" Okay Dr Hubbard what is going on " I asked with a quivering voice
Brandon had taken my right hand and Raven took the left holding them tight

" Well we aren't sure ,But Beanie is fine but we are concerned about the shadow that is showing on the screen , We need to do an internal ultrasound to rule out things then if that doesn't clear it up we will draw blood then after the results are in we will go from there "

" What do you think it is " I asked trying to keep my voice steady
" it could just the way your uterus is being tilted back casting a shadow or it could be a and I don't want to say this but a Tumor or it could just be nothing since it wasn't notice at your last ultrasound but until we have more information I can't really answer that " Dr Oliver said

I closed my eyes to keep the tears in but it didn't work they escaped down my cheeks until I was in a full on Sob Not knowing what to do .
The hands that were holding my hands let go and I was picked up into my sweet Russians arms he then sat back down on the bed holding me while I cried

" When can we do the ultrasound " Axel asked
" We can do it in about ten minutes or so I'll set it up and then we can do it in here since there is more than enough room for all of you " Dr Oliver said

He left the room the door closed and the room was quiet except for my sniffles
The bed shifted and I felt a small hand taken mine I looked up from Ravens chest to see Sang she had tears down her face too

" Casey it's going to be okay I know it " she said with a teary smile
" You are so right I survived being Raped I can do anything and if it's a damn tumor it doesn't stand a chance against me " I said

" That's it Casey together we will make it through what ever it is " Sean said

The nurse came in with more equipment and then Dr Oliver and Dr Hubbard came in
" Okay guys can all of you step out for a Moment and let us get Casey ready then Dr Hubbard will bring you in back in"

I was kissed on either the cheek , forehead or lips by everyone and I mean everyone as they left god in that moment I felt so loved by so many

The bed was lowered and I was put flat on my back which is very uncomfortable , the nurse took my blood then Dr Oliver told me that he would be inserting the internal wand that I would feel Pressure down there
Which is less pressure than when I am intimate with my loves

He draped the sheet over me to give me privacy then told the Nurse she could let everyone that wanted to come in back in
When the door opened and In came just the guys and Sean

" Okay I want everyone to stay behind me you can all see the monitor from there and this way Casey has her privacy since I'm in a intimate place even though I know you five know what it looks like down there but I'm old fashion " Dr Oliver said

" Dr Oliver can one of the guys come over to me " I asked
" Sure Sweetie, Axel come hold Your Wife's Hand " He said with a smile

Axel came over and took my hand giving it a gently squeeze then kissed me on my forehead

" Alright lets begin , Casey you might feel pressure let me know if it hurts " Dr Oliver said
" Okay "

It was so quiet in the room you could hear my belly growling which is very embarrassing but hey I was hungry
As Dr Oliver moves the wand around he would stop every so often then he asked me to roll to my right side which I had to have help
Sean came over to my left pushed me as Axel pulled me to my right I let out a cuss word as I did the wand was very uncomfortable this way
Sean went back to stand next to Dr Oliver and I watched him for any signs of what was going on
When I saw Sean's eyes go wide it made me nervous as hell
Dr Oliver kept moving the wand and checking the screen every so often he would click buttons on the computer keyboard then kept going .
Dr Hubbard tapped Dr Oliver on the shoulder and pointed at the screen then they talked in a hush voice with each other then Dr Hubbard went over to the hospital computer and and a few minutes later she brought it over to the screen and both of them were comparing the two

" Okay Casey To Tell you what we are doing I Had Dr Hubbard pull up your first ultrasound then the one at 20 weeks to compare them with the one we are doing right now and it's not until this ultrasound that you can see Blatantly see the difference, Now you know that your Uterus and Cervix is tilted to your back and that is the main reason that in your ultrasounds it wasn't noticed until now it and Now we are going to Switch to the 3D Ultrasound machine so give us a few minutes " Dr Oliver said

The wand was removed from me gently I had to stay on my side which one hand was more comfortable than on my back but I would have like to have rolled to the other side but I stayed put .
Dr Oliver and Hubbard got set up again and then the cold gel was put on my belly

" Sorry Casey I should have warned you it's cold "

" It's okay " I said

The wand was moved around Beanie popped up on the screen you could make out her features her lips , nose and she had her thumb at her mouth
" As you all can see 3D Ultrasound gives a better picture of the baby you can see things more clearer "
We all watched the screen then Dr Oliver moved it again
I saw Sean's face light up for a brief moment as he watched the screen
Dr Oliver smiled too both quickly masked it .

"Seems that Beanie has been hiding a secret " Dr Oliver said
We all looked at him then back at the screen there was Beanie what is he talking about

" Ms Casey if you look here and here there are two more babies and from the looks they are Twin Boys " Dr Oliver announced very excitedly

" Did you just say there are three babies " I croaked out
" Yes Ma'am seems there are two twin boys hiding behind Beanie " Dr Oliver said

" You Mean Kitten is having one Kitten and two twin lions " Raven asked

" That's one way to put it Yes she is , Seems the Twins are about a week and half behind Beanie " Dr Hubbard answered Raven

" Here let me show you the boys " Dr Oliver said
He moved the wand and there popped up a bottom of little boy to which I giggled his first picture was of his privates
" Sorry about that Little Man But Mama and Your Daddies want to see you and your brother "  He moves the wand to show his face and we all said Awe at the same time then he moved the wand again
" now let's go see your brother "
A few second later another boy was shown but this one was on his side like me and he waved then kicked his foot
I didn't feel him but Beanie moved and kicked just after he did that and I felt her

" I think Beanie responded to her brother right then by kicking back but it I felt her not him " I said
" Why is that " Axel asked
" Because Casey's Uterus and Cervix is tilted towards her back the twins are behind Beanie she isn't going to feel them just yet but I have a feeling once she gets 28 or more weeks along she will start to feel them more but then again" Dr Hubbard said

" Do you ever feel anything in your back " Dr Hubbard asked
" Yeah occasionally I feel what seems like a twitch or like when your finger twitches " I said

" Well that very well could be the twins moving "  Dr Oliver said

If it wasn't for the fact that I wasn't laying down I think I would have passed out

Axel went out and got the Blackbourne Team and brought them in I was still on my side when they came in
Once everyone was situated Dr Oliver brought up the 3D Ultrasound

" Okay as you can see here this cutie is Beanie"Dr Oliver said
" Now keep your eyes on the screen "
He moved the wand across and you could see both Boys

" OH MY FUCKING GOD IM GOING TO BE AN UNCLE TO Twin Boys and a Sweet Little Girl " Gabriel Yelled
I giggled at him I then looked over at the Blackbourne Team they all were in shock just like us

" So Guys Who is excited that there are Three Babies A Girl and Twin Boys " I asked

Corey didn't even respond he pushed Brandon out of the way and kissed me hard then held his forehead to mine and said

" My Barenjunges , giving us one was awesome but now you are giving us three a little girl and twin boys and I am excited as hell for that to happen " he said then kissed my forehead then my belly
" Beanie Beanie do we already need to have a talk about hiding things from us " Corey said with a laugh
" Kitten you amaze me and Beanie you need to share the spotlight with your brothers  " Raven said as his hand rubbed my belly
Corey moved out of the way and Brandon came back over
" My Bella I love you and our three babies wow now we are going need to come up with names  for our two Princes " Brandon said

" My Dragonfly you have scared us then have surprised us all in what 2 hour time frame and I am beyond excited and blessed that you are giving us three little ones " Marc said as he kissed my lips lightly

" My Lil Mouse I'm beyond excited that you are giving us one but three little angels and Ms Beanie we need to have a talk about hiding things from us little girl " Axel said with a sweet smile

" We need names for our twin boys " I say
" Well Do any of you  have any names that you might like "  Marc asked

It was quite for a few minutes until Sang spoke up
" Casey you mentioned Greyson Matthew as one Name For If Beanie was a Boy " She said

" And you Brandon said Jackson " Corey said
" I like Xavier " Marc said

" Greyson Matthew and Jackson Xavier " I said

" Seems we have named all three now
Bentley Grace , Greyson Matthew and Jackson Xavier " Axel said with a huge smile .
