Times flies yet the silence overpowers in the hospital corridor. The room door flung opens making Neil's head snap at the door.

He stood on his feet and rushed to the doctor.

Neil: how... she ... is she?

Doctor : we have taken all the water out of her body.. now we are waiting how long it will take her get conscious back. Have you informed the police? It's looks sucide attempt.

Neil sighs relief knowing avni is out of danger.

Neil : doctor this was not sucide attempt.. and police department knows about the case.. they should be here shortly for their investigation.

The doctor nodding his head went away leaving Neil there in worry.. Neil moves to the room and through the glass stares avni who was unconsciously lying down on the hospital bed.. a tear escaped down his eyes recalling what happened few hours ago..

Prakash: she is strong Neil.. she will be fine.. have some faith on your love..

Neil broke the hug and wipes his tears off.

Neil : reyan? Where is he?

Swetha : reyan is with bebe.. we didn't thought it's appropriate to bring reyan to hospital.. what did the doctor say?

Neil : hmm! Doctor said it will get hours for avni get regain her conscious back..

Swetha nodded her head.. an minute later few policemen's walks and got the update regarding Avni's health...

Police : Juhi is in police custody... once avni regain her conscious back then we can investigate the case more.

Neil gave the office simple nod and sat back on the bench.

5 hours later nurse informed Neil and his family about Avni's regaining conscious back..

Neil : officer can we not investigate avni right now? I'll personally bring her to police station tomorrow.

Officer : off course.. but I need go check how Avni is feeling..

Neil nodded his head allowed the officer go in first. Once the officers left the hospital Neil walks inside the room.. he saw Avni's eyes close...

He moves to bed and softly calls her name out. As Neil called Avni's name out avni opens her eyes and glanced at Neil... she slightly gestures Neil to come closer to her which Neil bobbing his head sat on the bed and holds her hands in his.

Neil : how are you feeling?

Avni : better... how did I landed up here?

Neil : can we not talk about that avni? I can't imagine how we brought you to the hospital..

Avni : why not Neil? If we don't talk now then how would I know many things you have hid from me. Why didn't you tell me the truth Neil? Why couldn't you tell me the truth on our engagement day Neil? How could you let her ruin us?

Neil kept his mouth shout and let avni speak.. avni stops talking as the door opens.. they both snapped their head at the door and saw swetha and Prakash.

Neil left Avni's hand and got up.. swetha and Prakash comes inside and passed a smile to avni.

Swetha : how are you feeling avni?

Avni : much better mom... where is reyan? Is he okay?

Swetha : he is okay avni.. he is with Bebe.. oh yes Neil... we are going back home... just give us call when you both need anything..

Neil nodded his head... swetha kisses Avni's forehead and whispers..

Swetha : get will soon.. take care Avni..

Avni smiles and nodded her head.. Prakash also did the same.. elder couple left AvNeil alone...

Neil sat back on bed and bending down to Avni's forehead placed a kiss.. he left his lips there for a minute before moving back..

Neil: do you need anything?

Avni : water... my throat is itching..

Neil nodded his head pours the water and gave it to avni.. once avni drank the water Neil kept the glass back..

He hold her hands back in his and looks at her.

Neil : I know you have thousands question roaming around your head.. I'll answer questions of yours but not now.. you need to have rest.. your health is not great yet.. I'm not going lie to you anymore.. since you know the truth there is no point of keeping you in dark.. but please give me for days.. by that time you will get better too..

Avni : don't make it late Neil... do remember what I have asked you that day?

Neil: I know avni... I'm not giving up on us either... we need to communicate with each other and solve the awkwardness between us.. we have given another chance to us then why not to restart everything again.

Avni gave him smile..

Avni : how did you find me?

Neil : avni you need to rest... doctor should be going to check on you..

Neil went to pay the bills..

Neil picks avni up in his arms and walks to the main entrance of the Khanan mansion.. he rang the door bell... swetha opens the door and moves inside...

Neil puts avni on sofa and looks at reyan who asleep in bebe lap.. Neil carefully took reyan from Bebe and kissed his forehead..

Neil : how long has it been since he is asleep?

Bebe : before you arrived.. he just fall asleep..

Neil nodded his head..

Neil: I'll put him to sleep in my room... avni I'm coming back in a minute..

Avni nods her head and starts answering Bebe question.. Neil walks to his room..

Neil coming back down looks at others who were talking to avni..

Neil : avni come.. get some sleep..

Avni wishing them goodnight looks at Neil who moving to her scoops her in his arms.. Neil also wished them goodnight walks up the stairs..

Neil brought avni into his room and walks. Straight to the washroom... he puts avni down and went back in the room... he then comes back to the washroom and gave her one of his shirt and short to her..

Neil cupping her face kissed her forehead.

Neil : get change.. then call me..

Avni bobbed her head.. Neil walks out of the washroom.. Neil got changed in the room itself and joined reyan on the bed...

Neil got inside comforter and watched how reyan slept sucking his thumb.. Neil pulls reyan thumb out and kissed his forehead..

Neil : sleep tight my boy..

Neil gets down the bed and walks to the washroom as he heard calling his name..

Neil laid avni on the bed to the left side.. Neil laid back on his side.. reyan in between them.. Neil caressed Avni's cheek.

Neil : sleep avni.. tomorrow will be long day.

Avni : goodnight Neil..

Neil : goodnight Avni..

Avni kissing reyan and Neil's cheek closed her eyes meanwhile Neil stares them and adore how both of them sleeping without worrying about anything... he was determined to protect both of them forever..
