{Miyu's Pov}

"Ayano," The doctor smiled. "Your pregnant. Congratulations." I froze, eyes wide. Inside, I was mentally cursing that damn fox. He knew. That's why he became so relaxed when we were together. He knew, and he didn't tell me. 

My gaze silently slid to my twin who was standing there with an emotionless face that, even I couldn't read. I could tell this much though; he was angry. But that didn't matter much to me, as much as it probably should. 

I'm pregnant. 

With Naruto's baby.

"Your only a month along," the doctor continued. "Do you live in the area?" I shook my head. 

"We're traveling. This is my brother." I gestured to Sasuke who glared. 

"Well, you will need to have a checkup with your doctor once a month until you reach the second trimester. At that point, it will be every two weeks, possibly, depending on the baby's growth and the health of the mother." He said, holding out his hand. "Your finished, here. I wish you well on your journey."

I placed my small one in his and shook with him, feeling a bubble of happiness as well as fear well up inside me. "Yes, thank you." I hopped down from the exam table and grabbed Sasuke's hand, dragging him from the hospital room. My mind was racing, and there was this feeling in my chest. 

"Sasuke?" I called my brothers name hesitatnly, feeling his hand tighten around mine as he pulled me between two buildings. "Sasuke... I.." My voice was quiet as we left the hospital. I wasn't expecting this.

Sasuke glanced at me, his eyes completely blank as he took a breath. "Imouto," he said softly, eyebrows furrowing together as he obviously tried to process the news. "I-..." he cut himself off. Taking a deep breath, he let go of my hand to throw his fist at the wall, making a deep indent. I jumped in surprise, eyes wide and he pulled his hand away, teeth grinding together. 

"O-Onii-san!" I grabbed his right hand and began healing it, all the while glaring at him. "Idiot! Don't do that!" Sasuke narrowed his eyes and suddenly pulled me into his arms, nearly crushing me in an embrace. "Wh-What's gotten into you today?" I slowly wrapped my arms around his chest, right hand rubbing his back soothingly. 

"Imouto...." He sighed, letting me go. I frowned at the distant look in his eyes. "We will need to be careful from now on." I nodded in agreement. "Let's go," he took my hand and began leading me out of the alley way and toward the others.

"Are you okay, Miyu?" Suigetsu was the first to ask, his tone filled with concern.

"It was just the flu," I lied, the statement coming easily to me. "I'm feeling much better." I smiled at the white haired teen.

He returned my smile.

"Let's go, we need to find shelter for the night." With that said, we were off.

Hours later, we found an inn to stay at. Sasuke rented two rooms. One for the boys and one for Karin and I.

I stepped into the room to find two beds. Tossing my bag onto the farthest one from the door, I raised my arms above my head and stretched.

"So, Miyu," I turned, my curious gaze meeting Karin's. She sneered as I grabbed a towel and ran my fingers through my hair. "What exactly are you to Sasuke?"

"Karin, don't -" I began, narrowing my eyes.

"Answer me!" She snapped.

With a sigh, I folded the towel over my arm and pushed my way past her and to the door. "I don't have the energy for your idiocy." I said in monotone, making the red head visibly shiver. With that, I pulled the door open, stepped out and let it slam closed.

Swiftly making my way to the hot springs, provided by the inn, I stripped and wrapped the towel around myself before moving into the steamy outdoor bathing area. Pulling my hair into a high bun, I let the towel fall before I stepped into the hot water.

I waded into the water until it was about to my collarbone. The water felt amazing on my sore muscles.

With a contented sigh, I sunk into the water, a hand drifting to my stomach.

I can't believe it...

What if he doesn't want it?

I .. can't tell him yet...

No. I won't.

Awhile later I decided to get out, preferably without being pruney.
Dressing, I made my way to the room and crawled into bed, ignoring the "sleeping" Karin.

Not long later, I heard the door open, and then close, before the bed dipped down.

"Sasuke.."I whispered as he pulled me into his warmth.

He hushed me and glared over my head as he slipped his arms around me. "Sleep."
