Miyu's pov.

"Sasuke. Point A."

"Miyu, point D."

"Sakura, point C."

"....."

"Naruto?"

"Ah! Sorry, Naruto Point B."

"Your slow, Naruto." Kakashi-sensei scolded. "What's your distance from the target?"

"5 meters. I'm ready just give the signal." I heard Naruto say.

"I'm ready to." Sasuke's voice sounded through the microphone.

"So am I." Sakura sounded confident.

"....Miyu?" I just stayed in my tree, playing with kitty's paws, while he purred away, loving the gentle affection.

"What?" I asked, not really paying attention. I gently scratched behind kitty's ear and he leaned into my hand. "Oh right. Ready."

"Miyu..." Sasuke sighed.

"Go!"

Sighing I watched as Tora jumped from my lap at sensei's loud voice. I watched with amusement as Naruto went after the Kitty and got scratched like crazy.

"Can you identify the red ribbon on right ear?" I fell from my tree branch, landing gracefully on my feet beside Sasuke.

"Affirmative, we've got a positive ID." We both stated.

"Mission: Capture Tora: Complete! Let go to the Hokage guys."

"I hate cats!" Naruto exclaimed, practically throwing poor Tora into my arms.

"Oh! My baby! Mommy was so wooriied!!" I mentally flinched as some chubby woman squished the poor Kitty. I clung to Sasuke's arm, watching as she payed the mission fee and turned to leave.

"Alright! Team 7, let's see. I have few here that you could do. Helping the Damyo's wife carry her groceries. Weeding some yards.." He wasn't able to utter another word as Naruto crossed his arms in an X and glared at the Hokage.

"No way! Those missions are lame!" Naruto yelled. "I'm a ninja now! I don't want some lame mission like picking weeds!" Kakashi-sensei glared at the blonde, and I just stared. He does have a point. I'm getting tired of these simple missions to.

"NARUTO!" Iruka-sensei butt in. "You are a Genin, the lowest ranking ninja, a first timer! stop being like that and do what your told!"

"Each rank is assigned a mission. D for Genin. B and C for chuunin. A and B for Jounin. Each is assigned based on the ninja rank and strength. " The Hokage explained in a calm voice. "You are a Genin. Which means you are assigned D Rank missions."

"So I was thinking about having miso ramen since I had chicken ramen last night!" When the Hokage stopped talking and looked at our team... we were all listening to Naruto talk about ramen.

"Hey are you even listening!"

"S-Sorry.." Sensei appologized.

"But gramps! I'm not a brat playing pranks anymore! I've grown up! I'm a ninja now!" Naruto whined. I don't know how they deal with his loud voice. Its giving me a head ache.

"Fine. Naruto wants to prove himself, does he? Here. A C rank escort mission."

"Lord Hokage.." Iruka-sensei tried to intervene, but the Hokage just cut him off with a wave of his hand.

"Oooo! Is it a feudal lord?! A princess?!" Naruto was practically squealing with excitement.

"Come in."

And in stepped an old drunk man with a fresh out bottle of sake. I sighed and turned into Sasuke, who wrapped an arm around me. I'm suddenly feeling tired. I think its all the excitement and annoyance.

"I'm Tazuna the bridge builder. You are to escort me back to my home in the Land of Waves, and protect me with you lives." I froze. If this is a C rank we should only have to worry about robbers, maybe a bandit or two. Maybe.

Somethings not right.

"Hey, who's the short one with the funny face?" Tazuna pointed at Naruto. I know because I'm watching him from the corner of my eye. "And who's the little scaredy cat? Do you really need your little boyfriend to protect you?"

My body went rigid. For some reason.. when it came from this man.. I wanted to tear his throat out.

"Who are they?" Naruto laughed.

"N-Naruto, he's talking about you..  and Miyu.." Sakura answered. That shut him up.

"Miyu, calm." Sasuke whispered in my ear, his arms tightening around me, obviously trying to restrain me so I didn't act out on all the violent thoughts running through my head. But I could tell that he was glaring at our client.

"Alright! Let's go! I'm a traveler now! Believe it!" Naruto started skipping ahead.

"What are you so excited about, Naruto?" Sakura asked.

"This is the first time I've been out of the village!" Naruto answered. I sighed for the millionth time today, squeezing Sasuke's right hand which was intertwined with my left.

"What's up with them?" Tazuna asked, pointing to our hands.

"Their siblings. Twins actually." Kakashi-sensei somewhat explained.

Sasuke and I stayed at the back of the group, not listening as Sakura asked about ninja in the land of waves and then sensei giving a history lesson.

We kept walking, and the others passed my a puddle. Well, when I came to it I stopped, obviously keeping Sasuke with me. Adding just an ounce of chakra to my feet, I jumped into the puddle and splashed and kicked around.

Sasuke smirked, and I returned it as we began walking as if nothing had happened. I spun around clashing kunai with claw as one of the enemies attacked me.

But then he spun his chain around sensei from where he stood, with the help of his partner and pulled. Tearing 'sensei' to pieces. I took that moment, to push him down, fling their connected chain in the air which Sasuke hit the center into a tree with a kunai.

My eyes narrowed as everything else played out. Sasuke disconnected the chain from their claws by kicking them in the face. Then Kakashi appeared and took down one who was going after Sakura and Tazuna.

Apparently Naruto had froze and gotten cut by the poison claws, and did this whole big speach. I wasn't really paying attention toward the end.

Sasuke taunted Naruto and then came over to me. "You alright?"

"I'm fine." I whispered, taking my twins hand and beginning to walk, when my legs went numb and decided they would stop working. Yup. And I fell to the ground.

"Miyu, you didn't get cut did you?" Sensei rushed to my side after bandaging Naruto's hand. I shook my head. I didn't get cut, I wonder why

"Come on." Sasuke lifted me onto his back, hooking his arms under my legs. He knew what was going on. Its happened quite a few times whenever something big happened. Even on that day. On that day... I was helpless and weak.. and I couldn't do anything to save them.

Its my fault. Its my fault their dead.

My fault..

Kitty: Anyway, Aya-chan doesn't own Naruto. Itachi loves dango. Um... *looks at paper* Comment Vote and... Eat Dango with Itachi?
