Tonight was NXT Stand & Deliver, and the crowd inside the Capitol Wrestling Center were all excited and hope to see the end of the Toxic Reign of Terror over the women's division, the Don putting the Iron King behind bars, the chaotic main event for NXT's top prize and Descendant getting his first taste of NXT gold.

The match card were as follows:

Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) (c) vs. Team 2001 (Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez) - Tag Team match for the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship

The Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus Creed) vs. Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) - Tag Team Street Fight

Tony D'Angelo vs. Joe Coffey - Jailhouse match

Mandy Rose (c) vs. Io Shirai - Singles match for the NXT Women's Championship

Carmelo Hayes (c) (with Trick Williams) vs. Ilyas Rizal - Singles match for the NXT North American Championship

Bron Breakker (c) vs. JD McDonagh vs. Ilja Dragunov - Triple threat match for the NXT Championship

While Ilyas was warming up in his locker room, Io was at the gorilla watching the NXT Women's Tag Team title match go down, watching the 4 young women putting on a clinic. The Genius of the Sky watched the ending of the match closely as she saw Cora Jade neutralizing and taking Jacy Jayne out by throwing her over the timekeepers' area. While inside the ring, Roxanne Perez kicked Gigi Dolin in the gut and executes the sunset flip in which she calls Pop Rox for the pinfall win.

Io smiled and clapped for the new NXT Women's Tag Team Champions and already see a vision of Cora and Roxanne holding the WWE and Women's World titles. Then Cora and Roxanne walked backstage to see the creative team giving them an applause while Io went to go hug and kiss their heads.

(Fast forward)

The next two matches saw the Creeds getting their well deserved revenge against the young and arrogant Pretty Deadly while Tony D'Angelo has put Joe Coffey behind bars. Now it was time for the Women's title match as the Rose Goddess defends against the Genius of the Sky. All pressure was now on Mandy as Jayne and Dolin lost their tag titles earlier tonight.

Mandy Rose makes her entrance all on her own without the back up of Dolin and Jayne, ensuring a clean one on one match. Rose got in the ring and raised her title while she blew a kiss to the camera. Then the Wrestling Center went dark as Io's theme started to play. The Joshi Judas made her way to the ring while the NXT faithful crowd chanted her name.

Io got in the ring and did a pre-match split while the referee raised the women's title, getting the contest underway. The two women begin to lock up for a test of strength with Mandy getting the advantage due to her strength, but Io managed to push the champion back to the corner and break the referee's 5 count before taunting Rose by patting her head.

Mandy was not in a mood for games and went for a clothesline, but Io ducked Matrix style and catches the champion with a dropkick as Rose rolled out of the ring to catch her breath. Io sees her opportunity and takes down Mandy with a suicide dive. Shirai threw Rose back in the ring for an early pinfall, but the champion managed to kick out at 2.

(Fast forward)

The chances of the match being one on one went down as Gigi and Jacy came running down on Mandy's behalf. Dolin distracted the referee while Jayne slid the title in for Mandy, giving Rose the opportunity to cheat as she hits Io with the title, knocking the challenger down. Rose went for the pin, but Io managed to get her shoulder up before the third count. All three members of Toxic Attraction were in shock and awe as their plan failed. 

Mandy then directed traffic and ordered Jayne and Dolin to grab something under the table, but the odds evened in Io's favor as the new women's tag team champions Jade and Perez ambushed Jayne and Dolin from behind and brawled with the Toxic members through the crowd.

Io saw Mandy in position and hits a 619 style kick, then places the champion in a seated position in the corner as she nails Rose with double knees. Shirai then climbed to the top turnbuckle and nails her patented moonsault for the pinfall win and ending the Toxic reign of terror. Shirai was given the title and raised it as she stands on the top turnbuckle.

(Backstage)

Ilyas was smiling big as he saw his babe with the gold, giving him a confidence boost for his first ever title match. He was in his attire and making his way to the gorilla and at the exact moment, he saw Io coming in with the title over her shoulder and went to hug him tight.

Ilyas: I'm so proud of you. I love you

Io: love you too. Now go get yours

The new NXT Women's Champion gave Ilyas a good luck kiss on the lips before she left to go wash up.

(Hayes vs. Rizal)

The A-Champion made his way to the ring with his associate Trick Williams accompanying him. Hayes removed his shades and raised his North American title. Then a new theme played while Ilyas stood with his arms behind his back Imperium style.

Ilyas may have been born and raised in Bataan, but he moved to Quiapo, the heart of Manila in which he taught himself self defense, a part of his journey to becoming a pro wrestler. Going back to his roots, as part of his attire, Ilyas wore a towel in a style of a ninja style headband while his ring attire was white and decked out in the Philippine flag colors, giving that liquid style melt design, similar to Damian Priest's attire he wore when he fought Bad Bunny at Puerto Rico.

Ilyas climbed the stairs and wiped his feet before entering the ring, preserving the lessons Gunther has taught him. 

The bell has rung and the two Superstars locked up with Ilyas getting the advantage as he backs Hayes up with ease. Rizal went for a shot, but Melo ducked and got out the way, but only to be met with a hard chop to his chest by Ilyas, knocking him down while Melo held his chest while he felt the stinging pain. Ilyas picked Melo up and looks to hit another chop, but the A-Champion ducked and hits a running dropkick, making the Descendant stumble into the corner.

Hayes ran towards Rizal and hits a running step up enziguri, knocking down Ilyas, then Melo capitalized with a standing shooting star press followed by a pinfall, but Ilyas managed to kick out at 2 and 3/4.

(Fast Forward)

Trick Williams tried again to played interference, but Ilyas had enough of Melo's associate and takes out Trick with a boot to the face. While Ilyas was occupied, Melo took the opportunity to climb to the top turnbuckle and hits the Nothing But Net leg drop, making Ilyas bounce his upper body on the ropes, Melo climbed again and hits his finisher the second time. The champion went for the cover, but the challenger got his shoulder up at the last second, much to the disbelief of Carmelo.

Melo went to the top turnbuckle to try for a third Nothing But Net as he waited for Ilyas to get back on his feet. As the Descendant got back up, Hayes jumped, but Ilyas sensed it and catches Melo in midair with a chop to the chest; he then got Melo up and hits a powerbomb; Ilyas continued and connected with with two more powerbombs and then goes for the pin after hitting the last one for the pinfall win via Powerbomb Symphony. Ilyas sat and catch his breath as the referee gave him the NXT North American Championship.

Ilyas held and stared at the championship belt while the reality slowly set in as he stood up and raised his arms in victory.

(Backstage)

As the new North American Champion walked to the back, he received an applause from the team along with a hug by the head of NXT, the Heartbreak Kid himself.

As he went to his locker room, he saw someone running towards his direction, he then smiled as he saw it was Io, the love of his life. The Genius of the Sky ran and jumped in his arms for a tight loving hug while she kissed his lips deeply.

Io: now we're both champions!

Ilyas: hai! All that motivation helped

He said with a teasing smirk while Io blushed and hid her face in his chest. Ilyas chuckled and carried Io to his locker room. The Descendant gave his title for Io to hold with her title as he went ahead and wash up.

Then the new champions drove back home for a well deserved rest, but unbeknownst to Ilyas, Io has something up her sleeve for a spicy celebration of champions the next day.
