldn't help but to smile at the sight of the siblings hanging out.

Ruby's head spun around upon hearing footsteps and she saw Hope. Quickly she stood up and approached her girlfriend. Hope smiled before they shared a chaste kiss. "Did you still want to watch a movie?" The tribrid asked, as that was their plan... but she was happy to do it another night if Ruby wanted to continue hanging out with Rafael and Landon. The pinkette faced her brothers, who gave her looks as if to say, "Go."

Minutes later Ruby and Hope were laying on the Waithe's bed with Hope's laptop in front of them as they watched Love Simon, one of Ruby's favourite movies.

As they watched the film, Ruby looked down at their hands that were intertwined, before she smiled. She had been right.. Things were finally falling into place.

Ruby felt happy again and was finally beginning to feel like her sassy, chirpy, loving old self again.
