A bell rang in the distance as a woman around the age of 19 hovered into a store. She looked around the store with a smile on her face. Her red hair flowed down at her sides as she cocked her head. The store its self contained magical items that any wizard would wish to own. The team she was looking for was a special staff.

"Good morning, Cassandra," called a man from the counter.

Cassandra flapped her feathery black wings and headed straight for the counter. "Good morning, Jacob, did the item I order arrive for me?" The shop owner laughed as he starred into her purple eyes and porcelain skin.

"You are really interested in the staff of Mageri. I don't get it, but its in the back. Allow me to grab it for you." Cassandra twirled around and faced the shelves he disappeared behind the curtain behind him. Her mind raced with excitement. Rumors have it that this staff could make any illusions stronger which is what she was hoping for.

The bell rung as she stood there. A couple men strode in dressed in trent coats and starring down the place. One man starred ahead of him at a rack of knifes. Cassandra straightened her wings. Something told her these men were looking fro trouble. She could give them all they needed. "Hey boss, called the taller of the two, they have rings in the display case over by the back all."

The other man raised his hand waving him off as he approach the knife display. Cassandra pushed away from the counter and approached the leader. "Can I help you gentle..." before she could finish, the man raised his hand and smacked her hard across her jaw. The force flung her backwards. She hit the counter with a hard thud and fall onto the ground. She gritted her teeth at the man. If that was how he wanted to play, then she can be just as mean.

Rising to her feet, she made a fist causing her ring to glow. "By the eye of Mariposa, Come forth wolf of the Autumnia Mountains!" A red circle appeared above her hand. The boss glanced her way. A wolf with orangish red fur appeared out the circle. The man grabbed a knife and strode towards her. The wolf planted for snow white paws on the flooring than growled at the man.

"My, aren't you a persentant once." He laughed. "So you're an illusionists then, very well, I will have fun defeating you." The man stalked closer. Casandra smirked. He had one thing right, she was an illusionist mage, but she was stronger than what he thought.

"Hey Daniel, I got the power ring!" The other man called out.

"Give it to me Jeremiah, I want to show this powerless girl a thing or two about magic." Cassandra watched as the Jeremiah placed the wrong in Daniel's hand. The boss laughed as a heart flew out of the ring and made its way towards her. Cassandra crossed her arms against her chest. Was this really the best he could do agains me?

Cassandra stepped out of the way of the floating heart. It landed on the countertop causing it to explode. What kind of magic would make a heart detonate? Daniel laughed as he sent barrages against her. Cassandra landed on the floor besides a suite of armor and pulled the shield from off the rack. the hearts exploded against the metal one after the other.

"Cassy? Are you in here?" Called a voice from the doorway. "Whats taking so long, geez you're being so useless today." Cassandra let out a giggle as a snow elf with snow white hair and skin such as her's appeared in the doorway. The sun around her made her look like she was glowing.

"Just ran into some trouble, Larissa." The arctic elf rolled her eyes and slammed her foot against the floor coating it in ice. Cassandra flexed her wings upwards. They glowed a bright red before changing into dragon wings. The attacker before her fell on the ice.

"I'll end you!" Daniel rose from the ground. Knives shot out of his heals and latched into the ice for better footing. Pulling his arms back towards himself, he shot them forwarding sending knives flying out of his gloves. Cassandra bent her right wing closer to her as a shield. This man could make daggers appear out of thin air. A very rare ability to say the least.

"Hey hooligans, get out of my shop," called the shop owner.

Cassandra's eyes twinkled as she glanced towards him. He had placed her box on the counter with much care. She flapped her wings and hovered over the counter. She through the lid off the box before picking up her prize. She starred at it in wonder. The Cherry wooded staff twisted as it grew into a harpy talon at the top. With in the talon rested a pink orb. Whisking the staff into the air, she swirled it around watching as pink sparkles flew off the orb.

"Melody's whisper." The pink sparks changed in to music notes as the floated towards Daniel. She watched as he avoided the notes. The notes continued their ascent towards him unto they grew in number he was trapped. Daniel swiped at the objects. The notes attacked to his blade rendering them useless.

"What these?" Daniel shouted as he backed away from her. Cassandra laughed. They were nothing more than distraction, but surely a strong mage like him would be know that right? Snow began falling around them as Larissa jumped behind the men and struck them down a sword made from pure ice. Jeremiah went down first with a hard thud.

Cassandra swung her staff downwards with the orb pointing towards the ice covered floor. Knocking the orb against the ice it changed from the snow white to fiery red. Flames danced on the ice from where she stood and raised across the surface of the ice towards the Daniel. He backed away from the flames. Cassandra hovered closer towards him. Fear shone in his eyes. Perhaps he realizes who she was after all. Cassandra Luna, daughter of the most powerful guild master.

Daniel turned towards the door. Larissa blocked his exit. "Empty your pockets then we will let you go." She hissed. Daniel turned towards Cassandra and her flames. Who does he cross? Does he hand everything over or does he try to make a run for it? Cassandra reached her hand out towards him. Her smile slow vanished as her arm began twitching. What was happing to her? A black orb began forming on the end of her rod.

"Cassy are you okay?" Larissa asked. Something had to be wrong with her for her to notice. The fairy glanced down at her body. She was covered in black lines all over her body. She gritted her teeth. Kill, death, this man deserves death. gritting her teeth, she fought back the feeling of ending another's life. There was no why she could ever end another's life.

"I'm fine." She strained her voice. Daniel shook as he reached into his pockets and put all his knives back on the counter form where he had originally picked them up from. Larissa narrowed her eyes as she watched. Cassandra gritted her teeth as the elf moved for him to leave. People like him deserve to die! Cassandra pointed her staff at once more. "Deathly Hollows!" A black beam shot out of the orb and into the guys back.

Cassandra hovered towards a window on her left and watched as Larissa checked his plus. She hung her head signaling there was none to be found. The fairy starred at her new staff. Did she kill him? How was that possible? Letting off a sigh, she turned towards the shop owner. She had never used that spell before, where did it come from? Her body shook as she approached him. There was no way it was her, right?

"Miss Luna," the shop owner began. His voice quacked laced with fear. "If you keep using that type of magic, I can no longer allow you in my shop. Now, get out before I call the Rekin!" Her heart dropped. He was only trying to protect himself and his patrons that much she understood, but how did this magic manifest within her? Reaching into her pocket she pulled out a bag with money in and dropped it on the counter.

"Thank you for finding my staff." With those last words she turned and flew towards the door. Something had happened inside her, though she knew not what it was. Larissa shook her head as she drew closer. Her best friend couldn't believe what she did and neither could her. I need to talk to my father. Larissa looked around as guards began rushing up. Cassandra flapped her wings, soaring into the blue sky above.
