Fuzzy and Dreams
Miyu's pov.
After the incident with the giant toad, Naruto passed out from lack of chakra. The days have gone so quickly, I hadn't even realized that the final exam in tomorrow. Naruto's been out for the last three days and I'm a little worried he won't wake up in time for the exams tomorrow.
I let out a sigh, eyeing the snoring blonde. I've been training non stop since he fell asleep, and I've been feeling ill. My mind has been muddled and I can't think straight especially with the answer Jiraiya gave me.
Me. The mate to the nine tailed demon fox. The same one who attacked the village twelve years ago.
I don't even understand how its possible. But I guess it is. That explains the dreams, and the voice in my head. It explains everything.
The door slid open to the room. I turned, glancing at the new visitor. "Hey, hes still asleep?" I nodded. Shikamaru let out a sigh as he plopped down into a chair, just as I stood, saying nothing. "Hey, you ok? You don't look so good."
I didn't make eye contact with Shikamaru as I slid the door open and stepped out, closing it behind me. I need to see Sasuke, I thought as I made my way out of the hospital, and running the the area Sasuke told me he would be training.

I stopped, feeling senseis chakra as well as Sasuke's. I stepped into view, keeping all emotion from showing.
"Miyu, what are you doing here?" Sensei asked, not bothering to peak up from his book. Sasuke stopped, Chidori fresh in his hand as his identical eyes slid my way. He frowned, not noticeable enough for anyone but me.
"Nothing." I muttered, as I slowly stepped toward my twin. Sasuke raised an eyebrow, his way of asking what was wrong. I bit my lip, looking away. I heard Sasuke approach me.
"I'm taking break." My twin announced, dispersing his Chidori and taking hold of my hand.
"That's fine. Don't be to long." Sensei called out as Sasuke went behind a rock, turning me to face him, and taking hold of my chin not allowing me to look away.
"What's wrong." I closed my eyes tight, as he demanded an answer. Sighing, I simply wrapped my arms around my brother. "You feel warm." He whispered as his lips pressed against my forehead, his own arms coming around me.
"My head hurts." I whispered back, letting myself relax. It was true, my head I pounding with a headache.
"Do you feel sick?" I shook my head. Sasuke sighed, and I opened my eyes. "Are you sure? You haven't had a fever in awhile. Its unusual."
"I'm sure. I'm just tired." A yawn escaped as if to prove my point. My mind feels foggy.
"Miyu, your face is completely red." Sasuke frowned. He pressed his forehead against mine, closing his eyes for a moment. "You have a fever."
"Great." I mumbled, my words slurring together.
I faintly heard Sasuke talking to sensei and then I was swept off my feet. Everything around me bluured together and their voices sounded so far away.
"Kakashi-sensei, I need to run Miyu home. She has a fever." I heard Sasuke call out.
"A fever?" Sensei asked, placing the inside of his wrist on my forehead. "She's burning up."
"This normally happens a lot. She hasn't been sick in awhile. I thought she was actually getting better." I heard Sasuke mutter.
"You keep training. I'll take her home." Sensei took me from Sasuke. I'm pretty sure Sasuke nodded because next thing I know, Sensei was moving. I weakly clutched his vest, closing my eyes.
"I'm cold." I whispered. I felt sensei pick up his speed, and I let out a cough. It felt like I was hacking up a lung as I coughed into my hand.
As my fit slowed to a stop, sensei made his way into a house. I think it was mine, but I'm not really sure.
Door were opened and I was layed on a soft bed. A blanket magically appeared over me, after my shoes were taken off of my feet. I was about to fall asleep, when a something cold appeared on my forehead.
I let out a whine, shoving it away and turning onto my side, snuggling into the covers. It happened again, and again, and again. "Miyu, stay still." I let out a grunt/whine, and let my mind fuzz over.
"Hmmm..." I sighed as I was finally able to fall asleep.
~Dream~
I gasped as I found myself in the same place as last time. Water pooling around my feet, the hallways with the carvings surrounded me.
"H-Hello?" I called out. How did I get here? The last thing I remember was sensei taking me home because of a fever.
I shivered and looked down, seeing a dress. The one I wore on Naruto and I's first date. It flowed around my legs as a wind blew through.
Taking a step, the water swished. I placed my right hand on a wall and followed it to a giant cell like place. The bars were enormous. The same golden eyes as before stared at me.
I couldn't say anything as I stepped in front of the bars. I just stayed there before moving, standing in between two bars, and watching the eyes watch me.
This is exactly like my dream from last time, though I doubt I'll be interrupted this time. I bit my lip, the eyes moving to watch the small action before meeting mine.
Slowly, I raised my right hand, stepping inside the bars carefully. There was a growl of, I'm guessing, approval, and I jumped back. I frowned, and eyed the eyes carefully as I outstretched my hand again.
It was quiet this time. Completely quiet. It was hard to see in this dark, torch lit place. But I managed.
With each step I took, I raised my hand a little higher. My fingers came into contact with something large and wet and cold. I lifted my other hand, feeling it. A nose.
Slowly, I went around the nose, my hands coming to fur. Soft fur, that felt like silk, instead of being matted.
I lifted my eyes to meet the large golden ones watching me very carefully.
I didn't exactly trust my voice, so I stayed silent.
"Are you afraid?" The deep voice asked. I shook my head 'no'. The voice rumbled in a chuckle, the nose moving to touch my cheek, nudging me gently. "Say it."
"I'm not afraid of you." I whispered, my voice incredibly calm. Truth. I'm not afraid. The nose nudged me, before the beast rubbed his cheek against mine. I cringed as the fur tickled me, my voice let out a giggle.
My face flushed as I noticed the golden eyes watching me with many emotions running through them. A gust of wind blew through and I shivered, my arms wrapping around myself as I turned into the warmth he provided.
I jumped when the warmth disappeared. And as I turned, looking for him, arms wrapped around me, pulling me into a hard body. I gasped, and tried to move, but I was unable.
"Are you scared, little mate?" I let out a strange noise as lips pressed a kiss to my neck. I turned in the arms, frowning as I came face to face with a man, a smirk on his lips as his eyes watched me.
The same golden eyes from before. He was tall, and looked to be about twenty-five, with red hair that was layered and just graced his shoulders. Fox ears sat atop his head and nine tails swished behind him... and he was shirt less. He wore a pair of simple white pants.
"Tell me, are you scared, little mate?" He asked again. I shook my head.
"No." I breathed, my left hand reaching up and touching his cheek. "Just startled." He leaned into my touch and let me trace his face with my fingers. It was when my fingers fluttered over his lips that he kissed them, one of his hands taking mine, gently, and kissing each tip.
And this was the nine tails. Supposed to be a beast who killed, who thirsted for blood. I couldn't grasp it as he held me so gently, so carefully as if I would fall apart.
"Kur....ama..." The name came to me, and slipped past my lips.
Golden eyes snapped to mine, and his lips tugged into a smile.
"What is it, love?" I shook my head, smiling s little. No one ever called him Kurama. It was always the kyuubi or nine tails. It must be his name. "There must be something. I can see it in your eyes, sweetheart." I blinked back my surprise.
"W-Why?" I asked almost timidly, nibbling my lower lip between my teeth.
"Why not?" He retorted, and pressed a kiss to each of my fingers as he spoke. "You beautiful, -kiss- smart, -kiss- independent, -kiss-" I was about to speak but was hushed. The foxes eyes narrowed in on my flushed face. "Hush, little mate."
"Ku-Kurama?" If it were possible, my already flushed face would have flushed deeper, as he leaned down. A hand cupped my cheek, thumb tracing along my skin.
My eyes fluttered closed as lips pressed against mine. They were warm and soft and completely in control and he took, not requested, took, entrance to my mouth, his tongue tangling with mine as a hand tangled in my hair.
My heart was racing in my chest and I gasped when he parted from me. My legs turned to jelly as I tried to stand on my own, and I fell into Kurama who chuckled.
"Its time to wake up, little mate." He said, his voice sounding sad. Kurama pressed his lips to my forehead and I closed my eyes.
