"RAY!" Colby was stopped from coming towards Ray by Phoenix holding him. Phoenix tries to shield Colby but it only makes Phoenix feel the burn behind his back. The light Ray gives out it's almost like a sun. Burn brightly as it shines...

Phoenix could see Colby look at Ray and back at him as he notices Phoenix's pain. Without a second thought, Colby held Phoenix's arm and ran towards the bench seat. Hiding behind it to not get hit by the light. Colby could see everyone in panic and running around like a lost chicken.

Colby looks at Phoenix in concern as Phoenix looks to be in so much pain. When Phoenix finally opens his exhausted eyes, he looks at Colby's worried expression.

"Nix? Are you okay, Nix?" Colby asked, even his voice sounded a little' shaken up by what happened earlier.

"I... I'm fine but," Phoenix slowly regained his sight fully as he saw what happened to Colby, especially his... Eye... "Are you alright? Especially with this much–"

"I'm fine! You don't need to worry about that." Colby reassures Phoenix as he glances away, "But Ray... How did all of this end up like this..."

Phoenix sees how tired Colby is as he leans on the bench's pole and slides down and covers himself with his knees as he sits on the ground.

"Colby..." Phoenix looks at Colby with nothing but sympathy for his friend.

"I am ready, I am ready to reconcile. So, how did this happen?" Colby asks that, not to Phoenix but rather, himself... "Did I... Did I push him? Did I finally push his limit? Is it too late? Is it–"

"It's not your fault!" Colby looks up at Phoenix, shocked by that sudden exclamation from his friend. Phoenix looks at him with a worried and yet frustrated look, "It's not your fault, alright?!"

"Wha–"

"No matter what, don't you dare look at yourself and say "It's too late, I ruined everything. I can't do it." because all of that is nothing but just a venom that your mind has been playing with you!" Phoenix shouted, angrily, frustrated and a bit determined, "You've been trying to reconcile with him, you've tried to change, try to forgive, and have given a second chance. So please, please..."

Slowly Colby felt a hand hold on both his shoulders and slide at the side of his arm, Phoenix looked down making it harder for Colby to know what Phoenix's expression but the tone of his friend's voice already confirmed it.

"Please, don't give away that second chance you have been given. Because you don't know when it will be thrown away by fate..." Phoenix said, his voice sounded so broken, so sad and so... Comforting... Like an older brother, comforting their little sibling...

Trying not to let tears fall down, Colby slowly raises both of his hands and holds onto Phoenix's uniform. Slowly as he hugged Phoenix.

It felt warm, it felt nice, comforting... It almost felt like, nothing really happened and it was just them in their own world–

"So, are any of you ready to meet God?"

Both Phoenix and Colby quickly get away from each other at the sudden familiar voice they had just heard. Looking at the source of the voice, they saw Alexis wearing a hazmat suit while holding two more hazmat suits.

The question was, where the hell did he get the suit?!

"What the fuck are you wearing–"

"A hazmat suit." A new voice was heard from behind Alexis. Afuru answered Colby's question, she took the suit from Alexis and walked towards Colby and Phoenix, "You might need this."

Phoenix looks at the suits in question and looks back at Afuru, she knows what's the question he wants to ask as she answers it, "Whatever shining light that Ray gives out can burn some of us alive. Not to mention, on the Solar Eclipse... It is more destructive and powerful when it is in a state like this." Afuru said as she got her hazmat suit ready, "We have two options, waiting for the Solar Eclipse to stop but Ray will destroy the school or stop Ray at the cost of our life... The last one was just another merciful to say when I meant we're all gonna die–"

"—As Afuru said, we need to stop Ray and not do those two actions." Alexis interrupts Afuru and gives Afuru a look, "Colby, it may be much but... Can you be the one to snap the shit out of him?"

"Wha– Why?!"

"Either you stay here like a coward and let us die peacefully or," Afuru paused and glanced at Phoenix, "You will "reconcile" with him again..."

Colby was taken back by what Afuru said and looked at the ground and then looked at Phoenix, wanting to know his friend's thoughts and guide him to make the right choice. The answer he didn't expect from Phoenix was a warm smile displaying on Phoenix's face.

"Phoenix–"

"All I wish for is that you and your brother get along. Despite the blood differences, heck, even family differences... I think..." Phoenix glanced on the ground and looked back at Colby with determination, "I believe that you could face this... Face this situation and help him. Not only him, but also, help yourself as well by facing your fear."

Just by those sentences, all the emotions Colby ever felt before were changing as a flower changing when during the day and the night. Blooming bright as his heart started to show a sign of beating, his heart never beat this fast nor slow but regardless, it's more than a normal beat.

Finally made up his mind, Colby looked up at Phoenix, held his head high and even looked at Phoenix with pride, "Alright, let's end this." Colby said, confirming and accepting this idea. He looked back at the hazmat suit in Phoenix's hands but suddenly confusion started to form in him, "Wait, what about my suit?"

"Who said you needed one," Afuru said.

"...Oh, you little shi–"
