A week later reyansh ran his finger in his hair furiously and starts tapping his foot on the ground making avni sigh,

Avni : rey can stop it now? You are getting worried without any reason.

Reyansh: how can I not be worried avni? They are coming back to India.. aren't you scared?

His question made Avni's face turn pale.. her body shuddered hearing him if she is scared or not.. her eyes met his which held same worried as her.

Reyansh: I don't know how we going to handle this avni.. one way you are trying to give chance to Neil knowing there is reason why he felt on the engagement.. and on other side there is something that you have also hid from him that can break his heart forever... avni I don't know what will happen he comes to know the truth... I really don't know..:

His each words hits straight her heart and her think very deeply.. even she had some secret from Neil... how will she face them when the truth comes in front of him..

Avni palmed her face in worry and sobbed recalling all the problems she is going through. Reyansh moves to her and wraps his arms around her shoulder comforting her but did he knew nothing could comfort him expect Neil...

Reyansh: avni... we still have time.. we can stop them from coming here...

Avni snaps her head at reyansh and shook her head.

Avni: no rey! I can't hid anyone... Neil has to know the truth... I can't lie anyone.. I just can't.. the guilt will kill if I keep the truth hidden any longer from him...

Reyansh: how will you tell him? He would hate you more? Will.....

Avni : I don't know rey.. but I have to him the truth.. I have too..

Reyansh: do you want them to come India? This is not what you wanted..

Avni : I know... but I can't lose Neil knowing what he is going through... I have realised it late but still I make it right rey... I can't hide the truth from him... he should know..

Reyansh: first of all stop crying.. we will tell him.. the truth... but before that we need to meet Neil's doctor.. Neil won't tell us what is happening with him...

Avni : I don't know which doctor he went go visit..

Reyansh: we will made a way to that too.. you just stop crying..

Avni wiping her tears off looks at reyansh who thought of something ..

Avni : what are you thinking?

Reyansh: I'm just thinking how you wanted to come to india and take revenge from  Neil for hurting but look at the good side. You have decided to give him another chance which he is not aware of....every story has two sides avni... I'm glad before it's too late you have realised his side story.. though not fully but still half.. I'm happy for you both...

Avni just smiles at him..

An hour later they both walked in the corridor of office.. as they walked beside each other the gossips were whispered by the people who stares them.. they both ignoring them moves to Neil's cabin as they decide to tell him the truth before it's too late..

Avni knocks the cabin door and waits but three minutes later they didn't response.. they both looked at each other before knocking again...

Avni : why isn't he saying anything?

Reyansh: is he in office today?

Avni shrugs her shoulder and turning her head found the receptionist talking on the phone.. avni excusing herself moves to the receptionist..

Avni waits till the receptionist was done with the call.

Receptionist: yes! Ma'am! How can help you?

Avni : where is Neil? Is he in a meeting?

Receptionist: no Neil sir is not a meeting... actually Neil sir informed last night that he won't be coming to office today.

Avni : do you know why he isn't coming office today?

Receptionist: no! He didn't say anything about that. He said that he won't be coming.

Avni : oh! Thank you!

Avni went back  to reyansh.

Reyansh: what did she say?

Avni : Neil isn't coming office today... we have to go his house and tell him.

Reyansh nodded his head.. they both made their way out of office and sitting in a car reyansh drove to Neil's apartment.. direction was given by avni..

They stopped at Neil's apartment and looking at each other made their way to the entrance..

Avni rang the door bell but still it went unanswered which worried avni a lot.. she wondered why isn't he opening the door.. she rang the door bell rang and looks around to see how to enter inside the apartment when her eyes fell on the pot which was by the door... she quickly searched for the key.. luckily she found the key and grins looking  at reyansh..

Avni insetting the key into the key hole opens the apartment.. the silence howled as they entered inside the apartment..

Avni : Neil.... Where are you? Neil...

Avni yelled his name numbers of times but each time she didn't get any response back.. back of her head she knew something was wrong... a fear engulfs her...

Avni rushed upstairs to his room and pushing the door screamed his name... as avni screamed reyansh who was downstairs rushed upstairs and saw the state of the room then his gaze met the floor where Neil was lying unconsciously with blood dripping out from his forehead and both of his hand...

Avni rushed to Neil and bending down took his head on her lap.. she taps his face and tried getting Neil back to unconscious...

Avni : Neil... Neil... wake up.. Neil... get up... look... your avni... is here... Neil... opens your eyes...

Tears fells on his face... reyansh immediately dialled ambulance number.. he also sat down next to Neil's body and tried him getting back conscious.

In no time the ambulance arrived and took to Neil hospital... avni didn't leave Neil for any second.. she went hospital in ambulance trying to get Neil back to conscious..,

As they left to hospital reyansh phone rang... he picks the up and his eyes widen with shock as he heard that they have landed to India...

Reyansh didn't knew how to handle this situation now.

Reyansh composing himself went to hospital... he reached hospital and found avni sitting numbly on the beach outside of the room where Neil was being checked..

He moves to her and sat beside her...

Reyansh: avni... they have landed in India...

Avni didn't hear anything what reyansh just said as her mind was focused on Neil who was in room fighting for his life..
