Neil was in his room after managing himself to escape from downstairs. Neil took his phone out and smiles seeing the wallpaper. He was adorning his phone wall paper when messaged flashed on his phone screen.  Before he could swipe up to see message there was knock on this door.

Neil got up and moves to open the door. He leans to the door and yells .

Neil : Bebe where you there?

Neil gulps his saliva after hearing swetha voice instead of Bebe.  Sweats starts forming on his forehead.

Neil composed himself and spoke.

Neil : mom... what.. are you doing.. here..

Swetha : Neil open the door..

Neil : mom... I was in washroom.. come later..

Swetha : isn't your excuse too old now.. stop making excuse and open the door..

Neil : mom.. please go.... away..

Swetha : Neil if you don't open the door then... I'll call avni...

Neil : mom.. please don't... I'm opening the door..

Neil took breath and moves from the door and slowly opens the door. He lifts his face up and saw swetha angrily staring him..

He immediately bowed his head down.

Swetha : Neil don't look down.. why didn't you tell me?

She shouted at Neil who snapped his head up and looks at swetha.

Neil : m......o.....m... mo.....m...

He stammering seeing her face while there was giggle heard by Neil.. Neil looks at the source and saw Bebe standing behind swetha and giggling.. Neil made annoying face and looks at Bebe..

Neil : Bebe I thought you was on my side..

Bebe : sorry tillu but your mother......

Swetha : Bebe you don't support him... and you Neil stop asking Bebe to save you... how could you meet avni alone? Why didn't you talk me? Even I would have gone with you..

Neil : mom... I'm sorry... I won't repeat it  again... please mom forgive me..

Swetha : stop.. don't show your puppy and innocent face of yours.. I won't melt this time.. answer me why you didn't take me with you... even I want to avni..

Neil felt banging his head on wall.. why would Neil take his mother to meet his girlfriend? What would swetha do between them? Neil gave look to Bebe and asked for help but Bebe shook her head. Neil made please face..

Neil : mom... you're angry because I didn't take you with me.. right.

Swetha bobbed her head immediately.

Neil : mom you can invite avni for dinner tonight..

Swetha smiles hearing Neil's idea.

Swetha : really... you won't have any problem?

Neil : why would I have problem inviting avni to our house for dinner?

Swetha : you proved today you're my son.. so proud of you Neil..

She smiles and left while Neil glares Bebe... Neil moves to Bebe and stood front of her.

Neil : Bebe why did you let me run to my room when you knew mom could come here?

Bebe gave him sheepishly smile..

Bebe : even I want to see avni...

Neil : uff mu family creates so much drama only to get Avni's attention.. what will happen when she comes to khanna house as daughter-in-law..

He said looking there and there but failed to notice glint on Bebe face..

Few minutes later Neil was reading file when his phone rang which gained his attention. He was sitting near couch area whereas his phone was charging on bed side table. Closing the file he stood up and walks to the bed side. He picks the phone and frowned seeing the caller ID.

Neil ( mind) who would be calling from unknown number. Should I call back? What if it's wrong number? Maybe someone dialled wrong number..

He chuckled his thought went back to couch and got busy himself with office work.

While in khanna house swetha was preparing varies dishes for Avni who was coming after long time to their house. Avni rarely would come khanna house due to her office work. Swetha was making last dish when door bell rang.

She yelled Bebe names and moves to sink to wash her hand.

She comes out of kitchen and saw Bebe and avni coming towards hall while giggling on something. Seeing avni giggling swetha smiled brightly and made her way to them..

She cleared her throat to gain their attentions. Both ladies stops giggling and looks up to see swetha smiling. Avni  immediately hugged swetha while Bebe stood there smiling both of them.

Swetha : I missed you avni.. didn't you miss me?

She said breaking the hug and cupping Avni's face. Avni cutely bobbed her head making swetha smile.

Avni : I missed you aunty too.

Swetha : you didn't miss me..

Avni : aunty that's not true. I really missed you.. promise on Neil.

Swetha : don't promise on his name. I'm angry with him.. he didn't tell me he was going to meet you..

Avni smiles and pulls swetha cheeks.

Avni : aunty you're so cute.

Swetha lightly smiles and held Avni's hand and drags her to kitchen ignoring Bebe presence. While Bebe shook her head and sat down in hall when she heard someone whistling from behind.

She turns her head around and saw Neil coming down engrossed in his phone and whistling.

Neil stops whistling as he felt gaze on him and looks up to see Bebe glaring him. He quickly passed sheepish smile and moves to her while shoving his phone in his pocket along with his hand inside too..

Neil : hey Bebe!

He said kissing her cheek and settling beside her.

Bebe : why was you whistling?

Neil : just like that.. acha bebe hasn't avni arrived yet?

Bebe : she has but your mother dragged her into kitchen.

Neil made oh face and hook glance of kitchen.

Bebe : are you planing to leave me alone?

Neil snaps his head to Bebe and looks at her.

Neil : Bebe why did you think like that? Why would I leave you alone?

Bebe : your girlfriend is in kitchen and you're sitting beside me.. so I thought you would leave me alone like your mother did seeing her daughter- in- law..

Neil : what Bebe?  Seriously you think like this.. I wouldn't leave you.. we will spend our time while avni spends her time with mom. Mom is very fond with avni since the day I have told mom about me and avni..

Bebe : I know tillu.. I'm happy for her. In fact I'm happy for both of them. Swetha  craves for daughter and avni............

Neil cuts her off..

Neil : Bebe let's not talk about past.. let's go and see what they are up to..

He stood up and forward his hand to Bebe. Bebe smiles and placing her hand in his got up.

This two moves go kitchen and stood near kitchen door and witnesses beautiful scene... both of them smiles and looked at each other with smile..

Bebe gestured Neil to follow her . Neil understanding Bebe gesture follows behind her..

Neil : Bebe why did we come back?

Bebe : don't disturb them. It was bliss seeing them cooking.

Neil smiles and nodded his head agreeing to Bebe.

half an hour later all of them were sitting around dinning table while swetha and avni was serving them.. avni too sat next to Neil after serving others.

All starts eating while talking randomly when Prakash spoke. All looks at Prakash.

Prakash : Neil when are you going to join office? I mean you went on business trip and there is lots of work still pending. Your meetings are lined up..

Neil : dad I'll join from tomorrow morning. I was also informed by my pa about meeting lined up and works which still pending from my side.

Prakash: that's good. And yes tomorrow morning we have meeting with important client. I want you to be there.

Neil : okay dad!

After dinner all were sitting in hall with desserts in their hand. Neil was sitting next to Avni and being naughty boy caring about his parents or Bebe..

Neil was going to another bite from Avni's hand when his phone rang.. he gestured avni to take the bite while he took his phone out and saw unknown number calling him.. he declined the number and kept his phone on silent.

He then continued eating his desserts.

Neil was driving while avni was sitting beside him with her head on his shoulder. Their hands entwined with each other.

Neil was pecking her hair few times whenever he got chance.

He stops the car front of Avni's apartment and turns looking at avni who was falling asleep.. he kept his other on her cheek and woke her up..

Neil : baby wake up.. we have reached..

Avni immediately woke up and starts muttering sorry.. Neil cups her face..

Neil : baby relax.. it's okay to fall sleep.. I can see you're tired. You should go and sleep.

Avni nodded her head and moves to his face and placed soft kiss on his cheek..

Avni : goodnight Neil.. love you!

Neil pecks her forehead.

Neil : good night baby. I love you too. You should leave now.

Avni with smile nodded her head and taking her handbag opens the door.. she turns facing him and waves her hand to him.. even he did same..

Neil : bye..

He mouthed to her. Once avni was inside the building Neil zoomed his car from there.
