Chapter 100: The Births Of Naruta & Nisaki Uzumaki - FINAL CHAPTER

"KYAAAA! BAAABYYYY!" Nia screamed in tears as she was in pain.

"SWEETHEART! PUSH! PUSH, BEAUTIFUL!" Naruto told her.

Nia practically crushed his hand with how tightly she was holding it. In all of his time in knowing the girl, he'd never seen her in so much pain, not even when she had died in his arms.

"You can do it, Nia!" Sakura encouraged her.

"Deep breaths, Nia! Deep breaths, ya know!" Naruto reminded her.

"Aaaaargh! Haaaaah!" Nia groaned.

The waves she was feeling down below was hurting her like crazy. There was so much pressure, so much intensity!

Nia knew childbirth would hurt. However, she'd always thought she'd receive the epidural to lessen the pain, but it was far too late for her to receive it. She was in the middle of giving birth!

"The babies! THE BABIES ARE HURTING ME, NARUTO!" She yelled. "I can't! I CAN'T DO THIS!"

"YOU CAN AND YOU WILL!" Naruto stayed by her side.

"I-I'M GONNA DIE, BABY!"

"Nia, you're fine! Stay strong! Once these babies are out, you won't even think about the pain you were in!" Sakura said.

Several minutes passed and Nia continued to push. Soon, they saw as Naruta's head started to show up.

"The baby's head is peeking through!" Sakura announced.

"Nia, you're doing great!" Naruto squeezed her hand. "Keep pushing, sweetheart!"

"I-I'm gonna puke. I'm gonna puke!" Nia was nauseous.

Sakura ordered for a nurse to bring the girl a bucket and once she did, Nia vomited in it.

"Oh my goodness!" Naruto's hands began to tremble.

Seeing just how distressed his girlfriend was was the worst thing to him. He thought back to how he had changed her pills and how he continuously shot himself inside her. If he knew she'd be in this much pain and suffering, he'd probably would've waited to have the twins until she was better able to handle birthing them.

"Narutoooo! Naruto, make it STOP!" Nia hollered.

"You have to push through this, sweetheart! I'm right here with you! I'm right here to support you!"

When Nia kept wailing, Naruto brought her hand to his forehead and closed his eyes.

Please... please somebody... make this easier for her. I don't wanna see her in pain! I feel helpless! Completely helpless!

Nia gritted her teeth as she pushed. The more time passed, the more Naruta's head would show. Eventually, she was able to get her head all the way out and was now working on the baby's shoulders. As she was, everyone could hear as Naruta started crying.

"OUR BABY GIRL!" Naruto gasped. "NIA! KEEP GOING! I KNOW YOU HEAR NARUTA CRYING! SHE'S ALMOST OUT, SWEETIE! SHE'S ALMOST OUT!"

"AAAAAAHHHH!" Nia screamed after taking a deep breath and pushed further, her eyes squeezed shut.

She was sweating intensely and with every push, she felt as though she would crap herself. A few times, she'd pass out from the pain, but would wake back up just as quickly.

"Just a little more..." Sakura gently grabbed the baby then helped pull it once enough of it's body came out. "THERE! 9:23 A.M!"

"WAAAHHH!" Naruta cried as she was born.

Her sounds were heavenly to the ears of her parents.

"NARUTA!" Naruto jumped out of his seat to see his first born daughter.

"Naruto, would you like to cut the umbilical cord?" Sakura asked.

"YES! OF COURSE, YA KNOW!"

Sakura gave him a pair of scissors and instructed him on where to cut. With complete glee in his eyes, Naruto cut the cord and the baby was immediately brought to Nia as she felt some relief brought to her after having had pushed her first girl out.

"N-Naruta..." Tears surfaced in her eyes as her baby girl was lying on her chest, getting cleaned up.

When Naruta felt the warmth of her mother's skin, her tears quickly became no more. She was comfortable resting on the woman who birthed her.

However, this moment of relief didn't last for long as Nia felt another searing pain radiate throughout her lower section.

"KYAAAA! IT HURTS! IT HURTS AGAIN!" She hollered.

"NIA!" Naruto raced back to her and grabbed her hand just as Naruta was taken away so the nurses could check on her health.

The second she was, the poor baby started wailing again.

"Nia! You got one more baby left! C'mon! You can do this!" Sakura cheered.

Nia did her best to breathe as she attempted to push Nisaki out also. Naruto stayed by her side, encouraging her and telling her how much he loved her and how they were gonna have a beautiful family.

"Nia, you can do this! Nisaki... we're so close to having our little girl in our arms! Just a little more! Just a little more, ya know!" He told her.

"Come out! Come out! COME OUT, NISAKIIII!" Nia yelled.

Several minutes passed and the head was still trying to come through. Ten minutes turned to twenty and twenty minutes turned to thirty. Nia was having a difficult time getting Nisaki out of her.

"The head's out!" Sakura declared. "Now we gotta work on the shoulders!"

"Sweetheart, I know you can do this! You're strong! You've always been an amazing woman," Naruto started to tear up after seeing just how much unbearable pain his girlfriend was in.

"AAAAAYAAAAHH!" Nia pushed.

"Come on, Nisaki..." Sakura pleaded. "Don't be so difficult for your mommy. Listen to how much pain she's in."

Minutes passed and finally, Nisaki's shoulders got through and with one final push, Sakura was able to pull the baby free from its now old home.

"WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Nisaki screamed her lungs out even louder than Naruta had.

"That's one pair of lungs she has on her," Sakura smiled. "She was born at 10:10 A.M."

Immediately, Nia let out a deep sigh of relief as she no longer was in pain. It was the best feeling in the world for her.

"NISAKI!" Naruto raced over to his baby girl, hearing her wail loudly, kicking her little feet.

"I'm sure you wanna cut the umbilical cord for her too, right?" Sakura smiled warmly.

"YES! YES! YES!" Naruto grinned widely.

Taking the scissors, he cut in the same spot, and like Naruta had been, Nisaki was taken to lay on Nia's chest. However, the only difference was, Nisaki continued to cry despite feeling the warmth of her mother's skin while she got cleaned up.

After she was, Naruto couldn't take his little girl crying and picked her up himself, holding her.

"Beautiful baby... Daddy loves you," He smiled warmly before pressing his lips against Nisaki's cheek.

When he did, immediately, Nisaki stopped crying. This made Naruto's heart squeeze. Unfortunately, the nurses had to take that baby away too as to check on her health and just like when Naruta was taken away from Nia, Nisaki cried when taken away from her daddy.

Soon though, Naruto was able to hold both babies in his arms as he approached a weakened Nia. Nisaki was calmed and relaxed while Naruta threw a fit.

"S-Sweetheart..." Naruto croaked.

"Haah... Haah..." Nia panted, trying to catch her breath.

"Look Nia..."

Turning her head, Nia saw as Naruto's face was completely red, tears flowing down his face and his expression filled with such relief and joy.

"Y-You did it," He had a lump in his throat. "I-I'm so p-proud of you... You gave birth to our beautiful girls. Y-You gave me a f-family... after I had w-wanted one for s-so, so, so, SO long..."

Naruto squeezed his eyes shut as his tears hit the floor.

"T-Thank you... THANK YOU SO MUCH, NIA!" He cried his eyes out.

Seeing this, Nia felt a powerful warmth throughout her being and even though she was in intense pain bringing their babies to the world... seeing Naruto achieve the family he always wanted brought immense joy to her heart.

Tears fell out of her eyes as well.

"O-Oh Naruto..."

Naruto handed Naruta to his girlfriend while he held onto Nisaki. Each baby was quiet as their parents held them. Naruta was swaddled with a pink blanket and hat while Nisaki was wrapped in a purple blanket and hat.

They were so small and fragile. Both parents wanted to protect their babies for the rest of their lives. Nia smiled as she held onto her first born. Her cute face made her swoon. She had Naruto's whiskers, but only two on each cheek like Nisaki.

Naruto pinched Nisaki's cheek as he found it soft and squishy. He wore the biggest grin he ever had.

Both babies opened their eyes to reveal that they also took after their daddy's blue eyes. However, their hair was dark like Nia's yet they had a head full of it.

Nia remembered that their fair skin would eventually darken and become a mixed shade between her's and Naruto's.

Naruto kissed Nia's forehead then momentarily looked away from Nisaki and gazed at Nia, tears still in his eyes and his wobbly lips curved upwards.

Nia... when I first met you, I thought you were some gloomy, depressing, negative girl. We argued a lot and it seemed as though I couldn't get through to you. It stayed like that for a while until eventually... I got you to open up to me. Suddenly... you changed before my very eyes. You were no longer this girl I hesitated to be around. You were a kindhearted, loving, empathetic girl that was just hurt by the world.

Each day I spent with you, even if it was a difficult day, I felt like my heart could burst. You loved and stayed by my side this entire time. When I'd act up or even mess up, you forgave me and accepted me for all I am. You never once stopped believing in me. I know I had done some things that I shouldn't have, but it was all because I was afraid of losing you.

However, look at us now. You gave birth to our beautiful twin girls. All I ever wanted since I was little was to have a family and you gave that to me. I'm forever and eternally grateful to you. You have truly made my life worth living. I love you forever and always. So I'll say once more...
